  1. During mw2's hayday, wiki posted that players hated the throwing knife due to how hard it was to use. Hmm, my reticle is already on them, god, why does it have to be so hard to tap one button for an instant kill? Stupidest wiki post ever.
  2. Yes, obviously there must be reasons for our differing answers. Did not mean to be the voice of all. :)
  3. North jersey, earliest release on cod has been about 5+ am. I have stayed up past for every zombie map since waw, never out by 4 am. Edit: tbh, I live in jersey, a very crowded market, so maybe it releases in clumps here and a less crowded east coast areas may get them sooner/ guessing why our answers differ...
  4. What pain? Can you explain your theory? The pain you seemed to suffer at the thought of the o4 dead. I cannot lend credence to my idea, I was just throwing out a possible scenario explaining Ric's words, yet leaving the o4 alive.
  5. Given how poorly Treyarch has been at fixing glitches in the past, I understand the vague... Do I go online to dl die rise, hoping forthe slim chance that they will actually fix it, or stay offline and play the game the intended way, but miss out on dlc? Oh Treyfail, I have been so pleasantly surprised by bo2, don't let it die like this!
  6. They are alive, but not in the current timeline atthe moment? Does that ease the pain?
  7. In the east coast of the u.s., we see them about 5am to 6am (-5gmt).
  8. Hi. I mostly solo or 2 man this game and hen I do a 4 man game, usually everyone runs solo for best results. Do any of you camp? Do you have any good spots for the long camp? I have camped in the pap area, but i was playing with semiramdoms, so nobody held a specific window or anything, just general chaos. I have considered the bar: upstairs 2 people, 2 on stairs. Or even 4 downstairs; 1 on stairs, 1 on side door, 1 on main door (maybe turret off to the side?), 1 mobile between each as needed. I would love to even hear unchecked ideas. Happy gaming.
  9. Rarely do I find much interest in someone's take on a zombie map, but I genuinely like the basics of this. I would be ecstatic to play that map. Like micro machines meets zombies. My silly idea: I would like to make an endless hallway. There are windows that zombies come from, each section has 1 perk (except box and pap hall), each section has a door that opens to more of the hallway (always in a straight line), the original 4 perks. 1 wallgun on each section (except box and pap hall), 5 sections that repeat (so, perk+ gun section, p+g section, p+g section, p+g section, box + pap section, repeat sections) after 5th section loads, oldest hallway collapses. The window locations would vary for each section. So, you hold off as long as you can, open next section, ad infinitum. But the doors keep costing more each 5 doors. It would be an endless hall camp until overrun or out of door buying points and overrun. If a player is in a collapsing section, they die (not downed). I just felt like sharing that silly idea, but I liked yours more.
  10. I have kind of checked that out, but didn't think too hard on it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Probably too tight for 4, but 2 maybe. Or 2 on, 2 off kind of thing. Maybe do like the waw verruckt dt strategy; 1 option was to stand in line, guy in front squats, guy behind standing, right in the path leading back there.../ thinking on (electronic) paper... Big ammo in front, ray gun guy blasting them... Similar to the flytrap hallway camp in Der Riese....(I totally need to camp waw der riese again soon).
  11. I love playing with glitches for fun....offline, usually alone. I completely agree with you. Don't be all fuctard in a public game. I just recently played waw mp semi glitcher free, in contrast to last spring: every game: dogs at start of round, lobby leaves. How the f is that fun, even for the guy in godmode? If you want to fly around the map launching dogs by yourself, fine. Just don't crap on everyone else's game, because everyone leaves, hates you, possibly reports you (though you don't care), then meets your twin fartbrain ruining the next game. So, lay off the jerksauce and don't glitch public games, for your sake and the legitimate players alike. Nothing wrong with saying 'hey, did you guys know this glitch?' And showing off, then moving on. Heck, there are forums where you can meet and glitch with others who share your taste for cheats, so why troll us (besides the obvious fact that you are a troll who enjoys his trollbridge, therefor making our pleas to stop being a troll pointless)? I think I'm rambling now...
  12. I think camping could be one answer: in waw, while you can kite in all of the maps, they were good for camping strategies. In bo, "five" is the only one slightly reminescent of waw camping. It was simply easier and more fun to run solo or run with a friend. Another take is simply that all maps have their own charm or lack thereof, depending on personal preference. I loved how easy Ascension/cotd are, but often prefer the challenge of "five". I like Tranzit quite a bit, but my first reaction was more like ugh... I would love to see more 4 man camp spots in maps. Unlike Tranits 4 man solo runs (which I also enjoy). I am a game hoarder, so I still play the waw maps on waw, the waw maps on bo because they are different, as well as the other maps. What I dislike is useless annoyance: denizens aren't a threat, just really annoying. In this list are: bo glitches galore, Moon (die every game to a glitch, yea!/ not really yea), losing knife when dead (but they kept the same price nd usually made it harder to get). So, lose the annoyance factor, add back in some tight 4 man camp spots as well as trying the new and I would be happiest with them. Right now, I jut want a hotfix to the recently added Treyfail glitch in Tranzit...
  13. Ah, I think that I get what you mean! No, it is a glitch. People are getting to round 99 by not killing zombies. Just Treyargh being Treyargh... BO2 is good enough that some of us tend to forget just how bad Treyargh is at this game-making thing. This is just them in fail mode.
  14. Sorry SL, I am not understanding. There is no zombie xp. Are you being facetious or am I just blind to something meaningful that you are trying to express?
  15. I play solo, this sounds quite gamebreaking. I will unplug from xbl until hotfix is in place, though; 1. I bought the season pass, and 2. Treyarch isn't really known for fixing glitches and errors in their games. I have loved bo2 so far, have almost forgiven them for bo, so I really hope that they get on top of fixing their game for a change... I hate to sound negative, but they really have sucked.
  16. Yeah, just run around until the zombies die on their own. So you think that they want us to stop playing zombies and only play mp? Oh, Treyfail...
  17. Given how poorly they have done at fixing glitches, I guess zombies are done for two years... (Half-joking) Seriously, the only zombie glitch that they fixed in bo was the only one nobody wanted them to fix (multigun)...oh, and the podium glitch. You could still stab your teammate to death when he revived you, the spaceman glitch is still there, still broken hacker, still lose knife when you die... I guess i'll unplug from xbl until they fix it. I hope buying the season pass wasn't a mistake... Ugh. After the borderlands 2 rip off, I was really enjoying bo2 zombies... Gearbag, Treyargh, please fix your games that we paid money for...
  18. Yeah, that was a terrible, terrible attempt at a troll. Not surprised. My bad for retrolling then... Sorry.
  19. Usually 1-2 hours after midnight in california, then in clumps from west to east after that. I'm in Jersey, usually around 5-6 am here by the time you can dl it.
  20. I thought there was leaked gameplay? You start on a rise in an otherwise foggy area and ride on a wagon (probably rickshaw) to the various areas, one of which is the city area... I read it here somewhere, I thought. Maybe it was trollwork and I am in error...
  21. In solo and offline split screen, they always run from the temple. For sure.
  22. [brains] I'm also gonna throw it out there that it seems to happen mostly when low on ammo. I wanted to say that since waw, being almost out of ammo, especially if yourcharacter says something about it, seems to grant more max ammos. The 'say too many out of ammo sayings' glitch seems to be working in Tranzit, though more testing needed. It worked well in dr waw: get to your last magazine, fire all but 3 bullets, if your character says an out of ammo saying, keep the gun out. He should start saying more and more. Different characters reacted differently. Usually tank would say one saying, then 2, then 3, ad infinitum.
  23. You can't get into that lava, so they probably never gave it any value other than visibility. It is just visual background. I actually tried that myself...
  24. Interesting, thanks. Did you catch if diner would havesurvival mode? Everyone assumes so, but...
  25. Yeah, they did that on purpose. It was only a bit too strong if akimbo. I liked them too powerful (shrug).
