    As you can see Treyarch has confirmed the release month for the third DLC map, which will be the next chapter in the Aether story. I am really curious to see, if we get to play with Ultimis or Primis. Heres hoping, we get to play from an 8 character pool, cause it would be fun as hell to hear the Ultimis Dempsey interact with Primis Dempsey etc. Other than that there is no new info though.

The codes can be entered once per game and only one code can be used per round These codes do not include Main Quest codes as these change every game. 3825 (Duck) - Zombies make duck sounds when killed. (likely a call back to "I am that duck") 3279 (Easy) - Slow down all the zombies to shambling speed for 5 minutes. 2739 (Brew) - Lower the price of the brew perk by 50% 7632 (Soda) - Lower the price of the soda perk by 50% 2652 (Cola) - Lower the price of the cola perk by 50% 7225 (Pack) - Spawn in a bon fire sale 8463 (Time) - Freeze all zombies for 15 seconds 8368 (Vent) - Rushmore goes off for a bit 1841 (Quiz) - Rushmore asks you questions.     Part 1 (rounds 1-70): Part 2 (rounds 70-100): Guide for the setup strat here:The high rounds strategy is really fast, unfortunately for me it was my first time really trying it with the Viper & Dragon since using the Hammer specialist doesn't really work where there's not enough time to charge up your Charon hand after using it, so I had a few downs as I was basically learning it on the fly lmao. First and second down were both due to me being too aggressive with the sword - it's fine to get hit, but if you notice your health dips to like 100 then do the level 3 sword throw attack to attract the zombies to it and then pull out your Charon and you've got about 5 seconds to get a shot charged and laid down, you should be fine if you do that. Third down was right after the second one, just from me being an idiot and forgetting that I needed PhD to use the Hellion Salvo lol. So all in all, if I were to be able to do this run again I could definitely do it flawless now I know what not to do. Total game time was just under 5 hours. So, the strategy... I found this camping spot a while ago, it seemed fast but I hadn't had a chance to properly try it into the high rounds. ChocolateWe also found it himself and was the first to upload it anywhere in high rounds, so credit to him for that, confirmed to me that it was going to be fast and useful, though I still had to figure out a load of stuff myself about using the Viper specialist to save ammo along the way. It took me until like 80-90 to really figure out the best way to do it. Basically, use 3 charged Charon shots in a row around 23-24 seconds between shots. Switch to the rocket launcher during the last shot, then if needs be you can use it to get the last few kills to charge your Viper & Dragon. Then pull that out, and swipe back & forth 8 times total, then immediately use the level 3 sword throw attack (LB & RB on controller) which attracts zombies and gives you about 5 seconds to switch back to your Charon hand and get a charged shot out. Rinse and repeat! You'll notice in the video I was using Elixirs. I went into the game thinking I'd need loads, turns out I actually didn't. I think in total I only used 7 Cache Backs (wanted to save my Alchemicals and ended up not using any), 2 of which were in the early rounds while I was getting set up due to being unlucky with ammo and then most of the rest where in the 90s when Max Ammo's suddenly became non existant, had that happen to me before. If you have some Shields Up this really helps, as the shield run is long and it's not ideal to be without one. As I said above, I made a lot of mistakes while figuring this strategy out, so here are a bunch of tips to help you avoid the same mistakes I made, this strategy is actually pretty easy if you keep your focus and stick to the plan, but if you let your focus slip the spawns here are so damn fast that you can get in trouble real quick. TIPS FOR THE HIGH ROUNDS Make sure to get a Max Ammo and be fully loaded JUST before starting this strategy. If you do this, then due to the way the drop cycle works, you should end up getting nice timings of Max Ammo drops throughout the game. As I said, I went into this game prepared to use loads of ammo Elixirs, but once the high rounds strat was started I only ended up using 5-6 Cache Backs, most of which were used in the 90s where I stopped getting Ammo's. I figured out that the best way to go about things is to use 3 charged Charon shots in a row, with the Exalted hand they last for about 25 seconds but some zombies seem to ignore it in the last second or two, so I fire a shot every 23-24 seconds. This will be enough to charge or almost charge your specialist - switch to the Hellion during the last shot and then you can use that to finish filling it. What I figured was best when using my Cache Back for ammo was leaving enough ammo for one charged Charon shot, using the Hellion to see if I could drop a Max and just spamming it until there's no ammo left, then use the specialist before lying down my last charged shot and then pop my Max. When using the Viper & Dragon, I like to swipe back & forth with the sword 8 times. Then use the level 3 throw attack (LB & RB on controller, Q on PC by default) which distracts the zombies for about 5 seconds, giving you time to get a charged Charon shot laid down. Make sure you hit a zombie with the throw or the effect won't work! Do NOT kill the zombies with the Hellion while the throw attack is distracting the zombies - if you kill the one you shot, the effect ends. If you do this by accident then turn the face the corner while you charge your shot. You can still take the odd hit while doing this though, so best avoided. Biggest mistake I made which actually caused me downs was to be too aggressive with the specialist thinking I'd be able to take loads of hits and keep making up armour. Generally, it works really well, but sometimes the hits can start to dip into your health - again, generally fine as you'll quickly make armour back up with kills, BUT if you notice you start dropping to like 100 health, abandon the weapon and get your throw attack out to distract the zombies as above, then you can safely lay down your charged Charon shot. When you get the bosses, the trick is not to panic and always be prepared. I had some close calls and used some Dying Wishes just through zoning out and them catching my by surprise. As soon as you see them, quickly get a fresh Charon shot down to keep the zombies distracted, then you can lay into them with the Hellion. Blightfathers take about 3-4 shots and Gegenees take about 5-6. Just shoot at the feet, this causes splash damage. If you have any Shields Ups, these are so handy. The shield run with this strategy is very long due to having the debris between the Temple and Marketplace closed, and it's never ideal to be without a shield during this strategy. Try and have a Rare or Legendary reward from the Apollo trials on standby. These both can give you a Max Ammo as a bonus reward, and the Rares are best as they also can give you a Max as a main reward. Always worth trying to claim between rounds if you're getting low on ammo and you can keep activating trials between rounds and just taking on the ones that work while you're in the strategy, such as dealing melee damage, getting specialist kills or not taking damage. I stopped using the Pegagus Strike after a while, it's not reliable in the high rounds as zombies either ignore it or Pegasus just stops firing As I said above, I didn't use many Elixirs, if you've got like 10 Cache Backs or Alchemicals that should get you to round 100 with no ammo problems, you're gonna be getting Max Ammo's every few rounds and if you start the strat having just got a Max then the timings should work out well for the most part. If you don't have many it might be worth keeping the top door of the Marketplace closed also, so you can run the trap strategy if you run out of hand of Charon ammo.

    Hi everyone! Maybe, a little late when I’ve found this forum about my favourite game(mode), but anyways here I am! But who am I? I love helping people out with my fast, correct and solo guides on my YT channel, MysteryHQ. And how I started? I started playing on Tranzit, and back then I was happy if I had reached round 7-10. But I’ve never stopped, so I completed my first EE on Der Eisendrache! From that point I’ve completed all EE’s (except the BO1 ones, but I did them in Chronicles). I even completed the full Super Easter Egg in IW, so I beat Mephistopheles on my own. Currently I’m a BO4 Zombies slayer and I've never really been a member of this site, even though I'm a big zombies fan… Nice meeting you all!

    On Alpha Omega, there is a document with codes for several projects and places in the facility that you can enter into Rushmore and he will explain them. Credit to @NaBrZHunter for streaming and entering these codes so I could hear all of them. These are the transcripts I've made. If I put a dash somewhere, its because I couldn't understand the word he was saying. Code 0-0-0-1 Project MKAlpha: "Project MKAlpha is an offshoot of MKUltra. The CIA program explored the possibility of mind control as espionage. While MKUltra explored the spectrum of techniques, MKAlpha focused on the use of a highly classified American Pyramid device located in Camp Edward, Nevada for telepathic interrogation. Use of the APD yielded positive outcomes in a series of tests but serious side effects experienced by both interrogators and test subjects were also reported. More on that under APD Interrogation." Code 0-0-0-2 ADAM Initiative: "The ADAM Initative began with research into automated servants for public use. The androids were made to appear as human as possible to function in people’s homes and businesses as easily as a human employee. Easier perhaps because they require no food, sleep, or salary. The results were very encouraging. Not only did they perform everyday domestic tasks but they inspired genuine affection in their employers. It didn’t take long for Broken Arrow’s top brass to recognize the military potential in the ADAM initiative. More on that under Project Toy Soldier" Code 0-0-0-3 Project Toy Soldier: "Project Toy Soldier is an offshoot of the ADAM initative. The focus of Toy Soldier is to repurpose ADAM units for military applications. Work on Toy Soldier began at Camp Edward 6 months after the facility was dedicated to the Broken Arrow program. Militarized ADAM units were deemed an effective countermeasure to an undead outbreak and their capabilities were augmented accordingly. After several tests and iterations, a unit designated Seargent ADAM performed well in demonstrations for the joint chief. Seargent ADAM remains at Camp Edward ready for activation if necessary." Code 1-0-0-1 Broken Arrow: "The Broken Arrow Facility in Camp Edwards, Nevada is categorized as a Black Site by a select few in the federal government who are aware of its existence. Broken Arrow was created by the Department of Defense in November of 1963 following the undead outbreak in the Pentagon. That incident was contained and kept classified but every available resource was mobilized to prevent another such disaster. In addition to locations at Groom Lake and Hanford, Camp Edward was turned over to Broken Arrow for the research and creation of an American Pyramid Device based on the similar mechanism discovered on the Moon. The efficacy and potential uses of the APD are still being determined." Code 1-0-0-2 Prisoner Holding: "The Prisoner Holding Area in Camp Edward was designed to detain spies and trespassers. However its main usage was in conjunction with Project MKAlpha. The test subjects for APD interrogation were kept in prisoner holding and escorted to transfusion before delivery at the APD for their interrogation session. If they emerged relatively intact, they were taken back to a holding cell in processed out of the base. However not all subjects survived the process." Code 1-0-0-3 Transfusion Facility: "The Transfusion Facility at Camp Edwards served as —- In the MKAlpha interrogation process. Test subjects were escorted from the cells in Prisoner Holding and placed in the transfusion chair. Precise dosages of element 115 were then injected into the subjects bloodstream rendering them susceptible to the interrogator awaiting them in the APD interrogation area. Use of element 115 for this procedure is highly controversial among the few who — the program. Its effects were unpredictable and more than one subject who entered transfusion never made it to interrogation. Additionally Broken Arrow medical technicians working in transfusion reported a variety of side effects when working with 115 and had to be replaced regularly. One interesting outcome is that base personnel avoided the transfusion facility even more than they avoided the APD itself." Code 1-0-0-4 APD Interrogation: "The APD Interrogation Program is a focal point for the MKAlpha program. Numerous tests were conducted with subjects who were strapped into the interrogation chair and given controlled doses of element 115. These subjects were susceptible to telepathic probing from an interrogator located within the American Pyramid Device. Initial results show great potential with actual intel obtained directly from the minds of various test subjects. However averse reactions to 115 were observed. And prolonged time spent within the APD had dilatory effects on interrogators themselves including Broken Arrow’s Cornelius Pernell." Code 1-0-0-5 Solitary: "The Solitary Confinement Area was where test subjects were taken following APD interrogation sessions. They were held there for several days before being returned to prisoner holding. In the early days of MKAlpha, subjects were taken directly from APD to holding. They tended to be unruly. Traumatized by having another mind rummage through theirs and this unnerved subjects in neighboring cells. It was determined that a cool down period in solitude mitigated averse reactions and so the solitary cells were added."

(No I am not kidding it really has been that long, just look at the list.) The cyan robes shall be awarded to the one who has the most votes at the end of this competition, but first y'all need to nominate someone of course.     The MPD is powered by the 115 Extraction Drill. The US have built a Super MPD on top of the Nuketown site in the hope of controlling Sam (as said in Classified) - They have built a dome shield structure over the Moon MPD too. - Schuster is Piloting - The MPD opening Maxis has helped the US build it (115 Extraction Drill picture in Origins) so that he can free Sam.     We have been working hard in the background doing some adjustments to the website and user experience and want to give you a little understanding of what we have done, are doing and a few did you know things. We have done some server changes, implemented a different PHP handler, introduced memcache and config updates. This helped tremendously with site peformance. We then introducted Cloudflare again to help with speed and performance. Page Speed Insights We've still got some improvements we can do, this is web report from Page Speed Insights, Mobile is needing a little bit more work but we're on it. This is GTMetrix, The important thing to understand here, is the fully loaded time takes into account the AD's which are being served to guests on the main index, remove the AD's and you obtain a different fully loaded time of around 2 seconds. We have intruduced a higher setting for guest caching, this is set at 3 minutes at the moment but is only a test, it could be set at 10 minutes for better results. We are looking at image optimisation and will discuss with the team about using webp for better image processing & provide better image file sizes compared to jpg/png for example and superior lossless compression. In addition to images, we should be hosting all images within our resources on the site and not hosting on 3rd party sites (such as photobucket). It reduces the amount of look ups by uploading all images to the site and then having these images served from amazon S3 for example. Broken profile images are being changed when we find them, this was a result of a failed S3 setup which @Hells Warrriortakes the blame for. Broken links and general clean up has been performed. We've introduced at the top of the forum a new section called "Our picks" - what is our picks? Our picks is basically a selection of content that is chosen by the team, it is then promoted to social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) and appears in our picks section as well. Why are we doing this? It brings attention to the topics/articles on the site and brings people to the site (hopefully) to use and stick around. All software is up to date and shouldn't be presenting any problems. We still have things going on in the background we are working on as well but no news to share at the moment.     Samantha doesn't need an MPD anymore. Once a simple child, a "woman scorned," as Dr. Monty once pointed out, a surprising element has given her power that she never was meant to possess...and this time, it wasn't an atomic element, but something much more powerful. "NS" is Neilsborium 107 - but that doesn't matter. I'm referring to nostalgia. This element of human thought, like Element 115, is incredibly powerful and can be used to influence mass numbers of people, and like 115, this can be used for good...but it can also have disastrous results. Since the beginnings of the Call of Duty Zombies mode, expectations have increased with every new map developed: Nacht Der Untoten featured almost nothing, and the potential for growth was infinite, yet Verruckt only gently stepped that level up. Shi No Numa blew the lid off, however, introducing elements that had only been imagined prior to its release, and the pressure was truly on. From Der Reise onwards, this amazing growth trend continued...until it suddenly changed. It reached the point that the level of complexity was overkill, the easter eggs stopped making sense, and the story became so convoluted that often, theorizing felt pointless (I'm looking at you, Multiverse). So what happened? I believe we stopped appreciating the little things. In days long past, the nostalgia pool was small - a virtual puddle. Creativity could still run wild, and new mysteries could develop without the need for an attempt at a mindblowing cameo or plot twist involving a beloved character. Inspiration came from the real world around each map, each date and time at which they supposedly occurred. An easter egg, meanwhile, might be a somewhat practical series of steps, accompanied by entertaining dialogue that led to the acquisition of an item or achievement of a small goal: those Easter Eggs are still beloved today, and are often to root of the nostalgia that we now feed off of. On the bright side, I feel that Classified and Alpha Omega have made a truly genuine attempt at rediscovering that balance of simplicity, outward thinking, and small, exciting discoveries. A great example is the audio reel reference to "Operation Stapler." This type of outward reference to real world events (Operation Paperclip) is the kind of thing that feeds that creative pool, and once upon a time, even made the line between reality and fiction hard to discern. How many of you wondered, long ago, if the Waffenfabrik Der Reise was a real place? What about the Fly Trap? Now, what about Operation Stapler? The point is that not everything needs to be tied together. Dempsey and McCain don't need to be old friends to make the story interesting. Russman and George Barkley didn't need to be former coworkers. Peter didn't need to be brought back to life, and Pernell, if we're honest, really didn't even need to be the head of Broken Arrow. Furthermore, not everything needs to be mind blowing or extravagant. In a day and age when Marvel rules the theatres, and epic, tearjerker endgames are a daily occurence, the temptation is to follow suite, creating superheroes and supervillians whose powers emminate from their empty hands on command...but Zombies has never been a superhero story. It’s been one that might be explained via some fun, albeit stretched, pseudoscience. Powers came from the weapons and tools each character wielded - it is Call of Duty, after all. As a final thought, think about LOST - the TV show that so many of us know and love (or hate, or love to hate): the one thing you can't deny is the fact that, although it is long over, there is still so much to know, so many questions to ask, and that keeps us intrigued, and keeps us studying both the show and the real world for more clues. But tying nostalgia to nostalgia can lead to stagnation...so I'm begging the writers at Treyarch to look back outside the extant lore of zombies, and restore the complex simplicity of this mode and story that we all love. But these three are the only ones found. A weird thing is that two of the telegrams talk about ‘Be wary of the Doctor’, while it is devoted to one FS ER: Faithful servant Edward Richthofen! So does the letter warn Richthofen for himself? My personal, hypothetical and very clear answer: Yes and no. ‘Be wary of the Doctor’ definately sounds more like Ultimis Richthofen to me. I think FS ER might be Primis Richthofen. ‘Faithful servant’ sounds Illuminati-like to me (though it definately could be Monty or the Shadowman), and remember how Primis Richthofen, in opposition to Ultimis, still somehow had a good relation with the Illuminati. They even obeyed him when he ordered them to build a laboratory beneath Alcatraz. So my personal theory is that these messages are from the Illuminati to Primis Richthofen in order to warn him for his Ultimis self. I wonder, though, if this is the Ultimis we know, from Black Ops I, or the Ultimis of the future maps, after Classified. But there are more mysteries involved with these telegrams: Why would the messenger note Tabun and Sarin? These are two nerve gases developed by Nazi-German scientists in the late 1930s. This could possibly be just a developers/texture error, but why is the messenger in the BO1 files called IHCOMFSOG and in BO3 IHCOMESOO? Why is, during Classified, the messenger aware of how the Doctor is capable of timetravel, and, during the events of BO1, not? Has there changed anything in-between? “We are running out of time”. For what? What is their agenda? It is also interesting to note that the messenger is, just as the person he warns for, capable of timetravel?     Hello, everyone. It's hard to believe, but it has been three years since I was invited by @InfestLithium to have my newly-started Storybook brought to CoDz. At the time I had only written 14 short chapters, and yet Infest saw the potential in me and gave me this great opportunity, as well as introducing me to this wonderful community. It was an exciting time to be a Call of Duty Zombies fan back in July 2016. We had just seen the trailer for the upcoming Gorod Krovi. We still didn't know who Doctor Monty was, nor did we understand the blood vials. We were completely uncertain of the future. No one could have anticipated the direction of the comics, nor the release of Zombies Chronicles and the Timeline. Suffice as it is to say, it has been a hell of a journey. I would not be writing this passion project if it were not for the support of everyone here. I can't express my gratitude enough. All I can say is thank you, everyone. As a sort of celebration of the three years since I began writing, I wanted to make a thread expressing my gratitude as well as providing an opportunity to learn more about my process creating the Storybook. I will be answering a couple of questions suggested by @anonymous, and giving a behind the curtain view of what is to come. Without further ado, here are some questions and answers. How did you get the idea of starting the Storybook? Did you anticipate expanding it as much as you did? The idea started small around June of 2016 as I had just watched the massive 4 hour long Zombies Storyline Audio Documentary by the legendary @MysteryMachineX for the second time. It being the Summer right after High School and right before University, I had a lot of free time, and was thinking about how much I love the storyline, and yet it cannot be appreciated by most players of the game because it is so complex and not explicitly told in-game. I thought, “Man, it would be awesome if there was a book that told the entire story in an understandable and entertaining way.” When I realized there wasn't, I just thought, “What if I wrote it?” I had no idea where to begin, so I thought the simplest place would be with the map that started it all: Nacht. I wrote out a short prologue, only about 900 words, and I realized I loved doing it. At the time I browsed the CoDZombies subreddit daily, but I was afraid of the backlash I would receive for my “fan-fiction”, so I posted it under an alternate account to gauge reaction (original post here: Anyway, I didn't plan for this to be a multi-year project. I initially just wanted to connect all the radios and quotes into a timeline of events that made sense. Then, the bomb dropped in 2017 that was the timeline. Suddenly, in my eyes, there was no point to just connecting the dots with my Storybook. I had to try to make it stand out on its own as not just an explanation of the story, but an expansion. The chapters became longer along with the time between them, but man do I enjoy writing and reading them. The goal of writing should be creating something that you yourself would love to read, and I can tell you that this is exactly what I would have wanted back in the day. Do you ever get ideas from posts here on CoDz? Yes, I do! I am indebted to the passionate minds here for the many threads created and ideas expressed that have influenced my writing. From storyline theories to explanations of the science behind the story, I often get ideas just reading the threads on this site that I know I just have to implement in some way. Some notable examples: What was your favorite chapter to write? That is a tough question to answer, so I will cop-out and choose multiple, of course. One I massively enjoyed recently was Danke Schoen, the first chapter of Book 2. I have no current plans to continue Book 2 until Book 1 has more progress, so that just goes to show you how impatient I was to write that chapter. I think Ultimis has such great potential, and I am dying to write more for them. I just had to get that chapter out there not only as a taste of what's to come but to satisfy my own need. Another favorite of mine is Chapter 20 of Book 1, “Uniform”. Around chapter 10 or so as I was writing I came up with the story beat of how Richtofen would acquire the Nazi uniform we all know him for. I knew I had to eventually get him into that uniform, and I also had to show how far his mind has slipped. The best way I could do that was to have a chapter from the outside perspective of Doctor Schuster, a character I've come to love, and have him see first-hand how Richtofen would react to receiving a Nazi uniform. Edward doesn't seem at all off-put by it, and in fact he seems to love it because it makes him feel powerful. The creator of Breaking Bad, Vince Gilligan, has said that the writers' process for the show when it came to characters was to write the character first, and then explore the consequences of the actions that character would naturally take. Richtofen is a character not created by me but by Treyarch, and so presented with this situation, I wasn't really sure how Richtofen would react until I began typing, and he ended up surprising me. “Uniform” is why I love writing this story. What is the process for creating a chapter? Typically I like to have a general idea of what I want to accomplish with a chapter, and other chapters after it, before I dive into writing it. The official timeline helped a great deal with this process, as it laid out the major events in a linear fashion, and it is my job to make those gaps in time make sense and flow together well. With the timeline as a gold standard, I enter the next phase where I decide how I am going to approach character development and exposition with each chapter. Maxis is going to Kino for the next few years of the timeline? He's got to be dealing with not being able to see his daughter, and fight the temptation to form a relationship with Sophia. I evaluate the hard evidence first, and in this example I looked a lot at Data Servant entries from the first Black Ops, where Maxis seemed to be paranoid and frustrated with Sophia. Building off that, I also need to set up for a big climatic chapter I have planned regarding his time at Kino, so this chapter should make hints and build up to it, so I have to account for that. With the basic idea for the chapter in mind, there is still some time before I begin writing. I look over the framework for the chapter, and get it into my head to think over for a couple of days. While listening to music or working or browsing online, I tend to come up with an idea for an interaction or exchange that would fit perfectly in the chapter. For example, in the recent Maxis chapter I had the idea to have Maxis be taunted by the Illuminati while I was playing Kino der Toten and saw the chalk writing on the wall with Samantha's name along with two others. What if the Illuminati is playing with Maxis, forcing him to do things against his, as well as Richtofen's best interests? It seems to fit so perfectly. So I put it in my notes, and continue until I find myself in a mood, and I just start typing with my notes close by until it is done. I tend to think of the general framework for certain climactic chapters way in advance, because I will think of a really fun idea in my free time and I plan to hold on to them until I finally get a chance to write those chapters. In particular, I look forward to the final chapters of Book 4 (Around Primis), the backstory behind Victis in Book 3, and sooner than later, Chapter 27 of Book 1 “Black” followed up closely by Chapter 28 “Penance”. Richtofen is now reaching the point of no return. Besides writing more chapters and finishing books, what else do you have planned for the future? Right now I want to focus on getting Book 1 complete, but after that there is a few things I would like to do. Book 1 is set to be extremely long in comparison to what I have planned for the other books, and I will admit some chapters are going to be unnecessary in the long run. When I have completed the planned chapters for Book 1, I will go back and either A. Split Book 1 into 2 separate parts, or B. Create an abridged version that is much shorter, while keeping the original intact. I also would like to, at some point after Book 1 is done, create a physical print of the book, after some extensive editing of course. It would be for me personally, so I could hold in my hands a tangible version of what I've created. I would be open to paying out of pocket to print copies for people that would want them if I ever complete this damn book. I wouldn't sell them without Treyarch/Activision's blessing and wouldn't even want to. This has always been about the fun of the story and nothing more. As @The Meh put it in his Unity retrospective, “I just needed to write for myself. I guess that's all there is to it.“ Another fun idea I've thrown around in my head is an audiobook version to be uploaded to YouTube or Soundcloud. I would just need to find the right person to read the book or find myself a good microphone and see how decent my impressions are. The videos would be paired with the best visuals that can be acquired, and a variety of musical backing. That would be a whole project unto itself, and as I said I want to focus on finishing this book at the moment as I reach the halfway point. To conclude, I am so, so thankful for the support from everyone on CoDZ. I hope that one day this project will be complete, and I can look back and feel proud of what I have done. It makes me so happy that there are people that already enjoy my work, when I'm not even close to being done.

    Credits to @The Meh: Ray gun Mark II but with different ammunition loads? Yellow, pink, orange and blue. What could these colours mean? How do you feel about the reintroduction and possible upgrade of this weapon in Alpha Omega. And could this be Broken Arrow's wonderweapon, by who created? Also, just see the 11/8/45 right under. Since the distances on the blueprint are inches, instead of metres, I'm gonna guess this date too is Anglo-Saxon/Imperial system. So this would say: 8 November, 1945. This is far before the foundation of Broken Arrow. In fact, it is three days after the dissolvation of Group 935 as well, but before the recovering of 935's items and Operation Stapler. If it would be 11 August, however (11-8), this could be a blueprint taken by Peter McCain who had infiltrated Group 935 around that time.

    Change of the Kronorium The Kronorium page features the Dark Mechanism, as seen in Blood of the Dead. This is the machine that sucked Richthofen's bloodvains empty, killing him slowly and painfull. What origin and purpose it exactly had, is left unknown. However, in this intro we see the picture, as well as the excerpts an the right vanish. It seems like Primis has done things that have changed the Kronorium, the Book of Time. They are changing the events that have happened. Samantha in the Dark Aether We see Samantha in an alien environment, standing on a mountain of some sort. As a giant Apothican appears to devour Sam, she uses her powers to rip it apart. The Apothican worm, as well as the powers Samantha has, tell us that this is in the Dark Aether, after she entered the MPD. What is interesting is that this appears to be observated as a physical realm, with three-dimensional beings, rocks and even herself. However, when we opened the MPD in Moon, we see Samantha's body frozen (also as the Quest name implies: cryogenic slumber party. Cryogenic means the freezing of a human body, in the hope to rezurrect it later). So how can Samantha freely wander around in this Dark Aether while her body is frozen imprisoned inside the MPD? Well, could the Dark Aether possibly be a spiritual realm, with Sam's soul that we see? Her physical self is left in the MPD, while her soul is trapped in the this grim dimension. If this would be true, the (Dark) Aether would be easy to visualize for us. Thinking about this, the House with the Souls would also be explainable (with the exception of soulless Maxis). Sacrifices We see Dempsey frozen in a cryogenic pod, and Takeo commit seppuku, interspersed by shots of a rotating Sumonning Key (which was also the last shot of the Zombie Chronicles trailer). Both events were seen in Black Ops 3, where Primis collected their souls with the Sumonning Key. More changes in the Kronorium Once again we see shots a Kronorium pages that vanish due to a changed reality. This time it is the picture of Ultimis Richthofen walking with Primis Nikolai, Dempsey and Takeo towards the House, which we have seen in a Comic earlier. What happened with Primis Richthofen here, and the Ultimis testsubjects? The Aether Pyramid Device opens This one is discussed in PINNAZ's thread as well. This Aether Pyramid appears to not be the MPD, so is this Broken Arrow's replica? Is the dome above the Dome structure we see in the Nuketown loading screen? We will never learn Science gone wrong again. The human desire to controll the undead, to play own god. @WaWQuickRevive theorized that these two scientists might very well be Doctor Schuster and Cornelius Pernell respectively. In the second shot we see the one with the glasses zombified Familiar faces We see Doctor Monty, the Shadowman, Peter McCain, Misty, Stuhlinger and Doctor Richthofen. Agartha will burn We see the Keepers fight against the Apothicans. An interesting thing is that the Apothicans are already mutated here, meaning that this might not be the War of Agartha (which was before the corrupted Keepers banishment to the Dark Aether were they mutated). On one side a Monty in Keeper appearance is seen, on the other the Shadowman. They seem remarkingbly similar, only different by their clothes. Also, we see the innocent souls of little Samantha and Edward in the House, followed by, once again, a rotating Summoning Key...

    Hey, guys. Another part to this, eh? I'm surprised, as well. But, when you're a person like me, and you think a lot about life, and "grand designs", certain things come to mind. For the sake of this particular post, I couldn't help to do that. Oftentimes, I remind myself about times before CoDz, and I get to thinking a surprising lot about the path that got me here. Hell, if you'd told me five years ago I'd be a moderator, I'd... probably second-guess you. Sure, it's a dream of plenty normal members, but if you're just telling yourself that will happen, you're bound to find that it may never. Given, back then, I don't think I had the greatest of proclivities for it, either. I was a young kid, coming right off of PTG's downfall. I was desperate before it, and was then... and I think most of the reasons for that lie in a wanting, a longing, for some form of validity. Back during PTG, I do recall having that. For the wrong reasons, yes, but I had it. Hell, the one example post that comes to mind is when I posted lyrics for his "Zombies III" album. I worked hard on that particular post, and I had to decipher a lot of lines. Surprisingly, the lyrics do stand in places, and a lot were correct! Would you believe, a lot of people appreciated that post. ...and so, I milked that. I began using the post for dumb reasons and saying I'd update certain areas, and did, or say "oh hey here's why I like each song". That got shut down quick, but you can imagine, I wanted that. I needed that validity. It was unhealthy, but I needed it back then. I went on to try to write the lyrics for Extinction as well, but, as fate had it, I wasn't longed for a forum that was crumbling. I must have been one of the first in the ban wave. It sucked. Truly. I wanted that kind of interaction again, and some time after, I found my way here. ...and, if I'm being honest, I think I must have started off wanting the same things. I'll go as far to say, Unity itself was victim to a lust for validity. I think I always had said "oh hey Unity is the biggest bestest thing ever" for some time. I do believe it was good, but I was honestly a zealot to believe it better than everything. I recall being mad about trying to get people to make it a custom map, to get people to read it. It was a gem to me. Priceless and inscrutable. Of course, now I can tell you it's shit. But that's obvious. That's why I'm rewriting it in the first place. I don't really know what kicked me out of the groove of wanting that validity. Perhaps it came around the time I started Citadel. But I stopped caring about it, y'know? Validity from others doesn't really matter if you believe that what you're doing is good enough. Anything and everything you do is good. I stopped writing for just praise, just validity or anything. I didn't really need that. I just needed to write for myself. I guess that's all there is to it. ...I guess the overall point of this post is to say... believe in yourself. Always. The strongest things come from the strongest wills. ...of course, I'm absolutely obligated to tell you, I 100% appreciate the feedback Unity gets. I'd be vain to not accept it and appreciate it. You guys make writing this weird, zany story fun. Truly. I do hope that the rewrite and the future to come will be something you guys like quite a bit. I know I do. All that said!     Full instructions and demonstration in the video. This video aims to show you step by step my approach to getting set up for the high rounds camping strategy providing helpful tips along the way (my full 100 game is HERE if you need demonstration of the high rounds strategy, tips included on the page). The Exalted hand is well worth upgrading to because your ammo lasts TWICE as long in the high rounds. If you think this doesn't sound right, let me explain: You get 10 more ammo and each charged shot lasts 25 seconds per shot rather than 15 seconds like the Redeemed hand. With the Redeemed, 40 ammo, 3 ammo per charged shot means 13 shots total, 15 seconds per shot meaning 195 seconds of charged shot time in total. With the Exalted, 50 ammo, 3 ammo per charged shot means 16 shots total, 25 seconds per shot meaning 400 seconds of total charged shot time. So, that's double the charged shot time on the Exalted hand compared to the Redeemed hand, meaning your ammo lasts twice as long in full flow! Well worth the upgrade as this allows you to camp through the high rounds as long as possible. This guide will be for people who have a decent understanding of the map but are struggling with getting set up consistently, as getting upgraded to the Exalted hand of Charon can be really hectic. I've found a nice controlled way of doing it though, and I show this strategy here. If you're unfamiliar with any of the steps, I'd highly recommend heading over to Glitch's channel on YouTube as he has snappy and concise guides on all steps. The cool thing is, you don't need to build even the basic version of all the hands to do this in solo - you only need one hand. I only had the Hand of Charon here, I didn't get any of the other ones, even the basic ones.

    Staying in the background for what seems like 2 years now, I've not had much dealings with the site apart from the occassional intervention. Will be good to see how things move for the community, forum software is forum software. Be that vBulletin, phpBB, Invision suite (which we run) or others such as Xenforo. Some have different activity functionality and "slightly" different layouts but in essence they are the same. Reddits not a forum in the traditional sense, it's more complicated and less intuitive in my view - although I'm pretty oldskool when it comes to forums. I started running forums with Ikonboard back in 2001 and ventured to YaBB and others. I've always preferred the service and the options supplied by Invision & I've been with them on several forums now for over 15 years. Occasionally involved in sites such as CoDz, that had phpBB/vBulletin/myBB/. CoDz was running phpBB and tried to migrate to vBulletin which failed spectacularly, we still had the licence for it but attempted migrations was a nightmare, they kept failing on the test setup, no matter what. It was pretty messed up, so we switched to Invision pretty much straight after I got involved and we have been using Invision for over 4 years now. Change is not always appreciated, not always seen as a requirement or having a need for change other than when someone comes in that is used to a different forum software (such as myself a few years back). Bottom line, change can be good, it can open up new avenues, times change and that's OK. Embrace changes that occur, remember CoDz is about it's members and not one individual. We're all still here in some guise and we're all happy to help. My only concern is losing features on this site, which we had custom built (LFG). However, having 4 kids ranging from 16 to 1.5, running the business, travelling up and down the UK on a nearly weekly basis and travelling to places like Germany, Austria, Lithuiana. Time for the family, myself & CoDz has become near impossible. So the admins with the time and dedication & with more time on their hands than me. Is a good thing for the site and the community. Here's to the future.

    Oh man this was posted a while ago, but reading the things you guys wrote actually made me cry, both because I recognize it myself a lot, and out of sympathy for all your stories. The whole yes-man thing, bending over backwards to please people, and shoving yourself into the background as a result, selfhatred. At the same time it also makes me relieved to a point, because when you've faced the world alone (or felt that you did) you never stop and realize that a lot of people deal or have been dealing with the same issues. I'm also still dealing and struggling with that, among other things. Those other things take kinda long to talk about, but I can kinda summarize it using two words, namely depression and trauma. The other main thing with me just has been not to be a bother to anyone. And I still have a LOT of trouble with this. I used to be so scared of being a bother to people that I just... never really started to develop my personality until about two years ago thanks to therapy, and started to avoid people. This eventually turned into a bad, bad case of selfhatred and... low points. It's not as bad as it has been, and I've made a lot of progress over the last two years!!! But I'm... still scared of people. I'm mostly terrified of angry people, if they're angry at me it's worse. Another "bonus" if it's a man (sorry to all the guys ;^;). ...And if they're drunk it's the worst (to the point of panicking, there's the trauma). But it doesn't even have to be when they're angry. but even still I often just... kinda avoid people??? It's been something that has been ingrained in well, my character I guess. Reading back what I wrote just now kinda makes me feel like I'm sounding edgy or pretentious, oh man. But at the same time that's a good example of the stuff I'm still struggling with. Just thinking those kinds of things, being scared that I'll be told (or that others will even think) that I'm trying to sound edgy or that I'm cringy or whatever else bad, it's something I'll probably never get rid of, as well as the whole being a bother thing, be it directly or indirectly thinking it. But I have also accepted this (for the most part). I have learned that while I probably can't get rid of it, I CAN learn to live with it. Of course I have my bad days, the days where I fall back into the old ways of thinking and doing, but I'm starting to learn how to deal with it, and to channel it into something better, and to work around it. Step by step. Fumbling steps. But steps nontheless! One step is admitting it (the beginning of this paragraph I mean), for example. It's still hard, but that's what the road to recovery is, right? It's very hard, with many ups and downs. But that's okay. I do hope I'm not unnessecarily tearing open old stuff, but this topic has really moved me. I also want to say thanks to everyone for talking about their problems which might sound weird I guess? But I know how hard it is, and I still think it's brave as hell. Hats off to everyone! I've probably never said it before, I don't think I have, but I'm always astounded by how nice and cool everyone is. Hell, I've never even thanked @anonymous properly for having nominated me to be user of the month once. It still means so much, and I feel like an ass. At the moment I was just really blown away by it, still am. I never really found the right moment to say it until now, and I'm sorry for that. But I still remember it, and it still makes me feel very warm and fuzzy inside. So again, thank you ;v; And well, sorry for being so late with that (I've actually been sitting on it for a very long time).

    Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Order of Forgotten Mysteries! Today we will be discussing a topic that has been around for years with no definitive answer in sight, and even with the release of Alpha Omega the question is raised again: What do the Zombies' eyes signify? This seemed like a simple question with a simple answer: It's about who's in control. However, this assertion has been challenged a couple of times in the past, and now this mystery has still yet to be solved. Let's review the known eye colors and the maps they appear in. Yellow/Orange Maps: Nacht, Verruckt, Shi No Numa, Der Riese, Kino, "Five", Ascension, Call of the Dead, Shangri-La, Moon (Pre-egg), Nuketown (Before round 30), Buried (Post Maxis End Game), Origins, Shadows of Evil, The Giant, Der Eisendrache, Zetsubou No Shima, and Classified This color is typically associated with Samantha Maxis. It would be easy to assume that while Samantha's soul is inside of the MPD, the eyes are orange as they switch to blue immediately upon Richtofen switching his soul into the MPD. This, however, is a tricky assumption to make, as there are numerous examples of times when eyes are orange where Samantha CANNOT be in the MPD. This includes Nacht and Verruckt, which take place before she enters the MPD on the timeline, Origins and Shadows of Evil, which take place in Dimension 63, Shadows of Evil not involving Samantha at all, and TG and DE which take place in fractures where the MPD is never occupied by Samantha, but it empty when it is teleported to the castle. It is not fair, however, to say that the orange eyes have no association with Samantha. In every map with the orange eyes, the announcer is the demonic version of Samantha. One recent quote that is intriguing regarding these eyes is this one from Classified: As a member of Group 935 for years, Schuster must have seen a ton of zombies throughout testing, and yet, why is he so intrigued by the yellow in the zombies' eyes during his time at Broken Arrow? The best explanation for this is that they match the eyes of the zombies that Samantha unleashed at Griffin Station after Maxis' death. Indeed, the following audio reels from this one explore Schuster warning the others in Broken Arrow about Samantha. He is aware of the eyes' connection to her, and that she is still around. One last interesting thing to note, in the Maxis end game for Buried, when Richtofen's soul is removed from the MPD, the eyes of the zombies turn back to orange, and yet, there is no announcer on the map. It is silent when powerups are picked up. Blue Maps: Moon (Post Egg), TranZit (And all of Green Run), Nuketown (After Round 30), Die Rise, Buried This color is most certainly associated with Edward Richtofen. Immediately upon entering the MPD, all zombie eyes turn blue, and upon Maxis winning in Buried they lose their blue. Eddie says in the Origins end cutscene while playing with Sam that he believes that zombie eyes should be blue. In the Maxis end game, Maxis will place Edward's soul into a zombie body which will have, of course, blue eyes. In the Richtofen end game, Edward enter's Stuhlinger's body, and he gains blue glowing eyes whenever Richtofen speaks. It is always associated with Richtofen as the demonic announcer. Red Maps: Mob of the Dead, Gorod Krovi, Revelations, Blood of the Dead With their first appearance in Mob of the Dead, it seemed that the Warden, or whatever Ancient Evil was in control was responsible for the red eyes, as the announcer was completely different. This, however, is thrown out the window with Gorod Krovi. There is seemingly no explanation for their role in the map and why Samantha is the announcer. It has been speculated that the eyes are associated with the Shadowman, Dr. Monty, or some other entity that has a role in these particular maps. While Blood of the Dead confirms that the Shadowman has a role in influencing the Warden of Alcatraz, and his control in Revelations would make sense, this does not explain how he would control them in Gorod Krovi as he is still trapped in the Summoning Key by that point. Dr. Monty on the other hand would make sense in Gorod and Revelations as in Gorod he made his first appearance calling out to Primis, and we now know he has a hand in perpetuating the cycle, which Gorod is a key part of. Light Purple Maps: Origins (Templar Zombies) While I was initially skeptical about these eyes, believing that lighting made them appear different, they are 100% different from the normal orange-eyed zombies on the map. These templar zombies only spawn under the dig site and inside the Crazy Place. They seem to work alongside the regular orange-eyed zombies in attacking the player, and are the first attackers in the outbreak. Notably many of the templars bear a black sun symbol on their chest: This is the very same symbol seen on the robes of the Order of the Keepers: Could these templars hold the spirits of long-dead Keepers from the Great War? Or were they petitioned by the Keepers to, even in death, defend the dig site so that the 115 could never be utilized by the Apothicons again? White Maps: Alpha Omega While it seemed Treyarch had forgotten the debates regarding eye color, they have thrown us another curve-ball in giving the zombies white eyes in Alpha Omega. This seems to be signified by Avogadro being inside the APD at Camp Edward. This is all fine and dandy, until you realize that Samantha is still inside the MPD. The Samantha announcer from Classified remains the same, and yet the eyes have changed. Could this be an area-specific control, where Avogadro can only control them within the limits of Camp Edward? This seems unlikely, as in the original timeline, according to Alpha Omega's radios, the Avogadro is still within the APD as of 2025, and in Nuketown Zombies the eyes are orange. It is possible, however, that after the explosion caused by drilling, the APD and Avogadro inside were destroyed, and thus Samantha regained control. Zombie eyes, seem to correlate with electricity in a lot of cases. In TranZit when an EMP is thrown near a zombie, they will lose their connection with the Aether, becoming harmless, and losing all color in their eyes. The Galvaknuckles make short work of them compared to, say, a knife, or a gun. With that in mind, it may be obvious to see how using the mind-control abilities of the APD and his own electrical powers, the Avogadro could take control of zombies in the vicinity. Green Zombies' eyes turn green when they are friendly. This can be caused by the Turned/Brain Rot ammo types or the Ctrl-Z Elixir. They are simply short-lived zombies that swipe at other zombies before bleeding out. Their story significance is most likely little to none. If there is any that I missed, let me know.     First of all I'd like to nominate this thread to @Electric Jesus and @PINNAZ, as their past comments in posts of many years old unconsiously inspired me about a lot of the following content. Also, allow me to copy-paste parts of a short intro about the Hanford area I wrote a while back to get into the atmosphere: Hanford Site, WA Tranzit, as all of you might know, takes place in Hanford, Washington State, USA. The shape of the Columbia river, the roads and the railway are astonishing corresponding. Hanford was, and actually still is, an American scientific-military facility. Lets go back to the origins of the Hanford Works. In 1943, in the midst of World War II, the United States launched the construction of nuclear facilities in the area of the small town of Hanford. For the sake of winning the war, Hanford’s citizens were said to be relocated to new living areas and the area became fully restricted to enter. However, many citizens disappeared, not to be found ever again. Huge concrete constructions raised from the ground, miles of road and railway were created, and four electrical substations were built. So-called ‘tank farms’ appeared, which had a function in storing radioactive waste: Large, partly underground, waste cylinders. We can actually see a few in the Farm part of Tranzit, with 'infected' written in Cyrillic on it. Hanford had become a massive top-secret nuclear research facility, mainly focussed on forming plutonium. Subsequently, the area became extremely polluted with many types of hazardous elements and chemicals. It was in the drinking water of not only the workers, but also the citizens who lived some miles away. In their blood. In their cells. And many of them died not old. Two years later, 1945: Germany capitulated, and after the dropping of two atomic bombs on Japan (of which as a matter of fact, one was created in the Hanford Works) the Second World War ended and the era of the Cold War had started. The United States faced a new strategic threat in the rise of the Soviet nuclear weapon program, also possessing the remnants of Group 935, and it expanded the Hanford Site. As the the nations were not merely in a space- and nuclear arms race, they were involved in a shadow race for element 115 as well. However, the US's 115 deposit in Nevada and Japan was limited, and since Griffin Station was overrun by the undead, they had to find a way to gain more of the element in order to continue this arms race against the Soviets. @Monopoly Mac came with the idea that the Hanford Site might have been a location where scientists, for the first time, succeeded in artificially creating the element. With help of their experience in nuclear and atomic research, as well as having the support of several ex-935'ers obtained through Operation Stapler, this American scientific organisation was able to generate 115. The barn at Farm has boxes with scratched off signs, possibly storing the element. By 1963, the Hanford Campus was home to nine nuclear reactors along the Columbia River, five reprocessing plants on the central plateau, and more than 900 support buildings and radiological laboratories around and underneath the site. It did nit only focussed itself on forming plutanion anymore, but ununpentium as well. Coincidentally, this was also the year the Broken Arrow gained approval to start... Green Run (1946-1962) Green Run was a secret US Government release of radioactive fission products in the populated area around Hanford, starting in 1946 and continued till at least 1962, when more experiments commenced. The purpose of Green Run was to test methods of detecting radiation from the Soviet Union’s nuclear weapons programs, since the released radioisotopes were supposed to be detected by the US Air Force reconnaissance. This unethical human experimentation led to the death of many more local civilians. But the experimentation didn’t stop at “merely” releasing the radioactive isotopes of iodine, plutonium, uranium and xenon in the area. As the facilities secretly generated Element 115 as well, much of this was leaked in the soil and water too, possibly with the purpose of testing how the Air Force could localize Soviet facilities working with 115. Hanford Sanatorium and MKAlpha The doctor-like zombie character models in Green Run wear a sign with 'Hanford Sanatorium' written on it. A sanatorium is a medical facility for long-term illness, most typically associated with treatment of tuberculosis, in the late-19th and 20th century before the discovery of antibiotics. In the United States, especially the West Coast became a popular spot for sanatoria. In 1910, tent cities began to pop up in different areas in this region, some described as places of squalor and shunned by most local citizens. Hanford is not confirmed to have had a for the outside world known sanatorium, but the fact that it isn't registered doesn't mean there never was any. Now all zombie models in Tranzit, whether it are doctors, patients or citizens, share a common feature: a wound in their backs, as well as their collars. James C. Burns, the voice actor of sergeant Frank Woods, told us to look at these identical wounds, hinting that it has a reason it is there. These imply that the undead were released from a hospital: the Hanford Sanatorium! It is most likely that the patients, as well as the locals from Town, were experimented upon. Why their backs and collars? It seems like the doctors were performing surgery in their spine, as well as their brain, to control cerebral function. The fact that they are now undead means that Element 115 was also included in these experiments. It could even be possible that the facility's leaking of 115, the infecting of the patients, was done for this purpose. The scientists could be trying to create a new undead super soldier army, or this whole experiment could have been part of Broken Arrow's Project MKAlpha, control over the brain through the usage of 115. MKAlpha was part of Operation MKUltra, the CIA's mind control program. This Operation included methods of brainwash due to physicial, mental, sexual torture, hypnosis and drug use, and the testsubjects were often illegally aqcuired. Several ex-Nazi scientists and investigation, taken during Operation Paperclip, also participated in MKUltra. Operation MKAlpha was a sub-project of this, investigating the use of Element 115 concerning this matter. "Ahh... The sleepy town of Hanford, Washington State. Where normal people go about their mundane lives in peace. Where nothing of note ever happens. If only it had stayed that way. One fateful night, the entire population of the town and its surrounds vanished - without so much as a trace." - Remnant tour guide Perhaps Hanford was their testing ground. And imagine the entire population of the United States doing as they wish. Imagine all the citizens of the Soviet Union doing as they wish! What Broken Arrow was researching here, was world domination.

    Main Quest Step 1: Turn on Pack-A-Punch and end the round. Go to the operations house and activate the Rushmore AI. Step 2: Purchase Galvaknuckles in the Bus at Cul-de-sac (6000 points). Go into the bunker a find a tv with static (this changes each game) and kill a zombies with the Galvaknuckles in front of it. Step 3: After killing the zombie, you will hear a recording of codes 3 codes in the format (letter, number, number, number, number). I would recommend having subtitles on for this step. The letter indicates which house you need to go to and the number is the time that you need to set on the clock in each hours. (Example: If one of the codes that you got was A0115, you must enter the Yellow House and place the time 1:15 on the clock within that house). Make sure to input the times correctly or you will fail and have to interact with the TV next round. The letters can be found on the mailboxes, however I have provided the list below. Letter to House List: A - Yellow House B - Green House C - Prisoner Holding D - Transfusion Facility E - Operations F - APD Interrogation After setting all the clocks, find that house that was not included in the code. Interact with the clock and it will give you a time. The time is a code that you need to place into Rushmore. (Example: The time the clock gives you is 6:15. This means that you must input 0615 into Rushmore). After that, interact with Rushmore to complete the step. Step 4: Rushmore will direct you to find a Red Nova6 crawler somewhere on the map. Find the crawler (Normally in the bunker) and escort it around the map until he goes to the Transfusion Facility and crawls outside of the map. Step 5: Active Sergeant A.D.AM. in the sortage room and guide him to the bunker stairwell between Green House and Diner. Get him near the greed door and Marlton will open the door and give you a 115 canister. Return the 115 canister to a shelf in the Transfusion Facility. Once the canister is returned report to Operations and interact with Rushmore. *If you don't know how to activate Sergeant A.D.A.M.* Step 6: In Power House, get a jolting hack to electrocute the server core. This will allow the core to be removable and you can place it in the open slot in operations. This step is timed, so the best way to complete is place a telepad in powerhouse and another in prisoner holding. Having the katana specialist enabled also allows you to move faster. Step 7: Around the map there are pictures with nova gas coming from behind. You need to guide a brain rot zombie near the pictures to knock them down. This can be achieved via the alternative ammo PaP or by using the CTRL Z Elixir. The locations for the pictures are Beds, Lounge, and the 2nd floor of the Green house. You will find three codes that will need to be entered into Rushmore. Step 8: Power will go out. There are 6 switches around the map that need to be flipped in a specific order. If flipped in the correct order, all lights will turn green. Diner - Up Beds - Up Generators - Up Solitary - Down Storage - Down Lounge - Down Once all lights are green, reactivate the main power switch and interact with Rushmore. Step 9: Mannequins will rise out of the ground around the map. Find one that is glowing blue and interact with it. You will need to defend the area. Once completed, you will be able to pick up a mannequin piece. You will need to repeat this step 3 more times. Place all three parts on the broken mannequin in front of the APD. Step 10: One you have reanimated Peter, Rushmore will tell you to find the Elemental Orb somewhere on the map. You will need to escort the orb around the map until in returns to the APD interrogation room. Step 11: Activate the computers in APD Control Area to begin the Boss fignt. Boss Fight Step 1: Kill mannequins around the APD Control area to fill up the empty soul canister. Once full, the door of the APD will open, revealing the Avogadro. Step 2: Once the Nuke has landed, leave the APD Control area and find the backup soul canisters around the bunker. When you find a canister you must have every player in your game go in that area and have 1 person interact with the canister to allow it to be filled with souls. While you are attempting to fill the canisters the Avogadro will attack you. Once you have filled it with enough souls you will hear a quote and electricity will fill that room, blocking you access to it. There is a canister in the following areas: Beds Storage Diner Lounge Step 3: Once all 4 canisters have been filled head back to APD Control and shooting the Avogadro will make him move in the direction you are shooting. You must shoot him so that he gets in front of the APD door. Once he is in front he will be sucked into the APD. After all the audio quotes from the facility overseer the APD door will open and you are able to obtain the Elemental Shard. After you obtain the shard the cutscene will play and your game will end.

    The multiplayer map Remnant was released in the latest DLC, featuring a museum containing Zombie-mode related objects (seems like @NightmareVoyager was right). Visitors arriving in Hanford the next day were greeted by lava oozing from ragged fissures in the ground, and an eldritch, clinging gof, rank with the smell of death. The miasma hung heavy over the deserted town a full week, before vanishing as mysteriously as it had arrived. Even carrion birds kept their distance from it's creeping, dank and acrid tendrils. No records exist of Hanford, erased from the history books; only these artifacts remain to tell of the fate of its inhabitants. Where did they go? Where are their mortal remains? Was this a botched military experiment? An alien abduction? An incursion of an antediluvian dimension into our own? Or did demons rise from theStygian depths to execute the default clause of some infernal contract? Until such time as the sealed records are declassified, we'll continue to gather relics of this modern Marie Celeste, and search for the truth ourselves." Note, the map itself isn't canon, though it is left unknown if the tour guides are canon. I self am very fund on the mysterious way these guides are brought. While I find the TranZit one the most interesting, the Moon one is the one I absolutely love and even find to be written in the BO1-style. Discussion will follow in due time...

    I don't believe that the steep decline in interest is primarily drive by direction of the story, game play style, or even difficulty. These are absolutely contributing factors, but in my opinion there is a single factor that drove the "down fall" of this game mode. DLC Exclusivity. Lets Recap a bit November 13, 2012 - Black Ops 2 released May 16, 2013 - Mob of the Dead released August 27, 2013 -Origins Released June 16, 2015 - Sony gains DLC Exclusivity November 6, 2015 - Black Ops 3 released October 12, 2018 -Black Ops 4 released Take a journey with me back to 2013, B02 had just wrapped up and interest in the mode remained consistent with the previous 5 years. In November 22, 2013 xbox releases their long awaited console the Xbox One. Of course, over the next two years dedicated fans hop at the opportunity to buy a new console that is already connected with some many friends and has early access to the game they love. Then the Aether crept its way into Activision and corrupted the minds of their board allowing Sony to sign a new contract for DLC exclusivity in June of 2015. Now this transitions the majority of the dedicated fans in position of players to the position of spectators. Players have to wait a full month as content creators spoil all Easter Eggs and elements in the maps. With this event B03 receives the lowest interest of all previous Treyarch titles and begins the downward trend that has continued through 2019. Of course PS4 has this same problem previously, but the fact the fans bought a console with an understanding that they would be able to play their game early is the difference. Now you can absolutely make the argument for sales over time. However, I see interest as the true north in understanding the success of the game. CoD titles are like Marvel movies, even the shit ones make a billion dollars. Anyway thats just my two cents.

    Did you know? You can set a custom activity stream to follow the content you want to follow, you don't have to view all activity, you can choose what you want to view, how you want to view it. So lets say you want to view just Alpha Omega topics/post, then choose the relevant options with a custom stream, save the stream and call it whatever you want "Alpha Omega" sounds like a good shout. So how do you do it? I've set a custom stream to follow staus updates, records, topics and tournaments. You can also select the other options such as show me, read status, ownership e.t.c. From within topics options (drop down to the right). I have set custom forum sections that I want to appear in this stream Save the stream with a custom title Set as your default stream if you so choose, you can also edit that stream and you can delete the stream if you choose to do so. You will now only see content from the options selected, so I'll see status updates with this streams, new activity in records, topics/posts from the forums I have selected and any new tournament content. You choose what you want to view, you can have multiple stream options. You can set a stream as your default stream, you can choose to delete the stream, you can edit the stream. Hope this helps.

    1. Navigate the generators room and interact with the red computer screen after you turn on power. Complete the lock-down by surviving for one minute against a horde of zombies and novas. 2. Go to the Center Street and find the four houses with gas leaking out of them. 3. Find the ventilation units and press the interact button to repair After following these steps, the blast shield will open up and you will be able to PaP in the bunker.

    My nom nom goes out to @ZombiesAteMyPizza! Not only a veteran member of the forum, but also a consistent participant in just about every topic throughout the last three months. His specialty is guides taking you from initial setup through round 100, but offers thoughtful insight in all areas. I feel in the past high round guides may have been over shadowed by theory threads, but in the current age of Treyarch that slaps you in the face with story details we can look to different content.     (This thread is heavily inspired by @RequixEclipse's comments on the CoDZ discord) In ancient alchemy, 'Azoth' was a mythical universal medication that was sought by many. It was believed to be the essential agent of transformation in alchemy, it's name was given to mercury, the animating spirit hidden in all matter that makes transmutation possible. It was believed that our world was surrounded by a sphere of lights or stars, with beyond that the Schamayim, or Heaven. This Schamayim is the Universal Mercury, or Azoth: "The measureless spirit of life". The term 'Azoth' was considered by occultist Aleister Crowley to represent a unity of beginning and ending by tying together the first and last letters of the alphabets of antiquity; A (Aleph, the first character in the Phoenician alphabet AND the Alpha, the Greek first letter), Z (Zeta, the final character in Latin), O (Omega, the final character in Greek) and Th ( the final character in Hebrew). From Alpha to Omega... Now I really recommend reading @Tac's thread about The Great War, connecting not only the Vril, Nordic and Lovecraftian mythos, but also their energies. Aether, Element 115, the Welteis, Ethereal Energy and Vril might be very well be the same thing, or very similar (Different levels of concentration). Note that these energies, or Vril at least, are also capable of great healing and great destruction, already applied by the Ancient ones. No man is able to handle this energy, thus we need conduits to vessel this energy to our will: the Golden Vril Rods is a very compact example of this. Moving on, before the Second World War, Hitler was aware of "Anti Gravitational Fields" very early on in his rise to power. It is speculated that he became interested when when he would see glowing orbs following around aircraft. Now, old mythologies involving Vril Energy mentioned ancient flying pyramids called Vimana's, using a so-called Mercury Vortex Engine as well as the power of an Eclipse to form a Tornado that activated the anti-gravity mechanism inside the vessel (this is also what we see on the Shangri-La loading screen). After getting familiar with the mythos, Hitler put his top scientists on the job to figure out as much as they could. One thing they figured out was the existance of "Super fluids" that are essentially metals that can be transformed into a liquid state and effectively conduct electricity. The prime example of a "super fluid" here on earth is Mercury. A type of Mercury that is believed to exist is red mercury, a substance of uncertain composition purportedly among others, used in the creation of nuclear weapons. The Nazi's also equiped it on their most top-secret project: Die Glocke. Die Glocke was a metallic object said to be between 12 to 15 ft tall and about 9 ft in diameter, in the shape of a large bell. The device ostensibly contained two counter-rotating cylinders which were be filled with an extremely unstable radioactive mercury-like substance, violet in color. This metallic liquid was stored in a tall thin thermos flask a meter high encased in lead. Additional substances said to be employed in the experiments, referred to as Leichtmetall (light metal). Among these was thorium and beryllium peroxides. Richthofen applied this technology on his inventions as well: The purple cilinders in the Matter Transference Devices are also believed to contain this liquid substance, as well as the Wunderwaffe DG-2. Later, the Ascension Group had a project running named 'Project Mercury', in the community known as the 'Gersch Device': a portal to/through Aether. Now this Mercury, actually a not-that-rare type of metal, seems to play a major background role in our story, connecting Die Glocke, teleportation, Shangri-La and possibly also Vril. Since Azoth is connected with Mercury as well, which is believed to have healing abilities, just like Vril, what is the role of Element 115 in this? Also, has Broken Arrow a Die Glocke-like device using Mercury? In Der Riese Doctor Maxis said that they need a larger conduit to channel the energy. As @PINNAZ mentioned in the other thread, is this conduit what we will come across in the upcoming DLC?

In another thread, @RadZakpak already pointed out that the Shard has distinctly different properties than any other Element 115 rock: Also, concerning Broken Arrow's need for the Focussing Stone: Richthofen created and used the Stone directly before the End of Earth, so presumably after the upcoming DLC. Where did Broken Arrow got their Focussing Stone from? As it appears to be merely a shrinked, thus more concentrated source of 115, they might have created one by theirselves. Also reminds me of this old thread where the possibility that 115 that is 'exposed' to the Casimir Effect becomes Vril (thus, highly concentrated 115 is Vril). The Vril Rod is used to transfer and pilot the Vril force into the MPD. Question is, what is the role of the Shards? Could these be Vril rocks as well? Where do they originate from? Perhaps they must amplify the Ethereal Energy, just like the crystals seen previously in the games: Next to the Shards/Gems/Crystals/whatever, other applications of 'Orange' and 'Blue': The blue wormhole thing in the sky of Origins in opposition to the orange wormhole thing in Gorod Krovi's intro The orange rifts used by Primis while obeying Monty in BO3, in opposition to the blue rifts used by Primis now in BO4 The blue and orange lines in the sky of Revelations Blue zombie eyes (Richthofen, Templar and Crazy Place Zombies (or purple?)) and orange zombie eyes Orange (Maxis) and blue (Richthofen) ethereal energy, beams and orbs coming from the Global Polarization Devices The Rift in Buried is Orange Next to these we also have red (eye colour) and purple (eye colour, "Hell is purple", MTD)

    Meh, and I say this with all honesty, you are unmissable to me. You appear to me to be someone who fits with anyone, and is liked by anyone. I feel like you're good and nice to have conversations with, both in a group and private, serious and unserious, and even in the last case you never forget to add some humour (kinda like Peter McCain in the Storybook). Furthermore you always take guilt on yourself, say you aren't perfect and you are absolutely not arrogant (unlike me, sometimes), which is a characterism I am very fund on. You, just like Radzakpak, always say exactly what I would say or I would agree with, though I mostly fail in correctly formulating a sentence. Just like this comment, haha. If you were my neighbour, you could expect me every day at your door to drink a cup of coffee with you.

    Eheh, that rimes. Sort of. Anyway, it is Wednesday again and time for the fourth Order of the Forgotten Mysteries post! This time we will head to a more recent, but equally intriguing oddity: Belinski square: A very prominent plaza in the centre of Stalingrad, in Gorod Krovi. It is the square with the infamous Barmaley Fountain: A statue depicting a circle of six children dancing around a crocodile. Originally meant as an artistic decoration of the city, it became a symbol associated with the blind and meaningless horror and destruction that had been terrorized Stalingrad for half a year: War. I have consulted a Russian online forum, asking how the plaza in real life was called, and it appeared that it was originally simply known as the 'Trainstation Square'. So what caused this change of name in our Zombies Universe, or at least in the Agonia fracture? Belinski is obviously the last name of our well-beloved, chronic drunk, Soviet character: Niki! It seems, however, that Nikolai was merely an infantry soldier of the Red Army, rather than some famous person deserving a square being called after him. What is more, Nikolai's wife died on the 24th of June, 1941, two days after the start of the Nazi's Operation Barbarossa: the offense on the Soviet Union. From this it seems like Nikolai lived in the very west of his country, close to Poland or maybe in the Baltic area. Additional proof for this is that, according to my helpful online Slavic comrades, any name ending with ‘-ski’ originates from the Western/Baltic/Leningrad area (however, since Stalin’s population transfer in the 1930s this doesn’t mean anything anymore). So it seems unlikely that Nikolai was some local Stalingrad celebrity or something, as he most likely didn’t originate from there. But the place being called after one Belinski would be too coincidental if it wouldn't have any ties with him. Does Nikolai have relatives? Well, you might not know, but in fact is the answer yes: He had a brother. In one of the many knocht facts of Monty in Revelations, the following is stated: The CoD Wiki says that in a Black Ops 1 map, Nikolai states that he has a homeless brother which he hates, but I cannot find any proof for that. Also, the Timeline mentions his brother too: So there seem to be quite some nods to the existence of another Belinski. But who could this be? Der Eisendrache and Zetsubou no Shima provide us some interesting ciphers: So next to Pablo Marinus, there are four other test subjects: Takeo, Dempsey, Nikolai, and a fourth unknown one. It is said, however, that one of them is a brother of the one at large in the city (who we assume is Nikolai in Gorod Krovi). So Nikolai’s brother is a testsubject of Group 935 too? What is interesting as well, is that these are facts scattered throughout all fractures: Agonia, Proditione and Deceptio, which most likely means it is something that was in the Original Universe as well, and not merely a random fracture thing. Nikolai’s brother is also confirmed to be dead. Compared with his addiction to booze, this might be why Nikalai sort-of forgot about him. But who could this be? And could he be the one who the plaza was named after? Leave your thoughts! This is my own theory, a far one, I know, but I’m gonna leave it here as well. Next to Nikolai there is only one Russian we are familiar with: Viktor Reznov. There have been some nods to him in Zombie Mode as well: The Pack-a-Punched AK-47 in Mob of the Dead is named Reznov’s Revenge. Not uninteresting is that Nikolai’s name is heard in Weasels head and that the eye colour of the undead in Mob are, just like in Stalingrad, coloured blood-red. A gravestone on Belinski Square and a sign stating: “Vengeance is mine” - V.R. A trophy in Gorod Krovi, called ‘Viktorious Revenge’ A cipher: All these nods seem to hint to the fact Reznov is, in opposition to Mason’s mind games, already dead (or at least in Agonia), died in Stalingrad. Now you see where I am heading to: Could Reznov be Nikolai’s deceased brother? As he stole blueprints of German technological advancements (possibly during his time as captured testsubject), he might have earned fame among the Soviets and a square named after him. However, Reznov did so during the war, and it would be logical that the plaza was named ‘Belinski Square’ before the war. Anyway, more mysteries surrounding Reznov have been discussed in the comments of this post. Did he die or did he live? The very first time we came in touch with Reznov was at the Trainstation Square, or Belinksi Square... Also notice the crow (thanks to @PINNAZ)

    Hey all, welcome to the first thread of the Order of Forgotten Mysteries! Based on this thread, I thought it might be a nice idea of every now-and-then (like every week or something) release a thread like this, discussing a certain story aspect that is often forgotten or not solved yet. It’s not about the OP thread but more about your comments, as I hope it will spark some personal ideas for y’all, and we might come to a conclusion for every mystery. And most importantly: have fun. I hope I will post some mysteries that will give you the idea of “oh yeah, I forgot about that one”. Phew, I made this intro way too hurry. Anyway, I'm excited about the material we'll discuss this time: One old, yet not so forgotten mystery that Shangri-La holds: the ‘Alien skull’. We see this object on the Richthofen altar behind the map’s Pack-a-Punch. It resembles a skull that appears definitely not human. It’s the skull on the left side of the table, as the right one is one that resembles the skull of either a primate or a prehistoric man (it is similar to the one in the Shangri La loading screen). There are two possibilities I could think of: The skull is humanoid. The natives of Shangri La might have performed artificial cranial deformation. This was something practised commonly in a variety of cultures widely separated geographically and chronologically (Scandinavian and Eurasian tribes, the Maya, the Nazca and the Australian Aboriginals to name a few), and actually still occurs today in a few Pacific islands. A head of a child is binded in, deforming the growing skull form and making it longer, often flatter. The exact motivations behind this process differ, but reasons could be: Attractiveness, a symbol of status and the thought of believing to be more intelligent. Some archeologists, however, believe it may have something to do with honouring Ancient Austronauts. This name refers to the idea of intelligent extraterrestial (or extradimensional) creatures having roamed the Earth in Ancient times and have, as well, made contact with early human cultures, influencing the development of agriculture (think of Shangri La’s water system), technology and architecture (e.g. the Pyramids of Giza). For the humans, these highly developed race might have been a global inspiration of what we now call ‘gods’, or ‘deities’. (Petroglyphs in Italy which are by some believed to resemble modern astronauts, refering to Ancient Astronauts.) So there is a possibility that the elongated skull on the altar is ‘merely’ human, but still not meaning that the natives didn’t made any contact with Ancient Gods. What’s more, this hieroglyph can be found on the alter: Look at it’s eye orbits, it facials...this is just not human. It kinda reminded me of an observation by Aetherialvoices (for real, if that guy ever finds his way back here he must have at least 50 mentions by me) about the Crazy Place zombies in Origins: “They are most definitely humanoid. Their facial features however, are not exactly human. They have a massive mouth with spiny teeth, small slits in place of a nose, they don't exactly have eyes (just small indents in their head that glow), and their fingers are claws. They are definitely closer to human than Keeper though.” This brings me to the second possible theory: Basically this. The skull doesn’t look Keeper-like (eyeless), nor does it look human (short head). Could it be a hybride? According to the Thule society and certain Nazi scientists (you know, the übermensch believers), the Aryans were the lineage of the Vril Ya, mixed with ‘lesser’ Earthly humans. After the arrival of the Ancient Astronauts on Earth, they mated with early human societies, or possibly even primates, creating the hybrids: the Aryans. This skull could be of one of them, as it has both Keeper and human features. What do you think about this? Have you additions, or your own theory perhaps? I have a largely storied history with this game, it being perhaps one of my favorite games from my childhood, so... forgive my curiosity for this. THQ Nordic's a lovely team for this, truly. But yeah... thoughts?

    Let’s also not forget the spooky Cthulhu-esque skulls in Nero’s room in Shadows of Evil. We can assume those are the skulls of humanoid apothicons, like the shadowman’s squiddy form. So here’s my theory regarding the origin of the keepers. Monty explicitly says on revelations, in reference to the keepers: “...while the rest of mankind was squabbling around in the dirt, drinking their own piss, the keepers...” This makes it seem like the keepers are a subset of “mankind.” But that seems to come in conflict with the Timeline, which opens with the line “In the beginning, there was only the Aether and the Keepers.” Not to mention, there are some, uh, differences between human and keeper physiology. So, I’ve kinda had this thought in the back of my mind that the Keepers were originally normal humans, confined to whatever their original timeline was, but once they figured out how to ascend into keeperhood, they managed to literally “escape” their timeline into hyperspace. So like, each timeline / universe is its own film reel, with souls stuck on them like flies on fly paper, and the Keepers are just the ones who managed to detach themselves and learn to move freely in 4D hyperspace. So, the keepers were there “in the beginning” in the sense that they exist outside of time, with all the timelines laid out before them, where they can just re-insert themselves to any film reel at a time and location of their choosing. Like, a fly stuck on fly paper can only walk forward in one direction, but a free fly can zoom in 3d loop-de-loops around the paper itself. The same way that currently we can only move “forward” through time, the concept of “moving sideways through time” doesnt even make sense to a human, because we ourselves are the flies stuck on the fly paper. A keeper, however, has free movement through 4+ dimensions in space time. Mkay, so let’s roll with that for the time being; there was originally a group of humans that called themselves the Order of the Keepers. They messed with 115, or the Aether, to the extent that they were able to free themselves from the confines of their original timeline, transforming physically due to their exposure to the aether. Effectively, I think the keepers were “the first humans to discover / perfect teleportation.” And they did so at Shangri-La. The temple of Shangri-la is, quite literally, a giant teleporter / time machine. Like the entirety of the temple is a beta-version of Richtofen’s MTD. In the same way that the computers of today were once the size of a room before we improved upon the technology. We hear brock and gary talking about how the temple must contain “the gateway to agartha.” But I think they’re just under the false impression that agartha is a physical location at the center of the earth. The same way that people often conceptualize “hell” as being at the center of the earth. Shang is “the gateway to agartha” in that it is where the knowledge of how to access the aether was first acquired. So Shangri-la is like the ground-zero of humanity’s contact with the aether. Now specifically I’ve gotta mention Indiana Jones at this point, since it’s mingled with the history of Call of Duty. Most notably, Nuketown was explicitly inspired by Vonderhaar’s viewing of Indiana Jones 4. Anyway, in that movie (which also heavily inspired shangri-la,) they do call attention to the artificially elongated skulls that the natives possess, in contrast to the even more bizarre-looking “crystal skulls.” The explanation for this in the film is that the crystal skulls were left behind by “interdimensional beings” that frequently get mistaken for “spacemen.” And subsequently, some of the natives bound their own skulls to imitate the “gods” that they witnessed. Now that’s pretty similar to the mythos of Nan Sapwe. But since we’re talking about Shang, and I’m contending that the keepers were originally human, I think it’s entirely possible we’re looking at the sort of gradual evolution from human to keeper over time, like the spectrum of skulls from homo erectus to homo sapiens, for instance. We’re seeing the elongation of the skull as humans got rapidly more intelligent, and as they gained psychic powers the eyes were phased out, etc. One important point is made at the end of indiana jones 4. They go in expecting to find a physical temple of gold, but instead find that the real “treasure” was the near limitless knowledge the crystal skull beings had. “Knowledge was their treasure.” In the same way that brock and gary might have expected to find a physical “gateway” to agartha, really shang is where the information on how to teleport / interact with the aether was first acquired by man. So basically, my overall “thesis” of how I think things went down is this: Somewhere in the Andes, the first ever humans figured out how to interact with the aether by just arranging astronomical temples in various ways around 115 deposits. They continued experimenting with time and space in really rudimentary ways, til they mastered interdimensional travel, mutating as they did so. So now they are effectively unshackled by time, and can sort of chill outside of time in hyperspace looking down on all the various timelines. Like, lemme ask you a question for the road. Just conceptually. Imagine you’re samantha, trying to kill Ultimis at Der Riese by sending all of the zombies after them. They then hop into a teleporter and go forward in time to 1960s kino. So, from sam’s perspective back in 1945, they just.... vanish. Enter a teleporter, and don’t come out anywhere else on earth. So she waits. And waits. And waits 20 years, until they re-emerge, the same age, in kino. So like, during that whole 20 years, from sam’s perspective, where were ultimis “located?” The answer is, literally, nowhere in her universe. Hyperspace. The Aether.

    I haven't fully studied this, but from what I gather: The green is a base number per kill, plus you get the yellow points as a bonus for the type of kill. So a base kill is always 90 points, if it's a melee kill for example you also get a +60 for the melee. Doing prior damage before the melee kill may get you some points, which then get deducted from the final tally since the max allowed per kill is 150 points. So for example: You gain 30 points from pistol shots on one zombie. Then you melee for the kill. You get 90 points for the kill, and +60 for the melee. However, that 30 you made has to be deducted since you're now 30 points over the max allowed score for that kill. So you'll see a green 90 (base score for getting a kill), a yellow +60 (melee bonus) and a red -30 (deduction for prior damage points). I'm pretty sure that's how it works anyway, but again I'm not 100% on that and could be completely wrong. It's an interesting topic that I don't think anyone has looked in-depth into at this point.

    Guten abend Lennærd! Gracias for the reply, and glad to hear you like it. Could be, but I doubt this since the Keepers are an interdimensional species. A possibility, however, is that a split of the Keepers went to Earth (known to us as the Vril Ya, or gods), got stuck there or stayed voluntary here (to create to Earthly fraction Order of the Keepers) and evolved, just like primates did. However, suddenly having eyes seems like a radical evolution to me. I know this is a theory heard many times, but a mutation could never have a sudden appearance of eyes as an effect, though a mutation in a HOX gene could have the displacement of eyes as an effect (if there are eyes somewhere else one the body). However, Classified learned us that mixing DNA fractures of humans and pigs would result in the eyeless crawlers we first encounter in Kino, so there could be a possibility that there is a certain mutation in the zombie universe that results in the sudden appearance/removal of eyes. Good imput!

    So we all know who Ludvig Maxis is. Like many characters there are multiple versions of him, but universally he is a German scientist and the founder of Group 935. We all know about the Original Timeline Dr. Maxis, Samantha's father who is the sworn enemy of Dr. Richtofen. This Maxis goes on to die and become part of Griffin Station's electronics, launches rockets at the Earth, leads confused masses during the apocalypse including Victis, and ultimately dooms the Earth before being wiped from existence by Monty. The second most important Maxis is the one of Dimension 63. He never had a child, but was a father figure of sorts to Dr. Richtofen. He would go on to hear Samantha calling to him, be attached by a zombies, and have his brain sent to the House and placed into a new body by Monty. After Revelations, he was sucked into the Summoning Key never to be seen again. However, there is a third most important Maxis that I haven't really seen people talk about much before. I would like to connect some threads to paint a picture of this version of Maxis' importance to the storyline. So where is the Third Maxis from exactly? The Agonia Fracture. First let's establish what exactly happens in the Agonia Fracture of the Original Timeline. In early 1943, Group 935 and Division 9 collaborate to create Dragons to be used on the Eastern Front. In February, Doctor Maxis kills Sophia after she is attacked by Subject two-six, and places her mind in SOPHIA, the artificial intelligence we see in Gorod Krovi. Now, a quote from SOPHIA in Gorod Krovi in particular stands out to me: Broken Arrow?! Wait, hold up, the Broken Arrow from the 1960s? Let's set that aside for a moment though. She says at the end, "It has been so long... I miss him." So between her creation in February, placement in Stalingrad, and then Gorod Krovi in November, what happened to Dr. Maxis? What was he doing in that time? Creating Zero Base of course: From the timeline: Given we know the Agonia Maxis was shown how to travel through dimension by Broken Arrow and he has been away for some time, plus the fact the comics were being written and releasing at the time of Gorod Krovi, it is safe to assume that Agonia Maxis is the one who created Zero Base and collected items such as the Kronorium. This would explain a lot of Sophia's knowledge about dimensions in Revelations. So what happened to him afterwards? Well, he could have returned to the Agonia fracture. Or quite possibly, he was removed from existence by Dr. Monty due to his meddling as well as the fact he had a Maxis already in the house. Maxis' absence may also explain these two facts about the Agonia Fracture: - The zombies' eyes are red. Because Samantha will never enter the MPD at any point, the zombies' eyes do not become orange. - The existence of Griffin Station not being kept secret and Dr. Groph being a part of the battle of Stalingrad. In Gorod Krovi, Griffin Station can be seen on monitors on the map. This seems odd as the whole project was meant to be kept secret from Dr. Maxis. It seems he is no longer in the picture, and a different scientist may be in charge. Aside from all that, there is one more proposal I would like to make that does not have as much evidence but is fascinating to think about nonetheless. Remember how it was Broken Arrow that showed Maxis how to open gateways to other dimensions? That scientific organization created in the 1960s somehow contacted Maxis in 1943? Does this sound somewhat familiar to anyone else?

    Epithets of Athena include Pallas(girl) and Parthenos (virgin), living up to which, she is conspicuous amongst the gods for not indulging in illicit relationships with other divinities, demi-gods, or mortals. Other epithets were Promachos (of war) - perhaps referring to more patriotic, defensive, and strategic warfare, rather than attacking warfare, in contrast to her more aggressive, conflict-loving brother Ares, Ergane (of the crafts), and Nike (victory). The goddess was not to be trifled with as her transformation of Medusa into a Gorgon demonstrates, and her sense of justice was such that acts of impiety were swiftly avenged, as with the Archaean heroes following their capture of Troy and desecration of the goddess’ sanctuary. @anonymous

    First things first, I'm really glad you liked it. I'd say what it's important to remember is the fact that there is a being above all, known simply as The First One. We know incredibly little about him, however it could be speculated from Monty's "worm" quote in Revelations that he and the Shadowman are two halves of this lost deity. This also would explain why Monty can manipulate the physical world but seemingly not souls whereas that is the only thing the Shadowman can influence - A similar duality between Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca. In terms of "The Overlords", I wonder more and more if this was a bit of a misnomer on Treyarch's part, as the closest thing we've seen to an "overlord" is The Shadowman himself, unless the implication is he has "generals" of sorts serving under him, or overlord refers to the giant Apothicons that we've seen in SoE and Rev.

    I had absolutely no interest in Greek mythology before AE, but I currently have quite a fascination with it. Oh, and the CoDZ Reddit... lol... I literally just got banned from there. The moderators haven't got a clue. I kept posting high rounds stuff and apparently it's self-promotion because it's from YouTube, even though the rules state "Submissions from community figures are not considered promotion as long as the content adds something of value to the subreddit or sparks discussion" - it most likely would have sparked discussion given half a chance. Even posted a screenshot of my AE round 100 post-game screen, and it got removed for "repetitive topics" with the message essentially saying, we get too many people just posting about their accomplishments here and we're not interested, the only things welcome here are memes, EE stuff and complaints about the game. I posted one last video and said if the mods ban me for self promotion then whatever, this sub is a pile of crap anyway - duly banned Don't care anymore, lost interest. Before I was banned someone else made a thread asking why the mods hate high rounders and it was an active topic, so I made my own sub-Reddit for high rounders anyway and shared it there which likely contributed to my ban, might be a decent place to share with the handful that actually care about high rounds and not just EEs, plus here of course!

    Hey everyone! It's been a while since our staff has made a major announcement like this. I'd like to preface by apologizing for not being nearly as transparent as I'd like to be with these new changes. You may have seen some new things coming our way if you've been watching us closely on Twitter (and receiving our email newsletters the past few months). With this new announcement, we - myself, the staff, and our new friends - are making big changes and want everyone to know what's going on. We're happy to announce that Call of Duty Zombies is officially a part of the Collateral Network! For those out of the loop, CoDZ is now being managed not only by myself, but our new friendos @AzzidReign and @Anubis. Both are involved with the popular gaming website Se7enSins and have expertise in running online communities similar to ours. After much discussion, we agreed that combining efforts would help bolster both our communities with the goal of creating a more expansive network under the Collateral title. What does this mean for me? I'll be the first to admit that I understand the idea of change can be scary. Ever since I became a part of the staff alongside @Hells Warrrior and @Boom115, we've worked tirelessly to operate CoDZ and ensure that our members always had an undead home to talk with friends, be involved in theories, and be provided with everything Zombies. Collateral Network will help us stimulate the community from it's [rather interesting, if you've been paying attention to the BO4 season] slumber with a myriad of improvements to the site, features, expenses, and most importantly, communication. This network involvement also means we're able to provide greater features and enhancements to the community (such as in-depth map tutorials, faster page speeds, improved filtering systems when looking up threads, and more) that are soon to come. Us administrators made sure to keep the theme and feel of our community in mind when determining what's to come. This place is our home, and has been for nearly a decade. As such, I've made a promise to keep the CoDZ-aesthetic the same no matter which direction we go. I have great faith in the new network conglomerate and can't wait to share for you all what we've got in store. This is a big push for us if we plan on keeping CoDZ alive and kickin', so let's spread the love! By the way - we DO have a giveaway at the moment with Collateral for a free RGB gaming chair.     This says alot about your character. I just....its so unfair that you and Rad struggle with this, because you dont want to harm anyone. That spirit is just so good, and yet sorta punished (with depression or anxiety). I hope you can develop some kind of self-respect, because you are, both, AMAZING people. (Might have something to do with this and might not, but Rad, when I say something positive about a storybook chapter or thread you posted I feel like I always reply insanely positive. I'm afraid that you think the reason I do so is just...because I always do so or wanna make you happy or something. I want you to know that this is really really not the case, and that every time once again, you astonish me with your great works, and I cannot suppress my feelings.
