  1. Look at what Vonderhaar tweeted. Could be nothing, but... https://twitter.com/#!/DavidVonderhaar/ ... 6435208194
  2. This isn't a thread with leaks in it. I just had a question. Where do leaks come from? Sure there are some that are pictures taken at a Gamestop that received their merchandise and an employee wanted their YouTube to get famous. But that's not always the case. For instance, the picture today that was "leaked." That wasn't taken at a Gamestop. Someone put it out on the internet. Who did that? Well most likely someone from Treyarch. It's a way to hype your game. It's done all the time to gauge interest and get player feedback before things are complete. So my question is, if the leak is from Treyarch, then why do we block it? Why do we delete them all? Sure there are some that are obviously taken from an iPhone at a Gamestop, but others are too high quality and perfectly scanned in to be "leaked" like that. They are obviously leaked from the source. From Treyarch. So why do we not discuss this information when it is obviously from them? Now I understand the reasons for no leaked information. You want the respect to stay that you have from the zombie team. But if they're the ones putting it out there, then how would they lose respect for you. It's like if Jimmy put it out there and you completely ignored it because it was leaked. Well he did it on purpose for zombie fans and the real zombie fans ignore it. It's actually probably funny for them to watch because it's there and they put it out there for us but we won't discuss it or give feedback because it's a "leak." In conclusion, a leak doesn't get out by accident. These things are done on purpose. So why evade them? Why ignore those that are obvious? What difference does it make?
  3. I don't know if it will be an MW2 nuke or a MW3 moab, but Vonderhaar just tweeted this: https://twitter.com/#!/DavidVonderhaar/ ... 6435208194
  4. Paredolia grew on me. The part that sucked about it was when they started the "I might try to find my life and...whatever" Once that hit, I said what the heck is this garbage. Coming Home was dreadful. 115 and Abracadavre are the best two songs they have. And while many of you will yell at me and say they aren't the best, the number of views on YouTube says differently. And that's from the average fan who doesn't care about storyline or whatever. They just want good music.
  5. Some of you don't understand. You're going to buy the map packs anyway for the zombies. You mineaswell buy Elite. You save money AND get the maps early. I don't see what the drawback is.
  6. But I'll let y'all decide that. Saw this tweeted by Josh Torres, aka Foxhound. http://twitpic.com/9iksy6 Like I said, could be nothing, but that guy definitely looks like a zombie.
  7. Where's link saying 1/3 of campaign? All I've heard is 1-2 missions.
  8. I don't think it will have a story mode. The only reason people think it will is because of the "leaked" zombie menu that has been confirmed as a fake.
  9. Treyarch never said that a third of the game would be in Black Ops time. There will be two to three missions in the 80s. But that's it.
  10. I do really enjoy your sig though :D
  11. This is an interesting topic. Honestly, I'm going to ignore when what console is getting it because I have no idea about the contract ending or being renewed and I'm 360 so it wouldn't matter for me. But this is what I wonder. The structure of the MW3 map releases has been 2 maps, 1 map, 1 map and 2 spec ops, 2 maps, then we have 4 maps for May. That's to this point. If you look on the calender, the patterns continues a bit. What concerns me is this. In Black Ops, the first map pack was released at the end of January. I believe it was either January 30th or 31st. Maybe February 1st. Oh well. But with how Elite is working, I don't think the zombies team would want to release their map in January with the first content drop. They would rather wait and make that the last drop so it's closer for non premiums to receive and help with a possible easter egg. In other words, instead of getting our zombie map in late January/early February, we will be receiving our map mid March. Now personally I think zombies should be one of the first maps in a content drop each map pack. That is a huge incentive for some to sign up for Elite and gives those of us who are premium an actual advantage. What do y'all think?
  12. Hate to say it, but I don't see them adding the Theater option. I'm not saying they won't or that they can't, but I think they don't want people flying all over every map finding every single little thing without actually doing anything. Make finding EE's a challenge. Make it where if someone wants a picture of a clipboard, they have to set themselves up with a crawler and stuff. Not just go into Theater and take a picture. I dunno. I just don't see them doing it.
  13. No one has confirmed anything about a campaign for zombies. That leaked website was fake. I got confirmation from a dev.
  14. Who's to say that it will have 8 players. Like Lamia said, there will be many modes of zombies. Some modes may have 8 players, but the classic mode will probably stick with 4 players only. I don't know why but I feel that I read that somewhere.
  15. MW2 has been my favorite CoD game actually. I liked the variety. It does have it's issues, just like every game, but nowadays it's not as bad because most of the noobs move to the newest game. The maps were great. The problem with their support was because they were dealing with a lawsuit at the time so things just didn't do well. Bowling was pretty good for MW3. I saw him talk on Twitter a bit. In fact, when he was there we had a new cycle of guns for Infected every two weeks. Since he's left, we haven't had one gun switch. Bowling got a lot of crap he didn't deserve. I think IW will be giving another chance to to make the game. This is the big question. Has Treyarch showed them what they're doing with the game? Because if not, the next game is going to be a fail. If the gamble that Treyarch is doing pays off, and from all that I'm hearing I think it will, then IW cannot and I mean CANNOT put out another game with the same multiplayer we've had since the beginning. Treyarch is going to change everything with the way this game can be played. IW doesn't need to be left in the dark or it could kill their sells for whatever the game is.
  16. I know that it's supposed to be the 13th, but in this interview, Lamia says it's either the 15th or 16th(can't really tell because of bad audio quality). What ya think? Is he just mistaken? http://www.oxmonline.com/oxm-report-cal ... ack-ops-ii
  17. Two Down sucks haha. But honestly, the way I got to 48 on Kino was by focusing on what I wanted, and that was to beat my high round. Then my friend and I just kept conversation up.
  18. Have you ever hit the box and noticed the same few guns coming up in the box, but then when it spawns somewhere new, it's completely different guns? Random number generator. Only certain guns in each box. It's random from there.
  19. So there's a pyramid on the moon. This pyramid is what Richtofen finds and when he touches it it zaps him and teleports him to Shangri-la. Well here's my question. Griffin Station did not exist when he teleported. And even in the modern Moon base that we play on, you cannot breathe near the pyramid. So how did Richtofen not only surive but talk normally around the pyramid when he was first teleported there. Why did he not die due to lack of oxygen?
  20. I don't know how it will go over. Everytime I play CotD, with friends or randoms, whoever is SMG is not a happy camper.
  21. So I will admit I haven't browsed this part of the forum much, but I read a few threads about the shrink gun and it got me thinking. The golden rod is not big enough. Hear me out. In Shangri-la, when you shrink zombies, eventually they grow back. The shot is not strong enough to keep a subject shrunk for a long time. Perhaps it takes longer with things that are not living, but eventually that meteor is going to grow back to normal size while in the golden rod. The whole thing will break due to the size. So is this the fate of Richtofen?
  22. That's not Five. It looks like a nursing home where he put up his past war medals and such. Does it resemble Five? A few areas do. But overall, you can easily tell it's not Five.
  23. From what I understand, AI in CT will resemble the AI in Survival.
  24. I posted this earlier, but yea they can do whatever they want. We'll see where they take it.
