So at the start of the map you are in Purgatory/afterlife mode

The power switches (from what we know) are these things you activate in afterlife mode, these power perk machines

For the traps they are traps like they were in older maps, just upgradable (theorized) with these kits you find in the map

Buildables would be like how it is in TranZit and Die Rise

As for converting weapons I'm going to assume that means the upgrading weapons with kits

Hope this helps

In afterlife mode, theres a tiny blue bar that seems to state the duration of your "afterlife".

Also, if you notice in the trailer, the weird "afterlife" mode, seems to be something that can be activated.

In the trailers, above the icons that represent what the D-pad is connected with, you'll see the symbol that previously stated the duration with a corresponding number on the up pad.

Here are some pictures from the actual map:

A player entering a secret room only accessible by accessing Purgatory, with a Volts Meter showing the amount of voltage contained in something

Our new Above-Average Weapon: The Blundergat! Upgradeable by a means unknown to us ATM. Seems to fire out Burst Needles of an acidic substance (similar to the Acid Trap) that destroys Zombies quickly

The new perk: Electric Cherry! Priced at a reasonable 2000 points, it causes an explosion of electricity around you, which will hopefully scale with the rounds. Paired with Speed Cola & Double Tap 2, this would be a deadly combination

The new Acid Trap! One of two known traps on the map. It rains down a shower of acid onto the heads of the zombies below

The second of the two confirmed traps on this map, the Fan Trap! It attacks the zombies by spinning two HUGE fan blades at their heads. Going prone, you can escape underneath the trap without being shredded!

Thats enough for now, but if you want any further info, try looking around in the many Trailer breakdown threads on here!

This is how I'm thinking the map will go.

You start off with a cut scene of the four mobsters, and in it they die, whether it being from the zombies, or they fly the plane over to the bridge, and then once there they use the electrical chair.

Then they are in Afterlife/Purgatory mode, and then have a limited time to do things, like give power to perk machines, or traps, or do other things. Then you can go back to your body or it automatically brings you back there after the allotted time has run out. How the mobsters bodies got back from the chairs on the bridge, I have no idea.

So after that the four continue to fight off zombies, and they probably have forgotten about that they just died, but they know they had a plan to build a plane and escape. So they find the parts, build it, and away they go to the Golden Gate bridge, where they must fend for their lives or take their lives. So eventually they find the electric chairs and take their own lives, and then come back to Alcatraz in Afterlife/Purgatory mode, thus creating this "cycle" that has been stated in the achievements.

But one of the achievements in breaking the cycle, which means you could either fly away somewhere else, or maybe I was thinking you rewire the electrical chairs into some kind of a teleporter from someone else's help.

It seems rather complicated.

Start in afterlife

Find power switches?

Upgrade traps?

Buildables?

Converting weapons? what?

Explain a map that isn't even out yet? Good luck with that.

+1 to MMX.

Only three days to go so it shouldn't be hard to wait until you can figure it out on your own, babble. :P
