  1. Sup, doods? Our beloved Zombie forum is back online! And we all know the new Vengeance Map Pack is coming out in less than a week. I am also aware that there are plenty of people that won't be getting it on release date. Either because of the lack of money they have for it or they own a PS3... Now, I think it's just way too unfortunate to miss out on the new Buried map, including that awesome Ray Gun Mark II. It's a MUST HAVE for any Zombies fan! So for all of you that won't be able to get the DLC early... I got an amazing contest running, starting today! The grand-prize of my contest is (of course) 1200 Microsoft Points. But let me clear up something: If you already have the Vengeance DLC , you will not receive this prize. These 1200 MSP are specifically for the people that are not able to buy this new map pack. However, once I give away these points to the winner, it's up to that person to decide what to do with it. To win this contest, you will require true skills. Since I absolutely love the Zombies community, I'll be putting up your skills to the test with a Solo challenge on Nuketown Zombies. The person that gets the highest record will win the prize. But before I get into any details about this challenge, let me tell you what you need in order to participate: 1.Obviously you will need an Xbox Live Gold account and have Nuketown Zombies installed. Nuketown Zombies can be a real challenge and is difficult to play on by yourself, therefor it seems to me that it's the only fitting level to do this contest on. If you do not have Nuketown Zombies you can not participate... simple. 2.You will need to play a Solo game (Not a Custom-Game) online in order to save your gameplay in Theater mode. Unless you can provide me with your entire HD footage while playing offline. Though it will be much easier if you play online so that your record & gameplay goes onto your Theater. This also goes to say that you do not need any recording device for this contest... 3.When you're done playing and you think you have reached the highest record, you will need to inform me. This can be done in the comment section, my Twitter (@MF_MaxiMillion) or on my website. After that, you will have to add me on Xbox Live so I can watch your footage saved onto your profile. I will also update this blog frequently to inform you guys what the high-scores are. That's it. Nothing more to it than just playing a hardcore game of Nuketown Zombies and sharing it with the community. This contest will be running for one whole week (7 days) and will stop at the 4th of July. That's enough time for you guys to get your records. With that being said... lets move onto the Challenge Details: Challenge Accepted: -No Fun Allowed- I just love all the negative feedback from the CoD forums when it comes to Nuketown Zombies. I don't quite get that because this is one of my favorite maps of all time... I've challenged myself countless of times on it. The one that I call "No Fun Allowed" is by far my most difficult challenge... There are only two rules, but I am certain it will be hard enough for most of the community. These rules are; *No Quick-Revive! *The Ray Gun, Ray Gun Mark II and Mustang & Sally are not allowed! Everything else you wanna do is completely up to you. Oh, what? You think that's easy? Go ahead and impress me. Remember, you have 7 days to get to the highest wave possible. If that wave is coincidentally shared with another player, then I'll have to compare each others record with the amount of kills. If you want that new map pack for free, you better try hard! I wish you all good luck! -Highest Record- I'm giving you guys the freedom to post multiple records. If your Round 40 high-score got beaten by another player, you may present me another record that's higher than the current one. Currently, “SupremLordJesus” is leading the contest.   5. If you're gonna argue about that, you may as well beg them to do an entire Zombies game. Only then can we discuss the matter of Zombies DLC only. Because giving these guys more money is important.
  6. You're getting your hopes up way too high, man. I don't see them putting up any new trailers until Thursday. As for new info... It could come in at anytime from anywhere.

  9. Yes.. exceptions like me. I got the shotguns rank, and I'll never be able to lose them because of my high k/d. (Around 300-400) I just make sure I get about 30.000 kills each 100 downs. That's easy stuff if you know how to play properly. Hell, I don't even play decently and still manage to get this done. I play Grief, get to high rounds, troll some kids and I'm having a good time. That's all that matters.
  10. It was fun to do this once and get about 10,000 points by round 2. But I doubt I wanna do this every game. Too much effort...
  11. The boredom got me at round 50, man. I've been on round 100 before on other maps but on Mob of the Dead it's just not worth it to me. ('Cuz the kills don't count when you're using the traps) It seems you were fully motivated for it though, congrats!
  12. I don't mean to be a downer, but that is a TERRIBLE strategy. 'nuff said.
  13. I honestly see this as them teasing out that the perks will be available at a later time. Same goes for PHD in Die Rise. They wouldn't do this two times in a row just to "toy" with us. The one on Die Rise was actually funny, but I doubt they'd do the same thing twice for no reason.
  14. Well... the guys that made Campaign/Story for Black Ops 2 are the ones that worked on most of Mob of the Dead. Maybe it's their way of having a little easter egg put in the game? I don't think Reznov is really relevant to the storyline we're going through now, to be honest.
  15. Sounds like a modern version of Samantha's Lullaby, if ya' ask me. I mean really. Go and see l GRILL l's video on how to activate the second ending song, and then compare it with the normal ending one. Doesn't it sound alike?
  16. There's no such thing as leaked Zombies loading screens. Anyone that thinks they're real clearly needs to think about it and question themselves "Why would this random person on the internet have a legit image of the new map way before it's release, and furthermore, why would Treyarch allow them to publish it?" I honestly don't mind the creativity of some of these guys, but if the public really think their work is legit, then I am as baffled as you are.
  17. I'd rather hold off in front of Juggernog, behind the closed cage. Or in the Warden's Office. Going back and forth to the bridge is just effort, not to mention you don't get any power-drops while staying there. It's just not a good idea unless you have the Hell's Redeemer. The golden spoon is required in every strategy. With that thing, in co-op, you're going to round 34 without dropping a sweat.
  18. Well, after a few day I noticed they hot-fixed the glitch I was talking about. They put a death-barrier in it as well so if they were trying to get in, they'd get a down. And yeah, I don't get it either man. Glitching in Grief mode is automatically proving that you can't compete against other players without breaking the game. I've messaged some of these scrubs (the funny part is that half of them were the Machete Rank) and they said "We're just doing it because we could care less" .... That might have been the dumbest response I have ever read from a Glitcher. Anyway, after the patch, I'm finally having good games again!

  20. Sup, guys? Been playing games of Grief recently on Alcatraz. And then I noticed something weird... There were people in the staircase barricade right in front of the Warden's Office room. How did they get there? By being cheap and apparently downing themselves so they can crawl in there and then get revived. Can they go out? Nope. And all the zombies just rack up against the wall, dropping Max-Ammo's and other power drops right in front of them. Okay, what I'm about to say can be a little offensive, because this is honestly not even Treyarch's fault for allowing such a glitch to happen. I'm assuming some idiot Youtuber with over 50,000 subscribers posted a tutorial on how to do that glitch and now every game that I go in, all I see is these randies go into it with pack-a-punched guns and their stupid friends. So anyway, the point of this whole rant is to give you guys a heads up; Grief mode on Alcatraz is ruined by little toddlers that think they're good by breaking the game. Hopes this gets patched soon... Have a good one, guys!
  21. I make sure I get 40+ on every branket on each map. So that's solo, 2 player, 3 player and 4 player games. So I guess I consider everything over 40 rounds a high round, although in solo you can easily get higher than 50 or 60 if you know how to play your game.

  25. @Megaton A - No problem. I hate it myself when there's a post with only a video on it. And thanks for showing me you can get the skull from the ground, I couldn't do it myself so.. I guess that skull location is just a bit messed up, really. @bagel_ - Yeah, that's how it goes. It's a bit unfair for the ones going against Weasel too because for some reason the zombies don't attack him and bosses appear right in front of the remaining crew. I got hammered instantly when I tried to kill my friend. Anyway, it doesn't matter who's the last one standing. Both ways end the game and I haven't seen anything game-changing after I got the achievement yet.
