  1. Very good points. It at times seems like Richtofen has lived the life of his WW2 self, just the amount of knowledge he has. Although, he was gone for 2 years after the events of Origins, it's possible he went to all these places, or maybe has done all this before. Nikolai does mention about killing several Richtofen's, so this may not be their first attempt. About Samantha, there is definitely something up with her. Richtofen's Power-Up quotes seems to suggest that isn't her, and just someone impersonating her. She was seemingly in charge during Shadows of Evil, even though that seemed to be the work of the Shadowman.
  2. Did you pull your bow back all the way or just do an uncharged shot? I've had my fair share of trouble with it, and it's so annoying waiting for the rocket test again.
  3. The reason it's all black is to keep it all in darkness. The holes in the roof will never have light because the black box is out there, and you can't exactly light it up. Kinda like how when you teleport, your transported to a black box with the teleporter images in front of you. Good find Tac. I knew the symbol seemed familiar but I couldn't quite place where I'd seen it. EDIT: NO LONGER A THIEF, I'M FINALLY A PANZER :D
  4. Oh god don't even haha. It's like you gotta pick up the egg, than that carries over to Shadows kinda like the Focusing Stone/Vril Device.
  5. So it turns out there is some interesting stuff located in the Keeper Boss fight room. At first I joked and thought "ha, it's so dark, imagine if a scrap of paper was hidden in here" but figured Treyarch wouldn't do that as it's nigh impossible to see anything due to the darkness and how chaotic it is. I had a game in my Theatre where I ended up there and thought why not check it out. So I got to there, set up some lights thanks to the new Theatre features and discovered these. (ignore the volcanic dirt mounds and panzer pieces, just theatre mode glitching) Altogether we have: 5 Dragon Statues/Pillars (each have blue glowing lines on them (seems to be 115/LD), one head is broken off but still seems to be active) 16 Dragon Eggs (3 on each pillar, one pillar has a 4th) 3 Holes in the ceiling 8 Sides/Wall 8 Semi-circles These are really interesting finds and I'm not sure what to make of all of it honestly. The area, seems like a fighting arena due to the seating around the sides, or maybe a summoning chamber. The roof actually seems like it was added later on, because there is no entrance or exit to this whole place. The dragon statues and eggs are the most perplexing part. They are just there. Here's my very bad theory on it: This was a fighting arena, due to the seating. In it, men battled each other and beasts, like dragons. Eventually it was made into a burial crypt, and a tumulus/barrow/mound was built over it. The three holes in the roof you could say are for the Panzer Soldats but they actually don't spawn in through those. So what I'm thinking, there were dragons, or dragon eggs inside when the mound was built. These dragons created those holes, and escaped. Those three may or may not be the dragons we see in-game. The skeletons I believe may possibly be Draugr, an undead creature from Norse mythology. They are typically found in crypts and tombs, and it does fit the recent Norse mythology we seem to be getting in Zombies. It's sounds very much like Skyrim (Dragons escaping mounds, Draugr in tumulus) but I do think it could be plausible. It does not answer everything though. Why the 115 etched and running through the dragon statues? Is this what brings them alive? And why does the Keeper transport us here? We're meant to cleanse the Keeper, was the location key to doing this or not? Anyhow, did a video on it if you wanted to see more of it.
  6. When you say black box, is it an actual object with textures and stuff? Or is it a black box/cube with no textures? I know in Call of the Dead there was a black box far out in the sea when you no clipped. I'm not sure what it's purpose was but there might be one in every map.
  7. Please stop giving me Verde's and Hallucinations (the ugliest camo). All I really want from Supply Drops are Calling Cards and Camo's. Taunts and Gestures are nice but I don't really care. Same deal with Head and Body Costumes. And I swear reticules were added in just to give a booster to the overall items to make it harder for you to get anything. Legit if the new weapons make there way into Zombies DLC I'm going to be furious because I will probably never get it in MP, and will never be able to apply any camos to them.
  8. First it was Panzersoldat, now it's Abra Cadavre...

It's not a panzer in DE??

In Origins achievement it was called Panzer Soldat, in Der Eisendrache it's Panzersoldat. Abracadvre is spelled like this, but the Data Vault has it as Abra Cadavre. It's just a pet peeve haha.

Oh! I gotcha. -_- too many people on the project.

  9. I just want Double Cryptokeys. That's the only time I felt I was earning enough.
  10. I don't think anything has been found yet about it, but I imagine something will within the next couple of days.
  11. Yes exactly like that haha. I only ever saw one colour in that scenario but in this one I can see both the BG and a woman.
  12. I agree about the ring. The ring is on the Index finger as well, not the Ring finger. Regarding the clothing, I can't tell if it's white or blue honestly. I saw blue first. But now you've pointed out white I can see that as well haha. It's the lighting that is making me confused as I can see both. Size is roughly the same as the King, but if it is the BG, it could be before he was big. Right now I'm in the middle of it being either the BG or a woman. I can see both. I'd love for it to be the BG, but the woman does make more sense. So I don't know haha.
  13. Glad to see PaP camos as camo skins. Hope to see the rest.

  14. Perkaholic and Aftertaste definitely. Arsenal Accelerator is only good if you really plan on using the Ragnarok-DG4 constantly.
  15. The last picture to obtain the broken Wolf arrow and start the quest, I didn't think anything of it until /u/halyconic posted a thread about seeing the Big Guy from Buried in it. Here's a comparison to show. Now I do definitely see a resemblance. But as @Nightmare Voyager posted in my Wolf King thread, it could just be a woman. Which is possible. There's a ring there. It would make more sense for a woman, the queen, to be kneeling beside her dead king and crying. But I can't deny there is a resemblance. The pose, the clothing, the colour. Inside the castle, if you go the a window inside the armoury or inbetween Dr Maxis and Samantha's rooms, you will hear these sounds (I lowered the knife sounds because they're a bit jarring). Credit goes to @BlindBusDrivr for pointing this out. Now they really do sound like zombies, but there's one their in particular that really reminds me of the sounds the Big Guy makes. So it kinda sounds like the Big Guy is in the castle. Now this isn't 100% positive, as they sound a little deeper and more like zombies, but the Big Guy does sound similar to the noises heard. We also have this book (thanks again to Bus for finding this) found in the bookshelves between Dr Maxis and Samantha's bedrooms, titled "Lost Ghost Towns of the Old West", which is an obvious reference to Buried. The town in Buried was a ghost town "long before the tectonic shifts" as Marlton says. So I imagine it would feature in this book. Again this doesn't confirm if it's the Big Guy in the picture. But to have this book (I actually don't think any other books reference any maps like this, or atleast any BO2 ones) and than have a portrait with someone looking very much like him in it; it just seems suspicious to me. Now this part is complete conjecture and theory. The Big Guy being here might explain why he is afraid of humans and not the zombies in Buried. Even after releasing him from prison, the N4 have to coax him out with Booze or Candy as he is afraid of them. He has no problem wandering among the zombies, as they don't pose a threat to him. He gets scared (again only of the humans) when he is shot or takes explosive damage. The reason for that could be due to the Apothicon war he saw with the King. It could be due to Group 935 testing on him. Evidently it doesn't explain how he ended up in Buried, but due to the book being here, it's possible Group 935 took him to that site and just left him there. Again, all theory, but it does answer some questions (except the obvious why is he huge). Going over it again: Person in portrait who looks very similar to the Big Guy, sounds within the castle that are similar to the noises the Big Guy makes, a book that is an obvious reference to Buried. Anyway guys, what do you think? Can you see the person in the portrait being the big fella, or do you think it's someone else like a woman/the queen?
  16. It could be a woman. And it would probably make a lot more sense if it is. But I think their is also evidence that it may be the Big Guy. So I can't rule out either one right now.
  17. So if you've ever gone to upgrade the Spirit/Wolf Bow, you'll know that to even get the broken arrow, that you have to search and activate four paintings. These paintings spots are randomised every game, but the paintings themselves are always activated in a certain order. Looking at the pictures, and listening to the characters quotes, you learn about a king. Picture 1 Dempsey: I’ve seen my fair share of war. Never seen a happy ending. Nikolai: Great king prepares for battle. Man’s best friend at his side. Takeo: Even a great king, can learn from a dog. Richtofen: Ah, here is the first one. I’ve been looking for you. The first picture. It introduces us and sets the scene. The King has his two wolves/dogs by his side. They are equals, and understand one another. Their bond is strong enough, that even his insignia is of two wolves. It is likely they ruled the castle in the past, although the insignia is now the dragon during the map. He is getting ready for war. Picture 2 Dempsey: A man’s only as strong as the friend by his side. The king has his hounds. What do I got? Nikolai: Whenever armies clash, men are lost in sea of swords. Such is war. Takeo: Many died this day. Their souls cry out through the painting. Richtofen: This would be number two. Thank you. We see the King charging into war, followed by one of his hounds. His army following their leader into a deadly battle. Of note is that the King is wearing the same helmet seen in the mural in Shadows of Evil. Picture 3 Dempsey: They say war is hell. But this looks like a war with hell. Nikolai: What is that…thing? We will not fight that, will we? Takeo: I have heard many tales of such creatures. I fear they may be more than just folklore. Richtofen: Number three. A personal favourite. Last time I saw this was when I picked up the key. The war. It seems to be against the Apothicons. In the top right we see the giant Kraken like thing from Shadows of Evil attacking the castle. The battlefield is scorched with fire. Many men are killed. Picture 4 Dempsey: Outnumbered and outgunned, not even his big-ass dogs could protect him. Nikolai: This, is not really uplifting story. Takeo: No mortal, could hope to achieve victory against such evil. Richtofen: Und(And) number 4. Unfortunately, dear king, battling zat(that) particular evil only ever has one outcome. We see the King has been killed. We see someone (possibly the Big Guy from Buried, or just possibly a woman/the Queen) crouched next to his body, clearly upset that the King is dead. Our story doesn't end here though. It seems that once Group 935 took the castle, they assembled the remains of the Kings Hounds, however they were missing one of the hounds skull. It is located by the flag seen above the Rocket Pad. Once returned, the spirit of that hound appears and digs in 3 spots where the Kings remains are scattered. He was never given a proper burial, and now the Hound wants you to return his masters remains to his crypt and coffin. Once done, his skeleton will reform in the coffin and present to you the fixed Wolf Bow arrow. Now with his master finally at rest, the spirit of the Hound will howl and vanish. Some definite questions arise from this though: Is the war against the Keepers and Apothicons depicted in the Shadows of Evil mural the same battle we see here? If it is the Big Guy, why is he here? And how does he end up in Buried in the first place? Did the Apothicons have human armies? There are arrows used against the Kings army, although it's possible the Apothicons have more humanoid people like Shadowman to use them.
  18. Ended up getting under the map in Theatre and found the esteemed second Earth Moon.
  19. Honestly I just use the Death Ray. It gives you enough time to aim at that yellow light, shoot his helmet off and kill him.
  20. The cutscene itself seems to be glitchy. It's activated for people but because it is done in real time, sometimes the zombies won't be despawned and will actually attack you and you will get a game over while watching it. Yours is the first I've heard of where it doesn't appear. You had no zombies so it did despawn them, but it just didn't play for some odd reason.
  21. Welcome to the forum man. Enjoy the lurking. :p
  22. I really do like this map. I do like the amount of throwback references. My cons though: - No new perks. A little disappointing since we usually get a new perk every DLC. - No comic loading screen. This is probably my most disappointing thing. I was disappointed with Shadows and The Giant's loading screens but they were at least comic booky. Der Eisendrache just uses the maps menu icon. Disappointing and I hope this isn't a thing for the rest. - Dark and snowy again. After The Giant it was just disappointing it was the same environment again. I can't wait for another day time map again! - No unique wall weapon. I was expecting an MP-40 wall weapon because of the poster. - Not specific to the map. I do love the amount of loose ends we got tied up in this map, but it seems like Blundell wants to not tie anything up from BO2 and it pisses me off.
  23. That cutscene is majorly depressing...I felt sad for Groph as well weirdly. I guess this dimension/earth is not the one they are saving.

      NaBrZHunter

Glad I'm not the only one actually depressed by this. Heck, man, when they bombed the moon, I kinda just sank in my seat in both amazement and sadness. Groph's last moments were just...tragic. And such complete annihilation of the greatest techological achievement in Zombies (Griffin Station).

I was just holding onto hope that somehow, Dempsey could be saved...to no avail.

  24. I might be interested if this goes ahead.
