  1. First of all, diss Avenged Sevenfold, you are dissing pretty much everything. Secondly, the song does fit with the story, treyarch made sure of it.
  2. I really think it's odd... we all wanted a new objective, not just get the power on and survive. But all the objectives they put in, killing George, the missions(EE's), etc, all make it so you only want to play the map a few times, for the objectives, and only want to actually play it for surviving a few times, when you feel you spent too much time on the ma and just don't want to play it anymore. The perfect example of how in video games, less>more. In Blops multiplayer, you have pro perks, customization, contracts etc, but we look at CoD 4 or 5, both obviously better overall multiplayer games for the simple fact of simplicity, but they just keep piling stuff on to make it seem like more than just an expansion. I can go on for and hour and a half on this.
  3. DAMMIT, NOW I HAVE TO BUY MODERN WARFARE 3 :x Ughh, I wanted to buy Rage
  4. Solo: Revive, Jugg, and whatever gun strategy I want to do. I usually end up with Flopper and Double Tap though. Co-Op: Juggernog, Double Tap and Flopper (dependent on the round) and depending upon the size of my team and how bad it is Quick Revive or Speed Cola.
  5. First of all, you bought the box before you bought any perks. NO. Secondly, I think it's a coincidence, but I looked at it through a upgraded L96 and it seems peculiar. Not game game changing, but peculiar.
  6. BOLD PRINT ON LIVE TELEVISION I'm still not buying it. Looks pretty, though, but I'm not buying it. There's also a lot of repeat first names here, from another storyline I can't think of. Hmm, I think is starts with Nazi, though.
  7. Stamin-up is at it's worst solo, I recommend changing your strat to a huge all around loop if you get it. Anywho, if you want my 4 perks: Revive and Juggs (naturally), but, from then it's whatever you want depending upon what guns. I usually pap the M19, so Flopper and Double Tap is for me. With anything else I suggest Double Tap and Speed Cola, if you don't get a Raygun or Scavneger. I wait to buy my 4th perk once I hit the box enough times to know I have what I need.
  8. CotD was a filler. A stupid, nonsensical filler, but a filler. The characters will be back in the next map, though we have been wrong before. Anyway, this is just some stupid random side story that's majorly unimportant, and it's just to show that the story is still going on. I'm grateful they put that egg in to be honest, they said they listen to callofduty.com forums... erm, has anyone ever been there? For the sake of you're mental health, don't. I'd say 70% of people there don't even know there even is a story.
  9. Very Interesting, but I think that means you need to knife the fuse.
  10. Camp at the top of the Flopper house when George is at Juggernog, then once George get's there got the alley at Jugg and camp there, then head back to Flopper through the front. Done. A perfect strategy than combines both running and camping. Double tap would be okay, if everyone had a Ray Gun and MG with Double Tap. Maybe for a round if you need to. Five is the second worst camping map ever (Next to this one). Der Riese and Verruckt was the best for camping.
  11. Samantha actually says "Lightning is Power" actually. I got confused as to what she says the first time too, had no idea until after about 3 times through.
  12. YOUR SIGNATURE. SO MANY GIFS.
  13. I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this or not, but on Round 1, if you knife George if determines when the zombies spawn. i.e. If you knife him, they spawn sooner than when they normally do.. I did a ton of tests on this it turns out it works and not just coincidence. If someone else can do it to prove it, that would be fantastic for me, as I don't have a cap card.
  14. This happens a bunch in solo. I think it's random, but it only does it only solo... hmm.
  15. Wanna know WHAT we're expecting? An easter egg.
  16. hmm.... Well apparently people aren't getting my post the way I intended. I just wanted to point out that Ascension and COTD easter eggs are somewhat linked to this. So next map people will turn to this as an outline.
  17. I honestly think this as the DG-2 on Shi No Numa. I loved the weapon, but i didn't think it was "OMG like the best weapon evar" on that map, so I didn't expect much from it. But then Der Riese came out and the DG-2 was much better suited for that map, by the style, the design and and uses. Same as the Winter's Howl. It's much better on BO Verruckt than it is on Five. If the Vr-11 is on the next map I think it will be the same thing, a lot better. It wouldn't touch the DG-2 or Monkey Bombs, but it would still be better.
  18. I WANT THIS. Anyway, it's a problem with the disk that makes everything in the game silver and metallic. Prett cool amiright?
  19. It's funnier when you say it's a closet.
  20. I really didn't feel this as necessary to post, but it's been on my mind how the CoTD egg links the 8 steps from Vorkuta again. I did a thorough search and did not find this anywhere. Bare in mind Save me from Sam missed some steps, too. I've been getting some flaming by forum dwellers which obviously means I shall bow to their whim and fix or delete this. People misunderstood what I was saying. Since both of the eggs had to somewhat do with this, I was hoping people would take this as a template and use this for the next maps egg, if their is one. It was just a suggestion. Step 1: Secure the key (find the fuse) Step 2: Ascend from Darkness (Turn on the lights) Step 3: Rain Fire (throw explosives at the generators, blowing them up) Step 4: Unleash the Horde (Vodka, then all the other steps you guys probably know about, then ultimately the submarine and getting the VR-11.) Step 5: Skewer the Winged Beast (Shooting the zombie up into the light and killing him in the air while he's human.) Step 6: Wield a Fist of Iron (Obtain the Golden Rod, the knife the fuse) Step 7: Raise Hell (again unanswered like from Ascension, but most likely using the Wunderwaffe against the zombies) Step 8: Freedom (Obviously, the characters are set free from the closet.)
  21. If you shoot a zombie enough in the water they freeze. Once they are frozen, you attack them again and can kill other zombies around them and startle George. It's handy but can be a nuisance, but I have yet to encounter something that makes it annoying.
  22. First of all, srs cat will move past being unamused and I will welcome you to the site bro. And yes, his health does vary depending upon how many people are in the game. If you are in solo, unloading about 3 death machines into him should easily get him down. If you are in a 3-4 person co-op, don't even try, it's easier to just use it against the zombies. Different weapons only affect him because of how much damage they do. If you unload a Spectre at him, he will most likely get damaged a little less than with an upgraded Scavenger. Also, the Pap'd VR does not kill him, he just disappears for about 10 seconds and reappears at the lake farthest away from you. Helpful yeah, but it does not kill him. If you REALLY need him out of the way though, yeah, a VR will be useful, or if you have enough points and a weapon slot you don't care about, hit the box 8-12 times and unload all the ammo from each gun you get.
