Repost to this page so you don't have to go back to view the Qs:

PFCSNAFU gets 5 [brains] for:

COD-Last sentence was No cows were harmed in the making of this game

COD2-Two new WW2 guns in COD2-M3 Grease Gun, PPS-42

WAW-Brave Soldat, die with me, die with me, brave soul, brave soldier, brave soldier, come die with me brave soldier.

MW2-Afgan National Army

MW2-Heterochromia iridum

The controversy with ERSB was that it was the first WW2 game to feature an M rating in the series.

The reasons ERSB gave were not only the gore, but the swearing and horror references (zombies and torture), Japanese outcry about the pacific campagin and the dark tone.

You are Joseph Allen, training the ANA at the beginning of MW2! Took long enough! Well done PFCSNAFU.

Nice guesses for the pc question, but the clue is the key(s).

Aaaand no ghostmayhem it's not Kamarov, he was only in MW series.

Questions left:

General:

What game feature is available for pc players which isn't available in console versions of all CoD games (clue, it IS something to do with multiplayer, but NOT editing, dedicated servers, hacking, the Q below helps)

What defult key(s) control this?

Call of Duty:

What were the 8 tips in the Call of Duty instruction manual? Words in bold will suffice.

Call of Duty: 2

Which character is referenced in MW and MW2 singleplayer and multiplayer maps (clue, they have no name, a description will do.)

Call of Duty: 4

What date is the game set in, and how can you work this out through the campaign? to get you must do this

Name two MW2 maps that were meant to b in the variety map pack for CoD 4. (one has been done: Favela)

MW2

Which new location was planned in MW2 but was cut out? (clue: part of it was still in the game) Someone gave two :P I will only give [brains] if you actually answer the question properly :D And a bit of a description of how the mission was to play out.

Wow 41 pages... Nice work Ruelis!

Refering to the last page when you said WaW was originally refered to as CoD5, where did you get this information? AFAIK (which is what I found looking through WaW's textures), there was a reference to Call of Duty V (I have a thread about here viewtopic.php?t=1131).

Thanks!

That is actually where I got the reference, in the game files, looked it up online mid way through the year WaW came out, it seemed lots of others had also done it. Good to see annother pc player on this site!

I wasn't going to be so pedantic to refuse [brains] for that though :) "I said it's not 5, it's V as in roman numeral! No brains for you!" :D

Seeing as my questions got brawled over to the side, I'll give the answers.

[brains] to ghostmayhem for invasion.

Questions left:

General:

What game feature is available for pc players which isn't available in console versions of all CoD games (clue, it IS something to do with multiplayer, but NOT editing, dedicated servers, hacking, the Q below helps) Leaning! You can lean left and right around corners! Been in every CoD pc game!

What defult key(s) control this? Q and E (keys left and right of W, which is forward)

Call of Duty:

What were the 8 tips in the Call of Duty instruction manual? Words in bold will suffice. Nobody makes it alone, Know when to be the hero, Use cover, Stay mobile, Be thorough, Reload, Lean (that was a clue to the above Question:D) and Stance

Call of Duty: 2

Which character is referenced in MW and MW2 singleplayer and multiplayer maps (clue, they have no name, a description will do.) Female Russian Soldier from CoD2 (previous IW game) which was recycled into the propeganda posters around the maps in Russia.

Call of Duty: 4

What date is the game set in, and how can you work this out through the campaign? to get you must do this Easy way to do it, is in Price's dialogue to All Ghillied Up, it says 15 years ago, then he mentions that "even 10 years after Chernobyl..." Chernobyl disaster was in '86. 1986 + 10 + 15 = 2011. This is how we know the dates for all MW and MW2 (+3) dates.

MW2

Which new location was planned in MW2 but was cut out? (clue: part of it was still in the game) Someone gave two :P I will only give [brains] if you actually answer the question properly :D And a bit of a description of how the mission was to play out. There was to be a mission in the International Space Station, but seeing as it was farfetched, unrelated to the story, and was too complicated it was scrapped.

Favela

What was the original name for this game?

Favela and Invasion

Only answered Favela, then answered to the wrong question

So yeah, but you did answer the ISS but you didn't say how it would play
