    How can I mute @S.O.P.H.I.A.?

    I use the new content button & it’s just spam posts from that news bot. 

    I set ignore posts, but it only hides the content, not the actual thread topic. 

    Whilst I understand the reason for the usage.

    I am not Maxis.

      On iPhone, Icon looks like a page, 

      in between home & + 

       

      When viewing new content, SOPHIA’s topics are there but the content now says “you have ignored SOPHIA’s posts”

      In the options to “ignore users”, there are 4 options -

      Posts

      Messages

      Signature

      Mentions

       

      Do you have an option to ignore Topic/Thread? or ignore user completely?

      Right, you're using the all activity system, I'll log in as you, check how you have it set as it shouldn't be showing S.O.P.H.I.A. content as I exluced it from the the activity.
