  1. I can't believe they didn't allow max ammos to turn into perk bottles. That seems logical enough. They put basically the exact same thing on Shangri La. Stupid 3arc. -_-
  2. Yeah, we figured that out. When he made this thread the zombie lab trailer hadn't come out yet XD
  3. I'd rather them spend more time on making a jingle than putting in the excavators. IM JUST SAYING.
  4. Yeah, I think they wouldn't just end it with the other three characters sitting around on the moon, killing zombies. I think we're done with Richtofen... for now. But I think that after Moon, Takeo, Nikolai, Tank, and someone else (Yuri, maybe?) will return to Earth to go on the offensive. Plus, it's just too great of a moneymaker for them to end with only eight real maps. I'm hoping to get at least 5-7 more maps out of this franchise before they call it quits. It would be one of the stupidest financial moves in Activision's history to end Zombies right now and, come on, there are just too many unanswered questions.
  5. Didn't aliens build the pyramid that's housing Samantha?
  6. Wait... so for Black Ops 2 or Iron Wolf or whatever the next Zombies game is, if there even is another, will e be playing as Samantha trapped in Richtofen's body? I can see that getting very annoying after a while. Oh, and does anyone have the sales figures for Rezzurection? If it has done well, it can really help a possible Zombies-only game in the future.
  7. Wait... I don't get it. Every drill sucks.. Why do you want one specific one to come down on you? EDIT: Easter egg. Nevermind. Got it.
  8. It's completely endless. There are no rounds—one zombie is just replaced by the other.
  9. Hey man, if you wanna get far with other good players, just go to the teammate finder forum on here. And if you need someone, I'll play with you. I gotta mic, and if you want me to I can message you my gamertag. I know a pretty good strategy for two players too... just saying haha
  10. Eh... Mule Kick area is good, to the poster above me, but personally I think that Biodome is where it's at. So, what to do? Well... it's better to start with jug, so try that. Knife only through the first two rounds. By that time, you should have enough points to buy the MPL. In the early rounds, the astronaut will go down with one or two MPL mags, so always try to spray him with that. Hang out under the spawn until the end of round 4. Shoot twice and knife to maximize points. Buy quick revive if you want to. At round five, head down to the power room BUT DO NOT TURN ON THE POWER. This will cause the excavators to come down on you all the quicker, and you DO NOT want that. Run around in front of the pyramid and spray with the MPL—you should get a max ammo or two, but if not, just run back to the wall with the MPL and get some more. After round six, hit the box until you get something you like (don't be too picky—anything besides a spectre and CZ's will do) and go to the biodome. You don't really need a solid route—just run. My personal preference, however, is doing a figure 8 by starting at one of the landing pads next to the door leading to the base, go forward around the stairs, pass the claymores, then loop back around through the gap with the metal thingys around it, back into that open expanse with that light, and shoot there. Repeat. You could literally do this forever. It's so easy. Oh, and try to get the power on by round 12. That's when you'll start to need new perks. What I usually go with is Mule Kick and Flopper, but going down and losing a gun is so infuriating that I'm thinking about starting to do sleight of hand instead. And besides, with hacker, you can unbuy perks, so it's really no big deal. Oh yeah, and speaking of hacker, you need to have that on you at all times once the power is on. You don't want to lose gravity in the biodome from the excavators. I only worry about them if the one coming down will take out the biodome. If that's the case and it's before round twenty, finish out a round, leave a crawler, and head out to the spawn. That's about it! Oh, and if you decide to go with the Mule Kick strategy, which is still a pretty great kiting area, I suggest going counterclockwise along the rock. That way, you don't need to risk squeezing through a tight space when heading back around the rock. You'll see what I mean when you try it out. Anyway, that's all I've got! Happy slaying!
  11. Lmao the media has milked that thing soooooo much. It wasn't very impressive down here. Power flickered off once for a few minutes, and that's about it.
  12. It's all good man. Carbonfibah just changed over the host or something like that (I don't know much about computers, lol, I just play), so it's been pretty choppy for me as well the past day or two while the site gets back on its feet. You're just lucky the trolls aren't on. People have been getting HAMMERED lately for posting something that's already been posted. Just be sure to use the search bar to your advantage though, and you should be fine! EDIT: btw, digging the avatar. I'm a southern boy, so naturally I'm a Hurricanes fan, but I've got family in Boston so we're big Bruins fans too!
  13. Good thread, but I think you need to need to add a neutral color too. Teleporting, for instance, can be a good thing or a bad thing. On my highest round, which I'm not going to say because I'm not too proud of it, I got screwed by the QED when it teleported me from the Mule Kick area to spawn. An excavator (by the way, fuck those things. I know it gives Zombies an objective, which it desperately needed, but come on. Something a little less infuriating would do) was down one way and I didn't have any points for so I couldn't go the other way. And can it really steal your ammo and perks? My God. I think I'm sticking with Gersch's from now on. XP
  14. how in the crap did you get jugg and PaP in no mans land before you even left, also you can teleport back by going to the teleporter by mule kick and just standing on it Well, you do have to get kinda lucky with the spawns. If you don't get at least 2k before they start sprinting, you won't be getting it. After the second nuke sound, you chuck a nade and try to knife the crawlers (without getting downed. That's the hardest part, lol). Once the crawlers get to be a two knife kill, I drain my colt ammo and then throw the last nade. Usually you're about 200 points short if you did it well. You can just knife the hellhounds after that. It takes three hellhound hits to down you, so you have a bit more room for error. After you get Mustang and Sally, it's easy to build up enough points for jug. I usually just piss away my Mustang and Sally ammo. Then, at round one, you have an upgraded weapon, jug, AND anywhere between 5-8k points. Easy mode from there on out.
  15. Whaaaaaaat? The Wave gun, even unpgraded, can easily take out an entire train. I don't think you're taking into account the fact that the Wave gun can go through an entire line of zombies. And if you don't believe me, well, here ya go: gFl8WH0iQso EDIT: And even then, the Wave gun doesn't kill as many as WaW wunderwaffe. BUT the JGB, when used correctly, can and will take out an entire 24. So... JGB has 48 shots upgraded. 48x24 is 1,152 kills. JGB REIGNS SUPREME!
  16. All right, so I'm really digging mule kick. In fact, I've replaced sleight of hand with it as my fourth perk. Now, my ideal load out is probably mustang and Sally, zap gun and 74u for backup. But I wanted to hear yall's dream mule kick arsenal. So have at it! :D
  17. Just got to 21 on solo. I've realized that you HAVE to buy jug when you firrst spawn or you're screwed otherwise. And I pap'ed my colt before round one so that definitely helps. Especially with the astronauts.
  18. Pretty fun, extremely hard. Absolutely huge. Bigger the cotd, I think. Really tight. Haven't gotten the new guns yet, still trying to figure out where the box is lol.
  19. Never mind I found one I like. In front of the pyramid in the power room.
  20. I'm not much of an Easter egg guy.... I just like playing. Anyone found any good kiting arEas? And sorry about the bad post. I wrote this on an ipad
  21. I doubt that. They are going to bring something new to the table, I think.
  22. Actually I hope the EE is practically unsolvable, since it's probably the last zombie map. Where do people get the idea that it's the last zombie map from? Look back at the first trailer. It is not the last map. It is the last map for Black Ops, yes, but it is not the last map.
  23. Eh... it's a tossup. Normally I prefer Richtofen, but when it all comes down to it, who would you rather play as while you kill zombies: a gay German (I think he's gay...?) or a drunk Russian. Your call.
  24. wait....... you can download it at 2 am on the east coast? or did I read that wrong?
  25. OMG I just got to 25! This is one of my crowning achievements in Zombies. IMO, you can consider yourself very good if you get to/past 25. This was my first shot at trying to get moderately high on Five. I'm actually more proud of this than I am 49 on Shangri La. This map was crazy difficult. But God, I had so much fun! I've definitely changed my stance on Five. Though it was tough and frustrating getting started, I really loved it once the rounds started to get in the mid-teens. So much fun! Gotta go change my siggy now hehehehehe
