  1. I dunno. NOBODY knows what the contract says. And anybody pretending to know what the contract entails is a liar. So, who's to say that Activision and Microsoft didn't change the 30 day exclusivity thing? Maybe it's a week or two weeks now. If you go offline on your PS3, and look at your trophy list, you'll see it's updated for Great Leap Forward. Plus the leaderboards are updated in game. This stuff don't usually happen until a week before release. I'm not getting my hopes up, but I'm tired of everyone saying they KNOW it's still 30 days. Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if it IS still 30 days, but after Black Ops 1 and hearing everyone complain about the 30 day thing...PLUS how broken the PS3 version of this game is...Treyarch and Activision would have to some pretty big assholes to keep it at 30 days. And if it IS. Then I can GUARANTEE nobody on PS3 will continue to put up with this bullshit anymore..and stop buying COD games.
  2. Richtofen keeps on reviving everyone so they can do his bidding. Everytime they die, they are brought back to life because apparently there must be 4 people to finish Richtofen's scheme.
  3. Or some "time" else. For all we know, they could have teleported to the year 5000. Or maybe 2015. Or maybe they went back to their original time...1945. But I like where this thread is going. I wonder what Treyarch will do about the old crew...if anything at all.
  4. Like Narnie said, it's probably a timing thing. The reticles on the guns are usually different, but there's a reticle that looks like the bike symbol on the Nuketown sign. I saw it with the AK-74u after I PaP'd it one time and shot the bike with it, but nothing happened. So we hear the bus horn around the end of round 5-7, and we hear Richtofen through the whole thing. Round 25 begins Richtofen's takeover, and of course Marlton speaks from the shelter when it's knifed. There are 3 Easter Egg songs on this map as well. The street signs could indicate that when you hear Richtofen taking over on round 25, we have to use the Ray Gun to shoot the bunker door open. Or maybe PaP the Ray Gun and shoot the door handle when Richtofen says a certain word...I dunno man...this one is crazy. One thing is for sure, Treyarch couldn't be so naive as to NOT put a major side quest in this map. Especially when they KNOW that ever since we asked for Nuketown to be a zombie map, we've wanted to ALSO see what's beneath that hideout shelter. Now that we know Marlton is in there, we can also speculate that he's building something. Probably with 115. And the loading screen shows some sort of machine that is causing damage while performing some sort of teleportation process. You can also see a zombie in the lower left hand side of it. Maybe Marlton is a time traveler. Or maybe he's building a time traveling teleporter....ugh, my head hurts.
  5. This loading screen is so mysterious to me. I can't tell what's what. The giant machine looks a bit like it's teleporting something while destroying the surrounding environment. Kind of like how Terminator's teleport in the movies. The picture in the bottom right doesn't make any sense at all to me. There's a page behind it on the left also. So maybe the map that proceeds this side of the story will be some sort of prequel. I believe Treyarch have split the zombie story into 2 different sides of the same story. The Nuketown Zombie side of the story is what happens in the original 4's side, and Green Run is all about a new crew that suffers their fate as a result of Richtofen's rise to power. I believe Green Run takes place WELL after NTZ. Maybe even 2025. Richtofen and Maxis have been fighting this spiritual battle since WW2 and have now become the gods of planet Earth...in an endless battle between good and evil.
  6. If you just save up 3000 at first to open the truck, then another 1200 for the AK-74u, you'll be in good shape until Juggernog arrives. But as for me, I don't really care for perks on NTZ. As long as I have my Galvaknuckles, I'm in good shape. But if I don't have Juggernog at round 20 (at least) I'm usually zombie bate.
  7. Well, there's your answer everybody. It's over until the DLC comes out. He's saying, save your Microsoft Points to buy the DLC, which comes out in a short time. Ok, looks like AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL the threads about the continuation of the TranZit Easter Egg have been for fun. Can't say I didn't enjoy the trip though.
  8. Call of the Dead had the Ray Gun in the trailer.
  9. Try pack a punching all the buildable's. Like the Jet Gun and Zombie Shield.
  10. Agreed. I was just playing Nuketown 2025 and the darn Chess Board pieces are in the same place!!! I guess there is no significance to the Chess Board. There HAS to be some sort of Easter Egg on NTZ!!!
  11. I'm a PS3 player also, and I bought the Hardened Edition. We got Nuketown Zombies the day of release, but you just have to get used to the month wait for DLC my friend. It's just the way it is and nobody can do anything about it. Yea it sucks but what can ya do? I'm surprised Nuketown Zombies hasn't been released on PSN yet. But I can almost guarantee we'll be seeing Revolution around March 5th. Given that XBOX get's DLC exclusive for 30 days, and it comes out Jan 29th for XBOX, I'd say it comes out March 5th for PS3. The reason being that Tuesday is usually the day games usually release, it'd have to be the first Tuesday in March. If February had 29 days in it, I'd say it'd be out on Feb 29th, but we couldn't be that lucky lol.
  12. I don't have a capture card, and to take a pic with my phone would be pointless because the quality would be terrible. If u guys have PSN you could go on my profile and look. I bought the hardened edition so that's how I have Nuketown Zombies for PS3.
  13. I think what Treyarch meant by "this is the most innovative zombies yet" is that we have to collect things from future DLC's and bring them back to TranZit to complete the Easter Egg. I look at Tranzit as Treyarch's baby and they still have massive plans for it. I'm willing to bet that by the time that the 4th DLC has come out some time in September 2013, TranZit will have all types of new areas and Wunder Weapons available. Each DLC that drops will add something new to TranZit. THAT is why Treyarch isn't saying anything to us. Also, I'm willing to bet that future DLC'S will play part in our ranking system as well.
  14. that looks to me like a glitch. Not having a gun equipped is kind of a glitch in itself, so I'd assume the game figured it was PaP'ing the M1911 because it's the default weapon. But who knows, I could be wrong. interesting find though.
  15. Have any good Chess players looked at the chess board in NTZ, and seen if there is any significance to the placements of the pieces on the table? For example, is there any specific names or special moves in chess that could correlate to the story and/or moves towards the Easter Egg (if there is any?)
  16. Yea, I'm gonna have to call it quits on TranZit for now. Maybe they'll add something in the DLC but for now I think everything's been found. But Spiderbite has a new video out about Nuketown Zombies. Very interesting. I'm sure I don't have to link you guys since I'm sure you all know where he's located on youtube. But yea, some very interesting things on Nuketown Zombies.
  17. I just saw all those fake leaks like two days ago and they were very detailed. It was almost as if the person who typed them all up had no life at all. And I'm sure that anybody that has PS3 or XBOX 360 isn't completely broke, meaning they have to be earning some money...not to mention they have a computer. So they MUST have jobs. So they MUST have a life. SO...this brings me to my point that those fake leaks were INTENTIONALLY put out by none other than TREYARCH THEMSELVES!!! I honestly believe that ALL that false information was put out by Treyarch, just so we could be surprised when we heard the REAL news. OR...they put it out there to see how we would feel about it. Maybe they had a bunch of ideas being thrown around, and had half the work done on them already. So they put out fake info to see how the community felt about it...giving them the opportunity to make us happy. Yes this would cost some dollars, but they DID say this was the most ambitious zombie mode to date. So maybe ambitious means expensive$$$
  18. Yea this could just be early development. But I'm one of those naive zombie slayers that holds on to things. I JUST CAN'T LET IT GO!!!! lol. The Fidel Castro thing kind of throws me off though.
  19. This behind the scenes look at Black Ops 2 shows pictures from Town, but there are trees and it doesn't look all messed up. At 3:40 they begin to talk about the zombie mode, and if you pause the video at 3:50, you'll see the view from the hole in the wall where Revive is on the survival map "Town." The layout is the EXACT same as the game we have today, right down to the shape of the hole the missing bricks make. Across the street is the building that has Juggernog and the MP5. Except, it's MUCH different. At 3:59, you can see the bottom floor of the bar where the pool table is. Again, EXACT same layout as the game we have today, except, there are pictures of Fidel Castro on the walls instead of the pictures that are there now. I don't know if this means anything at all. It's quite possible that Treyarch were trolling us by making us think the map would take place in Cuba. Then again, it could just be the beginning stages of development where they were playing around, or just needed fillers for later developments. But there's that little chance that it could be the town in a different "time." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OD9UPv_Y ... 2&index=30 If this information has been posted already, I apologize. I just thought this was something interesting to share with you guys.
  20. Hmm. Curious. Those collars on the zombies may have more significance than we know. If Treyarch did us this movie as a template to create those zombie collars, perhaps I might have to sit down and watch it. It might hold some clues.
  21. Now THAT my friend is almost an EXACT replica of what the Wunderwaffe DG2 does to a room full of zombies lol. Such a cool scene!
  22. I never caught the Total Recall reference. But I love that movie! The Arnold one. Never actually saw the new Total Recall. But yea, I'm gonna have to check that out. I can't believe I let that one slip past me.
  23. If you look up behind the clock and up...way up, you notice an enormous mushroom cloud (which you all know already.) We know this takes place during Moon. And at round 25 the zombies eyes turn blue and you hear Riohtofen saying a quote from Moon, indicating the Easter Egg for Moon has been complete thus the rockets have hit the Earth. NOW!! I'm not sure if that nuke we see blowing up is the one from the Moon, or if it's the one that happened after Nuketown Multiplayer. If they are from the Multiplayer Map, I have no idea as to why or how Perk Machines fall out of them. If however, the mushroom cloud is from one of the three nuke's that came from Moon (that Dr. Maxis tricked the O4 into launching) I have a theory. At the end of Black Ops Moon's Easter Egg, we're let to believe that Maxis is a bad guy too. Just him and Richtofen both had different "evil" plans. But I think that Maxis sent these machines to the people of Earth as a way to survive the blast. Let me explain... He knew what he was doing all along. And he's ok with a mass amount of deaths as a result of his actions, as long as Richtofen doesn't get his way. It's kind of like the necessary evil for the greater good. Ok the nukes turned most of Earth into a zombie infested waste land but maybe Maxis held on to hope, and figured that there may be survivors. OR he created those nukes KNOWING that they wouldn't completely destroy Earth and would just smack it up a bit while turing most of the population into zombies (because those nukes were cram packed with Element 115.) So my theory is that Maxis built and installed these Perk Machines in the nuke. Obviously these Perk Machines aren't "man made" because they are considered "magic" when in a custom game. So the fact that they survived the blast of the nuke is irrelivant. So Maxis wanted to help those who would survive the zombie apocalypse by giving them these machines. Somehow Maxis gave the Original 4 a permanent amount of it because they get all 8 perks at the end of the Easter Egg. So the machines are worthless to them now. After the Easter Egg on Moon, nobody ever has to buy any more perks because even if you go down, you still have them when your are revived. These machines are the ones from Moon I think. Ok well that's it. If my facts are all wrong, please feel free to correct me. But please don't be rude. Thank you for reading. ZombiCidal
