Booyah! Almost time to prestige for the 6th time. ;)
-
There you go, Infest.
-
Sweet, I weekend where I'll actually be able to pump out the XP. ;)
-
Sorry fellas, but the power is in another castle! Couldn't resist. XD
-
I recommended Shooter for dweller as well. Hopefully CoDz will rein in your purpliness. Purple, is the new green. 8-)
-
Congratulations fellas! Well deserved indeed. Good luck with all your endeavors with the CoDz YT. ;)
-
Why do I have a feeling this will be CoD's spinoff of Assassins Creed Brotherhood, just with a lot of people wearing Ghosts mask? XD
-
After multiple references, I'm fairly certain the O4 will make SOME kind of appearance again in some form or another. They were basically cut off after moon. So what the hell happened to them meanwhile?
-
Anything to better anything related to CoDz, has my full support. ;)

It's nice to see how well PDT has taken off so far! It's definitely nice to have you good sir, hope you enjoy the forums just as much! Also, send a link to some of your stuff man! I showed my guitarist Nazi Zombies as well, and now he's hooked too!

Alright CoDz, I'm gonna have a whack here at a theory of mine for the first time in well.... ever. lol From what we know, It's pretty clear the events at MOTD are more separated from the original storyline we've followed since day one. The biggest piece of that evidence is who's in control. Between the hundreds of skulls, candles and body bags, not to mention obvious references to hell (Dogs or Cerberus and hell's retriever/redeemer), it's fairly obvious the big guy from below is in control at this point. Not Sam, or even Richtofen. Okay yeah, so we know all that. Well, recently it's been pointed out that "Samantha's Lullaby" has made yet another appearance in zombies since Moon in MotD. What's even more curious about it is, how it's activated: cj0cxzIBe4c (stole this from Grill's thread, thanks buddy! ) As soon as I saw that, I noticed two things: 1. You have to die in afterlife mode and apparently do absoutely nothing. 2. Instead of panning through the main cell area as it usually does once you die and shows the statistics, the camera immediately pans upwards, going outside and pointing at the sky. After noticing that, I immediately thought of several things: First off, MotD is the first map to actually have an "ending" to it if you follow through with the entire EE. It's also one that emphasizes on time being "broken" and that we have to mend a rift to end the cycle. Between putting a dent in time, the twist from black and white to complete chaos being a zombie apocalypse, a "Warden" (or Brutus") being the big boss man of the island, then having a way to fix it all, basically came off to me as zombies in a nutshell. Or even a "Knock-off" if you will. So, if by doing absoutely nothing at all, does that mean this never happened? Secondly, think of all the stuff lying around at Alcatraz. The Bones, the candles, the body bags. Most (if not all) of them, are not just lying around. They are placed around the place carefully. These zombies are obviously not there by coincidence. Think also of how the dogs and Brutus spawn. They come through a hellish portal as though they have been summoned. Makes it easy with a bunch of dark ritual ingredients set up everywhere. Going back to this being the idea of zombies in a nutshell, what if this all ties back to the bigger picture, the zombies storyline we've been following from the beginning and suggests in the bigger picture, setting up these towers eventually will allow us summon a hellish form of Richtofen? Or perhaps even the modern day Brutus again? 115 already reanimates the dead, thus being the key ingredient to create an artificial portal to Aether in the "actual" storyline. Sorry this is all rough and just tossed out there. But sparks went flying in all directions when I watched that and just brought up a whole new list of questions and possibilites. I'm definitely curious to hear what you guys think because to me, it almost doesn't add up. It seems too random. Did this really happen? Or are a lot things that have happened, emerging once again? How involved IS Hell? There's been all kinds of nods towards lucifer since Der Riese. Is it all coming back around? Jumping back to the pre-40's is quite a stretch.

Great stuff. But definitely not worth the money since more than half of them aren't even a minute long.

Welcome to the forums, Eve! CoDz is lacking some female contributors as of late, it's nice to have someone to fill that void. I recently introduced my girlfriend to zombies, hopefully we'll see her on board someday! Anyhow, enjoy the forums! ;)

Electric Cherry, stunning sensation or electric death trap?
Undead replied to MegaAfroMan's topic in Mob of the Dead
It almost makes it too easy, actually. It's can be easy to trap yourself in various areas when running around the map during rounds, but with that blundergat and Electric Cherry, in one shot I've vaporized like 3 zombies, and since it only has one shot, the rest of them just get stunned once I reload, making it easy to dodge them and escape tight quarters and close calls. -
Electric Cherry, stunning sensation or electric death trap?

Pairing the Blundergat with Electric Cherry complements each other nicely. Especially when fully upgraded with the acid kit and all. -
Dammit Infest, you beat me to it Still, I immediately thought of this idea after noticing that not only are there three spawn locations, but three dog head icons painted right next to each other at each spawn.

It's crazy to think about, but just how much of all that just makes sense pretty much made me realize that MotD may have very well just set the bar on top of the hill, indicating that we finally may have resoultion to end it all. The events at Alcatraz obviously being an example of the entire cycle of everything zombies in a nutshell, really. Granted, I'm not much of a theorist guy, but I've put two and two together and am pretty knowledgeable in the Zombies universe regarding origin and background so I'm gonna go out on a whim here so bear with me on this: In Der Riese, the description of the map itself IS "This is where it all began..." And just by going off of what is actually given to us, what is actually there, in plain sight without having to dig deep into all the possible theories and all is what is the MAIN source of travel the became dominant originally, in Der Riese? Teleportation. Richtofen's supposed first facination he toyed around with diligently since the series of events we've learned in Moon that occurred between 1939-1940 (according to the radios). Now, why bring up Der Riese? We already know about all that stuff. Well, just by how Fated put all this in the perpective that this may all very well just be the results of a broken rift (everything from 115, creation of 935, the zombies, teleporting ALL of it) made me think this is all just a very intricate story, retold as we have come to know it today in the world of zombies. After doing a quick google search on teleportation, this came up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Der_Ring_des_Nibelungen Now, let me just point out some very interesting things and what I immediately related this to Der Riese for: And furthermore; Unless I'm looking too much into it myself, that sounds strikingly like the events we've followed since Der Riese, since Moon and all of that between Maxis and Richtofen and what their goal truly is. And even putting that aside, it's been stated straightforward as well as obviously by result, the teleporters not only are able to teleport us from one place to another, but through time. Which obviously, if you're where you're NOT supposed to be at any given time, and in Richtofen's and even Maxis' case, up to no good, it's going to put a nice sized dent in time, causing a rift. Also, notice how cycle quickly just became a key scenario in zombies; this crew is being toyed around just like how Richtofen played with the new 4. Think of the opening scene for Die Rise. Now, coming back around to events at Alcatraz, given that has gone on and that the message becomes clear you have to mend the rift by following the EE, this is all a nod as to what happened and what has to happen, with everything so far. Like Titan was saying; Mend the rift, or follow Richtofen or Maxis. And with that, I think these next two zombies maps coming up in the future are going to be extremely important in what it all boils down to; deciding just how the zombies storyline will end. I honestly believe we're going to have the option for alternate endings. One, being to mend the rift and put things back to normal. Anyways, there's more in there somewhere, but just some interesting food for thought I had to go along with that. Excellent work Titan. ;)

It's not that bad, really. Most of the attachments I even use I'll earn back after a game or two. I just like how even stuff such as redicules stay after you've unlocked them for any of the red dot sites. Not to mention, prestige a weapon during a current prestige allows you to basically get XP challenges for that gun twice over if you haven't prestiged it fully yet.
-
Been trying to prestige every weapon I like twice so I can just focus on camos so this will help. :)

It's fairly obvious given by everything laid out in this map it's definitely more supernatural than science. Pretty crazy stuff!

"Where are we Going" EE Song (Kevin S. Feat. Malukah)
Undead replied to Undead's topic in Mob of the Dead
I think the song speaks mainly of Purgatory and the idea of it and all but yeah I watched the trailer, and my first question was honestly "WHAT IS THIS EPIC SONG" lol -
My apologies if this has been posted but there's a like a billion new threads in here haha. There's the second EE song, as heard in the gameplay trailer for MoTD. I believe it's been confirmed it is activated by entering "115 and/or "935" in the codes for the locks to grab one of the plane parts. Thoughts? I personally love her voice and it's more orchestra soundtrack than just a typical Kevin song, but I like it. I was convinced it was Amy Lee, the singer for Evanescence at first but, I was wrong! Honestly, I wouldn't mind if she appeared in future EE songs. Simply badass. ;)

Podcast should be posted by tomorrow and all entries will be submitted shortly thereafter. Congrats to Bloodshot. ;)
