  1. It is named Dr. Flopper for all intensive purposes. I think they did a good job of using PhD and not Dr. because it's the same play on words without going right in with another Dr soda. If I was Xieon PhD, I'd also be Dr. Xieon. Therefore it's Dr. Flopper, a play of Dr. Pepper, just like StampinUp if supposed to be 7up

    Black Ops 2

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, I usually just stay to the zombie section, but figured I'd bring this up. Now I'm not sure what activision plans to do with COD, we know that infinity ward is gone, and the next game looks to be coming from Sledgehammer. There is some talk that it will go Sledge, Treyarch. However, there is also some talk that Treyarch will not be involved, or the games will branch in two different directions. Where WaW to MW, MW2, BO were all basically the same to come out quicker, there's talk that it might be like say 1st and 3rd person, or whatever. Anyway, I think Treyarch is planning their next game to be a COD:BO2, the reason for this is because if you look over the intel (after collecting all of it) there is only one thing that remains blacked out: It seems that M16 and SAS have sent a Jonathan XXXXX to partake in a burn notice operation, where they plan on killing Mason, Hudson, and Weaver. Weavers dead, but Mason and Hudson are not. They think the two of them are to be considered enemies, and are going to go kill them. It sounds like a BO2 will be pitting agent against agent. Why else would they black out only that name? He must have some future involvement in the series. Also, we know Kennedy was assassinated, that is only going to make them go after Mason even more. From Intel #3/3 from Redemption
  3. Be more specific on what you're looking for, there are so many things in this map
  4. You know that solo, split screen, and lan all DON"T count. Those scores/rounds will never show up
  5. I'm not sure what the perks are but I think its obvious that: StaminUp (stamina, up) is 7UP and PhD Flopper is Dr. Pepper
  6. I think there is a lot of psychological stuff going on. For instance, we have: Dr. Maxis: He's not quite crazy, more so unethical. It's clear that he loves his daughter. You can hear him trying to protect her, yet he has no problems experiments on her dog, and soldiers. Even when he does do experiments on the soldiers, he still feels somewhat bad. He doesn't want to kill them until they go crazy, so his ethics arn't all that great, but he's not a sociopath. Richtoven: Now he's either insane, or demonic, or controlled, or any combination. He is a complete sociopath. Samantha (normal): I think Sam wants to kill Richtoven, normally. It's not that surprising. You could get a little girl to "snap" or turn murderous. Her dog, her dad, herself, were all betrayed. A normal person under such circumstances could be expected to turn murderous. Samantha (demon): Now this is where things get really interesting. This side of Samantha is psychotic. It appears she not only wants to kill Richtoven, but rip his heart and soul out and eat it. Now, normal Sam could be fighting with Demonic Sam over some morals/ethics, they both want to kill, but one is revenge and one is psychotic. On the other hand the demonic side of Sam might not be Sam at all. You have normal Sam who wants revenge, and the bear has something demonic going on, but isn't a side of Sam. Then you have Sam and the bear conspiring to fight Richtoven, but the bear has some secret agenda, causing the conflict.
  7. All you have to do is read through the threads. Someone isn't going to come on here and spend a ton of time reposting everything since you didn't want to read even the first page of posts
  8. If there is a rocket then without a doubt it will launch. In the map "launch" and Kino, both rockets take off. If they already have the programming for it it makes sense that they would just recycle it. It would probably take more work to take out the programming (not really, but you get the point)

    Lyrics?

In reference to the last two I think its biblical. The second coming, as in the second coming of jesus, and Sam also says "I am the left hand of all thats sacred" This is obviously the demonic side singing this, and how they have no hope. The whole song is about how they need to give up their hope because they are screwed.
  10. The problem is I don't think it's really "hacking". We're not utilizing some exploit to gain access, I suspect the problem would be in the code. Treyarch could write whatever code they want if they have their own compiler and language. So it's more of a translation issue than a hacking one
  11. I can't seem to find it right now, but what about the name of the wine bottle attached to the monkey bomb. If you look at Samanthas room in Kino der toten, you will see the monkey bomb has a wine bottle attached to his back. There is a clearly visable name, I don't think they put that there by mistake. Also, the posters are of Faust and Pygmallion and of Bismarck, so possible passwords: faust pygmallion bismarck luck devil soul evil classes faustus goethe shaw cockney doolittle Ugh, the list goes on and on. My money would be on the monkey bomb and the wine. If someone could get a SS of that then ill play around with that possibility
  12. I think you can't know which is the color of the teddy. When I play chess, sometimes I take my pieces, other times I take the pieces of my opponent. Regardless, the player who is black will lose. I can't think of a way other than stupidity that white can lose. Depending on what they choose to do it will either take more or less moves, but either way the black king is just going to be running around, and the queen can just go take the other parts. Then it's 50 to the win

    SO F*&%N ANGRY

Ok, a few things. First, make sure you're playing with a NAT Open host, and that all the players who start the game finish it, by dying, then waiting, then getting taken back to the lobby. Doing this I have never experienced a problem with the leaderboards not counting. Additionally, there has been a glitch where it doesn't' show to you. Try asking another player what it says for your leaderboard, or play another game and see if it can get bumped. There was a glitch where it was showing past games and not top scores. As far as top rounds not counting because of cheaters, I don't buy this argument. I don't give any credit to people I think cheat. There is respect for players who clearly know how to play. Just because your not technically at the top doesn't mean that it doesn't earn you the respect. Last, solo does NOT count. You will never get credit if you play a solo match, or with two players split screen, or over lan. Also, for the record, the game is 18 plus, so FUCK. :)
  14. It's really quite simple. There are only 3 outcomes that Richtoven knows of. Either a) It kills them, in which case he would see the bodies, and know where Sam is. It teleports them, then teleports them back, turning them into what happened to Fluffy, in which case he would still also know where Sam went or c) Sam disappears like the first Dog experiment where it didn't appear back at the mainframe, therefore, like the first dog experiment, Richtoven has no idea where she went. It also seems that Richtoven was somewhat expecting to follow Sam. He arrives in Kino and doens't seem to know whats going on. "No power, how suspicious, or OBVIOUS!". Imagine if Richtoven believed that there was only one place for the teleporter to go, he then arrives there only to find no Sam, and the weird old experiments of Dr. Maxis, this would make him question even more what happened. If there are more places like this, then how many must he go through?
  15. Mine is 24. Didn't use jug or revive, any other perks. Just had 4 of us ride up and down in the elevator, all had PaP weapons, but no ammo was coming, and no thief. Ended up having to let one Zombie in at a time, ride down, while we all knifed him to death. Then I made a run to the mpl and grabbed it, but that didn't help. I used to play five a lot, and never Kino, but now I don't play five at all. I just don't like the layout at all
  16. I just believe that they are referring to mind control and trying to control the zombs
  17. I don't think it has anything to do with Kino, theres also quotes about gems, room of fate, etc. It's just random zombie quotes about the dead ops game
  18. Double the profit? I want the map pack for zombies, but if they want to throw in some multiplayer I'll take them. I wouldn't pay 1200 points for 1 map.
  19. It has nothing to do with Treyarch, it has to do with the host and people quitting before the game is over. End the game with all the people you started with, all die, and wait until it takes everyone back to the lobby. Then there will be no problem
  20. I think Richtovens plan was only to kill Dr. Maxis. He wasn't trying to kill Sam, but she gave him the perfect opportunity. I suspect he planned on turning on the teleporter which would kill all three in the chamber. What if only Maxis blew up like the previous test subjects, but Sam and the dog disappeared but didn't show back up at the mainframe. If Richtoven wasn't crazy he most likely would have just shot Maxis. He clearly is already skilled with a weapon, and there were plenty of them around. He instead is possessed/crazy and being told by whoever to kill Maxis, which he does the ridiculous way of the teleporter. This startles him since no human test subjects disappeared.
  21. I thought it was weird where the pieces were, but why would Sam move her King all the way down the map. I think they are actually moving the pieces with their left hands, and that Teddy is white. In the song "115" they say "I am the left hand of all thats sacred". Typically the left hand is associated with demonism, so it would make sense that both Teddy and Sam are left handed, since they are connected. Also, when you are playing in Der Reise notice that Teddy holds the bowie knife in his left hand. I'm right handed, and if I am fighting with a knife in my hands I will turn the knife downward and hold it in my right hand. This way you can block, throw punches, and also stab. It feels extremely odd to hold it in the left hand. Now the bowie knife is way heavier than the knife I'm referring to, there's no way someone engaged in a combat situation would prefer using their non dominant hand. It you are going to cut someones throat you want to do it in one movement. Since it takes a lot of force you are going to use your dominant hand. Also, more evidence linking to left hands is that the man hanging in Shi No Numa, and the hand that is torn off on the power are both left hands. I do not think this is by accident, all of the players are right handed, based upon their knifing and how they hold pistols, shut the chamber, etc. If you were to make something of no importance, chances are you would make it a right hand, since most people are right handed. The fact that all of these are left hands, seems to imply that it wasn't just some random conscience.
  22. I actually posted this earlier in the Kino thread. They can all be looked into deeper. I think the Bismarck one isn't that important, but depending on how you look at it Pygmallion can be seen as much more sinister. It's all about powerful elites controlling everything, and influencing and perpetrating them with an outsider. If you closely analyze it there are obvious links to the Nazi idea of the Aryan's, and the Illuminati, as well as the story of Peter being stuck behind enemy lines.
  23. Are you positive that it's the Berlin wall? It makes sense since one of the maps is check point charlie.
  24. Ha, I thought of that. It's just because Rebecca's a little girl, and it's like ponies, and butterflies, and dolls, etc. Thats an even worse position for Sam, since the knight is blocking her, and will force her King to attack it, while Teddy queens the pawn, and win. I certainly think it is a power struggle, but a really sick one. It's like a battle between Terrorists and Nazi's over the right to attack the US? It doesn't matter who wins, they are both bad, but one is much more twisted than the other. I think Sam wants to kill Richtoven for what he did to her, but either a different entity, or a skitcho version of Sam, is sadistically enjoying everything way to much. It's like Sam wants to play hide and seek, then kill Richtoven, while the bear wants to hang Richtoven from the ceiling, alive, cut out his intestines, eat them, and then let him Bleed out. I guess I'm rooting for Sam. Also, to the poster who said this is a waste of time. Ironic you say that no. I enjoy the story of Zombies, and looking for little clues everywhere. Chances are I am over analyzing something, but that's what makes it fun. Do you get enjoyment by going to places you don't enjoy and instigating with people? If so, then it's you who needs to get a life.
  25. I didn't see anyone mention this, but how about what they are actually playing at the theatre. It's around 1950 when Kino must've been open, and there are a ton of plays that could've been chosen, however, we only see three posters in the entire map, repeated over and over and over. The first is Pygmalion. Very sinister, about the difference in classes, tricking the elites into believing someone is an elite when in fact is a commoner. Doesn't take much to link this to Illuminati if you wanted, the Nazi's need for a supreme race, the spies implanted behind enemy lines. The second is Faust. Now this was a German play, and is more likely than to be playing than the first one, however, its a particularly disturbing play. It's about a man who makes a deal with the devil, and throws away his morality. This is obviously talking about Richtoven, as well as the whole 935 project and their unethical behavior. The last poster I only notice one of, in the hallway leading to the MPL room off the lobby. It's a poster of the Bismark, and it's a ship. The Bismarck was supposed to be the Germans breakout ship, that would get the German Navy into the Atlantic Ocean, and although it did battle with the British, defeating their flag ship, in doing so it so enraged England that the Eenglish military was given orders to simply sink it at all costs. When it was almost in the clear, it was bombed by the RAF and sunked by the Royal Navy. Very metaphorical to the situation the characters are found in. Putting up a major fight, against overwhelming odds, looking like they will win, only to get overwhelmingly crushed by the masses of the enemy.
