  1. We never found this out. I'd probably just use the Retriever to be on the safe side, because iris known to work Actually, the game records your total Tomahawk kills and after the set amount, the afterlife sound is heard. Also I already have a 30 posts topic on that and you don't have the right steps viewtopic.php?f=149&t=31717 *Not to be a bitch about it but what's the point if the steps are wrong? :?
  2. Sorry for the late answer, I got quite busy in the last days but hopefully I can clarify some things for you. This is actually half true. Yes if you don't get the hell's redeemer in the next round after you throw it in the pit you get it back, but you only need to throw it back in the pit, not do the whole thing again. When playing in a group, everyone WHO WANTS the redeemer will need to get 30 kills either in the prison or on the bridge. after that, everyone who wants it spend one full round on the bridge without using weapons. You can have 1 player run a train and everyone else in the back shooting at the train with the tomahawk. After the round everyone who used only the tomahawk during the round and who have got the 30 kills I mentioned earlier prior to this round will be able to throw the tomahawk in the pit. So short answer, you can get the redeemer all by yourself if everyone else shoot their gun and you use only the tomahawk on the bridge. The reason he heard it mid round is because like I said in OP you hear it multiple times during the process, after you've killed a couple ennemies when you first pick up the Retriever at the start of the game, you will hear it. Basically, he heard that sound mid-round, and my guess is if he tried to throw his tomahawk right after that without first finishing the round, he couldn't throw it in the pit. There is no round limit but you have to spend 1 round killing every zombies (including all guards that spawn) using only the hell's retriever. So when you do it after round 18, it gets harder and harder at each passing round, since the Retriever doesn't 1HK anymore. Try to do it as early as possible. And first time I got it I was on 28 My best 4p game was 38 with 4 people and we all had it. Player 1: Got it on first stay on bridge. Player 2: Got it on first stay on bridge. Player 3: Didn't get it on first stay because he shot his gun during the round. Player 4(me) :Got it on first stay on bridge. Player 1 went back with Player 3 on the bridge and P1 killed most of the zombies with his guns since he already had redeemer while P3 camped with his tomahawk and when round ended, he went to throw his 'hawk in the pit. Well, this is weird because when I hear the afterlife sound for the second time it is ALWAYS right when the round end.
  3. wow really??? thats odd..maybe the warden used it to off himself.. Well thing is you get it with 1/59 ammo, I doubt the warden killed himself then carefully reloaded his weapon before dying.
  4. I hope so because as of now, there is only one map not in the US so the globe concept is kinda lame
  5. One thing I wonder is why is the blundergat missing 1 bullet when you retrive it from the warden's office
  6. I will have a couple things to clear out tomorrow, I can't right now i'm on my phone but stay tuned if you had some questions
  7. At first I thought knifing made it go faster but then I realised that standing on it does the same so I edited my post
  8. You get the perk if you kill a zombie behind a barrier before getting the 200 points. It can be done on an already boarded up window. Imo works best on top of the buddha room with the svu, there's a window right in front of you, just spam the trigger
  9. Yes you get both, 10 points for the gib, 100 for the HS, but I'd recommend knifing the zombie if he's in range as he'll die from any amount of damage inflicted and you'll get 130 points
  10. I would honestly be disappointed, I would much rather have a unique concept like we've had so far ! Also both posters are similar as they both feature a man and a woman on it (stars of the movie) and on the Moon one, the guy is holding some kind of futuristic pistol
  11. Well the only reason I hinted towards that, is because of Sal's quote about the guard Because except for that I don't believe Ferguson is Brutus
  12. I am 100% sure I've tested this in many games, 4 players, 2 player and 1 player. basicly for four players, if you ALL want to have it in 1 round, you all need to kill some zombies with Hell's Retriever prior to heading to the bridge. Now the only point of leaving 1 zombie alive is to get to the bridge and start the fresh round immediately so you could basically go the bridge mid-round, finish the round with your guns and when the new round starts, kill every zombie using the Retriever. That's correct. I've killed not even one before heading to the bridge, and I've been able to get the Hell's Redeemer multiple times. If you stay on the bridge for at least two whole rounds with using only the Hell's Retriever, you should be able to throw the tomahawk into the portal every time. Exactly, you need to stay at least 2 full rounds because in the first round the zombies you will kill with it will count for your 30 kills sacrifice, then the second round you will actually hear the afterlife sound for completing the whole round with only your tomahawk. If you kill enough zombies in the prison before heading to the bridge, you will only have to spend one full round there. This is important IMO because you have to add one more round to actually get the Redeemer so the less rounds you stay on the bridge, the better. If you want it for your whole group, have every player kill only with the retriever as soon as they have it. After a couple they should hear the *Afterlife Sound*. When every one has heard it head to the bridge and finish the actual round. When the fresh round starts, you want 1 player running a train in the empty area in front of pack a punch. The other three players are at the back of the bridge (where zombies don't spawn, Opposite end of Chairs) Charging their tomahawk and shooting it at the train. It is really important that no one shoots during the round or else that person won't be able to throw theirs in the pit. It does not matter who kills how many zombies, you just need to survive one FULL round(Including Guard) with only the tomahawk. At the end of the round, everyone should hear a sound. head back to the Prison and I think you know how to do the rest ! I tested this and it works.
  13. Ammo capacity does affect the "effectiveness", which is what he is ordering them by Well he talked about both damage and effectiveness. So yeah the thompson is more effective but the uzi has more damage.
  14. When you check from top to bottom, top is Sliquifier, second IDK but there is a ray gun behind it. Third is vector+ACOG and bottom is akimbo ray gun Also in MotD there is a poster very similar to the alien monsters from moon 2 one, It says escape from the tomb, there is a man with a tomahawk and we can see the demonic Dog on it (it's the one you hit to get the spoon)
  15. No you definitely need to kill some zombies before you can try the full round. Go ahead try it, get to the point where you have the tomahawk, now turn down the voice volume so you hear the sound over the zombies, then start killing some zombies in the prison with the tomahawk. After a couple you will hear *afterlife sound*. Now you can go try a full round on the bridge, it will work. Same thing, get to the point where you have the tomahawk, don't use it at all until you are on the bridge, ready to do the full round. Now you will hear the sound mid round, meaning you have completed the kill count sacrifice, but at the end of this round you will not hear a second *afterlife sound*
  16. Check this if you want to know exactly how to do it viewtopic.php?f=149&t=31717 Also it is not a laugh you are supposed to hear but the Afterlife sound.(What we thought was Denizens before the map came out)
  17. They don't really seem to spawn in much if you do it in early rounds but just run around until you can leave the room and head back upstairs they will all spawn back next to the cafeteria door. I did it on round 1 alone, there was a double points in the cell in front of the cafeteria, I ended the round with 23 kills and around 4400 points. I had 1 or two kills less because when I left the first room some of the zombies died
  18. Uzi has more damage, why do you think m1927 has twice the ammo capacity for the same price !
  19. Hi, I know there are a lot of threads on this but people seem to think that you need to kill a certain 'number' of enemies to get it and some can't get it every time, first try. Well I know the exact process on how to get it. To begin, you will hear the afterlife sound 3 times in the process. First off, feed all three dogs. Get your tomahawk Now here's what is important You need to kill a certain number of zombies (I think around 30) with it anywhere in the prison. Before heading to the bridge. You will hear the afterlife sound. Now keep 1 last zombie and hop on the plane. When you get on the bridge, dont kill the last zombie until Brutus shows up(not necessary but better) and Kill them both (Guard and last zombie) Now with the fresh round, you want to use NOTHING but the tomahawk for the whole round. At the end of the round you will hear the afterlife sound, so use the electric chair. Once you're back in the prison go throw your tomahawk in the pit, you will hear the afterlife sound for the last time and it will disappear. All you have to do now is wait one full round and go pick it up in afterlife mode, at the usual spot.
  20. 1) Extremely. It kills a max of six zombies at once, though you have to charge it up (you only have to do that once). Using this constantly with this strategy means you are always killing zombies, and that means insane speed. 2) It's just something I do. Just a habit. 3) Nope. It's a matter of personal preference, really. It helps for early rounds, but it loses its effectiveness by the mid-50's. 4) I go into this in depth in my guide. But I'll give you a brief overview: Open up everything in the cell block by round one (you need 2k for this—you can do so by using the Double Points) Use the washing machine on round one to rack up insane amounts of points Feed the dogs Get perks Get x2 Blundergats Get Hell's Redeemer This can all be achieved by round 15. Again, though, I'll talk all about prioritizing in the thread. 5) Yep. It's good for Insta Kill and I like how it has a really fast running speed. 6) I think the lowest I ever got was like 3/45. Since the Hell's Redeemer gives drops, though, you will get Max Ammo's quite often, and if you don't activate the Fire Sale (you need to get the Blundergat on the first box spawn if you want to do this, but I'm sure you know that), you're guaranteed a Max Ammo every round. If you do run out of ammo though, it's really simple to just clutch a round with the Hell's Redeemer exclusively. My boy IraqemUp shows this strategy in full: It's by far the easiest high round strategy out there, though I, personally, would only use it if I were to run out of Blundergat ammo. It's a bit too boring and slow for my tastes. 7) Again, I like the MP5's running speed. Plus, it's better for Insta Kill (in my experience, at least). 8) I have a Claymore pit maxed out in a corner somewhere, so I always have two that explode instantly on me. Once you get to a round high enough where Claymores do nothing to zombies, Brutus is the only one affected by them. 9) Yes. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but he seems relatively weak. Two Claymores will always kill him. Yup I was running almost exactly the same strategy as you yesterday and it was EASY. I ended the game at round 50 because I was really tired and it was now 8am. So I think 2 important points to this are, you need to kill some zombies without the trap or else you get no drops (but brutus coming usually means 2-3 drops at the same time). You must keep your Vitriolic withering for when you get trapped, with EC and the shield, as we can see at the start of the video you can just jump over the zombies and shoot further away, attracting the zombies away from you. And electric cherry makes sure you don't get hit because you will reload right after you shoot. Also, I mostly used the Sweeper on walking zombies while running a train in the cafeteria to get a full horde of runners and get the most effect out of the acid trap. At round 49 it took me 2-3 face to face shots to kill 1 or 1-2 headshots. But you went really far so I guess it was just not effective enough right?
  21. He actually says Can you understand some of the shit this guy's saying? I think it's ferguson. Yes I think it is him but i'm sure we can all agree that it is a possessed version of him?
  22. Takes too much ammo to be useful in high rounds IMO. The best I got in Five was 36 running trains on the jugg floor with winter's fury and Porter's ray gun but I died because I was out in the fury. And yesterday I got to 50 solo with the sweeper and Vitriolic withering. was running trains in cafeteria, I would use the sweeper on walkers to get a full train of runners, then get out of the cafeteria, come back in with the train, shoot the vitriolic withering once in the middle of the shower then start the trap, start a new train. Worked very well but it was getting boring so I ended the game as soon as I got to 50
  23. This might be irrelevant but anyways. When you throw a nade at the pit, it will disappear in a burst of flames. The exact same flame texture can be seen in the footsteps of Brutus when he's running at you and also when he locks something, again, same texture. After a couple kills with the tomahawk you hear the afterlife sound. This happens twice even if you're in the prison, then when you spend a round on the bridge with only your tomahawk, you should hear the afterlife sound a third time. When you throw it in the pit you hear the afterlife flames and it bursts in flames. When you start the laundry machine you hear a demonic laugh and zombies start to spawn. When you gather all 5 skulls and enter the warden's office Brutus will talk. When you pick up the spork in afterlife mode you hear a demonic laugh. When you throw your tomahawk at it in the cafeteria, you can hear Brutus. Again when you have enough kills with the acidgat in the showers, you hear the demonic laugh. All these seem to be connected to me, as if Brutus is actually the demonic announcer in a body. I know both voices are different but Brutus' voice might be voice of the original person(Ferguson?) Crossed with the demonic announcer's So what I think is that the demonic announcer is having fun watching us try to survive and that all these cool weapons (tomahawk, blundergat, golden spork) are demonic(they belong to him) that's why he's pissed when we grab them. So that makes me think that the map does happen in hell, where the characters are dead. And he might give Weasel his life back if he's able to survive his little game and break the cycle.
  24. When you start killing with the tomahawk you will hear the afterlife sound, once after qround 30 kills, then once again after a couple more kills, THEN you can go on the bridge and spend the whole round using only your tomahawk. If you already activated the sound twice before going to the bridge, at the end of the round you should hear the afterlife sound one last time. I spent many rounds on the bridge with the hell's redeemer and I never heard any more indicative sounds with it so I doubt it is possible to upgrade it a second time the same way. There might be something else to do with it to upgrade but I doubt it.
  25. I upgraded it many times and i've never seen it called like that
