Kill/Round Limit?

I heard there was a cap for how many kills you can get and how high of a round you can make it to. Is this true? Any proof on people making it to this cap?

Don't have a proof but I heard its 10,000 kills per game. There is no such thing as Kills per round as per my knowledge.

I'd assume leaderboards cap at round 99 like black ops but it will still allow you to keep going.

No, if you go over 10k kills, (as far as I know) it won't count on the leaderboard at all.

Why hinder the living proof of someone doing better than someone else? Isn't that the point of COD?

I don't think the system ignores the data purposefully, if that is the case. Perhaps it just does not know how to display the data w/ over 10k kills so it erases itself by default?

If BO can record your actual number of kills then BO2 should definitely be able too.

Agreed. It's unlikely that 10,000 kills will be higher than your total kills (if you're experienced). So if they can track that stat, why not kills per game? And I'd hate to see 99 remain the cap - even if it is unlikely that someone should reach 100, I don't like Zombies to have limits.
