  1. I understand what HAARP is and I don't see what you are trying to say here. I don't mean to deflate your thread, I just don't get it. I am making a judgement call here, but if HAARP actually has anything to do with zombies, it most likely will be either the government aspect or the antenna array itself. Altering the weather doesn't seem to fit with anything related to the story arc. The Bus Driver mentions HAARP, yes, but all of the places he talks about have few things in common relating to government operations (more specifically clandestine.) and secret locations. (Mount Rushmore, for example, is mentioned and upon further research you will find that there is a facility inside of the monument that remained unfinished for years until the surviving family of the artist agreed to finish it and the government footed the bill. Originally was going to house the U.S. sacred documents like the constitution.) *Also as a side note, Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura is not necessarily a reliable source for accurate information. As all television programming it is biased. (Think Fox News) Unrelated in general, just trying to inform you. I also watch the show, and it is entertaining, but I knew alot about a few topics they covered and was thoroughly disappointed at the ACTUAL amount of information they give you. They focus more on the conspiracy THEORY aspect of it, and not necessarily the conspiracy itself. Ironic isn't it?
  2. Whoaa, watch out man. Please don't directly insult someone on here, all it'll do is spark a fight, and it's a type of flaming. Just be generous and we can tell them to just look over the other topic. Whoa watch out before you make accusations. I was referring to the people behind the Green Run incident, and saying that these idiots never learn because they have carried out so many hazardous tests - which many are bus driver locations, and one "Sedan" can be found on a billboard by viewing in theater mode. Bagel was just trying to keep the forums civil, if he misunderstood its understandable because you didn't elaborate on anything in your comment. Simple solution here is to be more specific on "these people" when commenting. If something can be taken offensively then most likely it will. No need to be so snarky towards him, he wasn't rude to you.
  3. I don't see how this could be true, when people have found all the audio quotes already. If it is part of an update then hopefully someone with PC can post the audio. This would be a huge breakthrough regarding story in zombies, but as Mix said, we need evidence.
  4. No apologies necessary, I was just trying to inform you on the topic.
  5. This footage was not used in the game, only the audio. The audio clips tie directly into nearby survivors trying to communicate with eachother or Maxxis. Some are actually radio transmissions from people presumed to be at the Nuketown site. The video and background music are taken from other sources. If you don't know the zombies storyline, I encourage you to check out "A Zombie Trilogy" by MurderMachineX here on CoDZ. viewtopic.php?f=100&t=18279 I don't recommend using youtube as a source for information, only because the people making videos are usually looking at sites like this for THEIR information. I too used to look for youtube videos first before checking other sources, but I was told, then found out first hand that alot of the videos are based on CoDZ member's speculations or evidence and the information is usually misrepresented or clouded with the youtuber's personal bias. I know for a fact that RoflWaffles, MrDalekJD and NextGenTactic's spider all refer to this forum when attempting to delve into the storyline, and these are just the ones who will admit it. *Just to be clear to the people I have mentioned, I do not mean to discredit or belittle any of your works, nor do I mean disrespect.
  6. Hmm...I don't know what to make of this thread. It doesn't seem that there is anything to discuss. We don't see any adverts your talking about, only the edge of a page.
  7. I also have posted about this previously. Basically, due to the events of Moon and destroying the earth in the early 50's the events of CoTD never happened. Time travel is a BXXCH.
  8. I have seen people no clip TranZit pretty extensively and they all draw the same conclusions that there doesnt seem to be any more to the Tranzit map than what we see. I am still hoping that there will be something along those lines though.
  9. I was extremely tired when I posted and nothing I meant to say got said. My mistake. What I was referring to is the hostility between Soviet Russia and the U.S. predates WWII. But even now that is not relevant. The U.S. and Russia were allied in the space program though. At the end of the "Space Race" as part of a détente policy (A general easing of tension.) The U.S. and Russia started cooperating to perfect their space programs which ultimately led to the Apollo–Soyuz Test Project which saw the first joint space flight. Sorry again for the nonsensical reply I left before, I could have sworn, if asked, that what I said was nothing along the lines of what was posted, it's embarrassing really.
  10. The way I see it, The campaign and Multi universes are connected to zombies only on a basic level. Sort of how the town of "Silent Hill" is portrayed. By this I mean that the zombies world is only basically derived from the pre existing world. Other than that the rules are completely different. To some degree, it seems that the Campaign universe ultimately dictates the zombies world. I don't mean this as a rule, but only as a pattern I have noticed. In WaW we stuck to the 40s era and BO we jumped to the 60s era and the new BOII Zombies seems to be breaking from some of the zombie traditions but still seems to keep similar time frames between zombies and campaign. Other than that, I remember reading here on the forums a while ago that some of the zombies in TranZit have collars on that bear a symbol that relates to the antagonists of the Camaign. The possibility of re used textures to save time and money is always there, but who is to say that they don't have reasons they borrow so heavily that pertain to the story? I can't quite bring myself to make that call yet.
  11. I can't say I see a direct connection, but I do think you may be on to something. There is evidence of similar mesoamerican cultures that once resided in the grand canyon. Although no temples such as this have ever been discovered, the Shangri-La loading screen seems to imply that the structures were destroyed or moved and may not be where they once were.
  12. I know that pre WWII the Russians and the US were in an arms race already with spies constantly stealing intel from eachother, and when wwII broke out, after a while the russians allied with the soviets. I think it is possible that the phones in ascension could be the result of espianage or possibly just an excuse to give us the information that five and ascension were happening at the same time. Also for many years diplomatic cables were dedicated phone lines that were seperate from the grid. Perhaps since ascension is in the 50s 60s they were in negotiations regarding their missile defense programs. I am just spit balling though. Also there is the idea that some form of private compartmentalized advanced R and D was happening, where collaboration between countries was happening.
  13. yeah that loading screen was from BO. The original "Nazi Zombies" only showed a concussed man laying next to a plane crash with zombies running towards him. This plane is assumed to be the one that lies justoutside of the Nacht Der Untoten building.
  14. PINNAZ has blown the lid off of this topic. viewtopic.php?f=142&t=26808
  15. No i was just saying i posted something similar. @Infest - I said the V-R11 and the drop are both incarnations of a form of cure. Both have been discredited though.
  16. good catch! Here is a link to a google searched image of the loading screen: http://videogamewriters.com/wp-content/ ... Screen.jpg
  17. I posted a thread on this in the "Turned Mode" forums. The new game mode features the second incarnation of a form of "cure" with the CoTD Wonder Weapon being the first. I believe it was the V-R11. The Weapon also (If pack A Punched) can be shot at team mates to make them temporarily invulnerable. I also believe that it may be somehow relevant to Stu's story arc. But the main hole that people easily poked into this theory is that we are given the "cure" in an arcade setting in the form of a drop. Even if we are still considering that Turned and Greif can add some form of elements to the story (CIA VS CDC may be story specific, and we see Richtofen's true nature as a "god". He is cruel and toys with victims.)we however cannot assume that this cure drop is any more significant than a max ammo or a fire sale. So it becomes canon. So we are left only with the hard evidence of the V-R11. That was the original form that seems silly and seems to get over looked. Still if we keep in mind the time travel and past/future events that occured we have to remember that we destroyed the earth with Maxis EE Quest from Moon therefore these events never happen in this new timeline. So again we have to assume this is now irrelevant. Some people like are forming solid theories that Richtofen's new goal with these EE Quests is to somehow mend the "Rift" between the two timelines to ensure that certain events still occur. Either for Richtofen's gain or to actually cure the planet back to habitable conditions. Perhaps if for Maxis EE story arc we are ensuring that the O4 go through a complete time "loop" and have a second chance to relive the events that happened and change things. This time without Richtofen because he is in the Aether and outside of time/space and perhaps Samantha. If we were to remove Richtofen from WaW and BO the events would most likely have played out differently. That would be pretty cool.
  18. @WhosOnFirst - Great Post! I very much enjoyed how you related the Aether to Anti-Grav Crafts. If I had to make one complaint it would only be that you thouroughly explained all details except for what the Aether really is. I know...but some may not. Otherwise I absolutely love it. I actually am pretty familiar with how Anti Gravity Crafts or Generators actually work. I have AlienScientist on youtube to thank for that. He does what you are trying to do here with zombies, but with real physics and advanced algorithms. If I could only add what I know about real life Anti Gravity physics. And yes to anyone who was wondering, the technology is real, it is under lock and key for many many political reasons. This has even been confirmed by Lockheed-Martin (Who does most of the Air Force contracting.) The crafts that we see in the skies in real life or "UFOs" are mainly made by secret government organizations. This you will find when researching John Lear. These crafts are able to maneuver with such accuracy at extreme velocities and the pilot will feel none of the effects of G force or even gravity at all. The nature of the engines is to create a gravitational distortion field that creates a "cushion" initially underneath it and then when you change direction of the generators this "cushion" moves to the point of whatever direction you are about to head in. This cannot be described as propulsion because we are not using fuel to accellerate ourselves, but more like changing gravity so we "fall" in whatever direction we point it. This also explains why alot of UFO pictures become distorted, and the disk shape we should recognize can be viewed on pictures as a wavy figure. The Nazi's knew about this technology as the generator itself was reletively simple. We create a hollow ring or donut shaped tube made of metal surrounded by magnets and we fill this tube with "super fluid" or a liquid that is a metal with electro magnetic conductive properties such as Mercury, and we hyper accellerate the fluid in a gyroscopic manner and it will have an anti gravitational effect. Hitler even ordered german U boats to go out and collect as much Mercury as he could. He recognized this as a "super fluid" but did not know the full extent of the science involved. Mercury is not strong enough and any other "super fluid" CANNOT be found among the elements here on Earth. Despite this hurdle, they moved forward and kept experomenting. (Die Glocke) The next great hurdle that they encountered was that the people working on these devices and experoments were getting radiation sickness. They moved forward anyway. The final and largest hurdle they encountered was the ability (or lack there of) to control the craft once it is airbourne. They never figured out how to control the Anti Grav Generator, only switch it on or off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr_s28wIOzQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byE0oeHdhDk
  19. Sorry for not linking reference material, I didn't think that this was detailed enough to require it. I posted this relatively quickly and did not consider that it would be confusing for some. Thanks Lithium for the pictures! Basically I was just trying to explore the connection between the campaign, multiplayer and zombies because even if it is only canon there does seem to be some form of relationship between them.
  20. I don't believe we will ever play as the O4. That will muddy up the experience too much. We are expecting a grandiose ending to the storyline, but let me remind you of the "money making machine" that is CoD. They are gonna leave it open ended and carry it over to the next game. You are setting yourselves up for failure when you expect such great things in the final DLC. Also I don't believe the characters have "evolved" at all. They are the same people we know from TranZit and nothing has changed. We got to see them in another light, yeah, but they haven't changed at all. From TranZit my initial impressions: Misty - Tough as nails "Tom-boy" with a loud mouth and a "southern" flaver. Marlton - A smart guy who thinks hes smarter with a mysterious past. Stu - Unstable and a bit on the crazy side. Rus - Cocky and aggressive. As I don't have the map yet, I haven't heard all the quotes. From the opening sequence tho, I gained no knowledge of their characters aside from a bit of their past. As for the crew getting along better than in TranZit, I would also say that nothing has changed. They are surviving together and working towards mutual goals, not everyone is gonna like eachother. That doesn't mean they don't understand that they (for now, at least) need eachother. Think Walking Dead if you have seen or heard of it. Maybe I just don't get what you mean by evolving.
  21. This has been proven to be a glitch. You are not an idiot for posting this though, everyone feels like the EE Quest in TranZit is unfinished, and no one blames you for still searching. In fact, keeping vigilant in your quest to finish it, is what WILL eventually find the end of the EE Quest. IF there is one. Question: Why is OP an idiot? What makes you smarter? Being rude and mean to people? Not likely. Maybe you thought OP was the "asshole" for posting this, but the INSTANT you called him an idiot, YOU became the "asshole".
  22. I have been thinking along these same lines too. The cult formed due to Richtofen's power. This is not the first time that Richtofen got his jollies being worshiped. He became a god-king to the Ancients from Shangri-La as well. I would just like to say, that the more zombies that get killed, the stronger Richtofen gets. Keep this in mind and also consider that Richtofen is communicating with the "infected" (Eaters of zombie flesh) but may not have told them that the zombies are directly under his control. Doing this he can ensure that zombies are killed and have a loyal following. I personally have no doubts that "The Flesh" are Richtofen's creation, after all, some people will believe anything when they are afraid for their lives. Your theory is simple and straight forward and I like it. Frankly there are only a few solid theories that make sense from all angles and this is one of them.
  23. i also did not get the animus reference. I dont play assassins creed. Tried once didnt like it.
  24. Ok I see what your getting at now. You believe that Richtofen is trying to "Back to the Future" himself to make sure the events that need to happen still do, right? Maxis blew up the Earth at a point before Richtofen did what he needed to gain power. Thats a solid theory. So you think we are making a planet-sized time teleporter?
  25. Reminds me of the famous quote "When a man observes an object, he is not really observing the object, but really the objects effect on himself." So true. Things that can be interpreted will always be interpreted differently.
