  6. ^^^ exactly my thoughts, about point spending. The main problem I see with players who are good but not pro is that they literally can't function without juggernog. I however take the risk and go a few rounds without it in order to achieve long term goals. This will be where my kind can thrive!
  7. I heard a lot of buzz about a timed game mode for zombies. It ends after a certain amount of time and you basically race to get points and what not. I thought to myself "if any map would be timed, it would definitely be nuketown." you can see where I'm going, right? KABOOM! Anyway, that made me think of a new possible 4z4 mode! Maybe there will be a Mode where two teams compete for points for a set amount of time, and when it ends the nuke goes off! This would be awesome! There could be seperate lobbies fur how long you want the limit to be. These could range anywhere from twenty minutes to two hours. I originally thought that it should be exclusive to nuketown, you know, because of the nuke, but it could be implemented in other ways to the other maps. What do you think? With regards to A Stabbing Hobo!

  11. Hey guys! In honor of my 115th post I will present all of my ideas for zombies... EVER. Believe me this is going to be a long post! Add on to any ideas or provide feedback as you wish! I am only going to do a brief recap for each. In-depth descriptions of wonder weapon ammo capacity (for example) will be left out. Index 1. Wonderweapon ideas 2. Map ideas 3. Tool / utility ideas 4. A personal message to all of CoDz! NUMBER ONE: WONDER-WEAPON IDEAS U.S.M.C. BEAM CANNON After you pull the trigger, the gun "revs up" for about 2 seconds. Then, a massive thick beam shoots out, killing every zombie it touches. The beam continues shooting out of the gun for 3 seconds. While firing your look sensitivity is dramatically lowered and you ate pushed back a lot. Upgraded it becomes the BEAM CANNON v2. This makes the beam last slightly longer and takes less time to rev up. WRATH OF HADES it is basically a pistol that fires incendiary shotgun rounds with a 20 round magazine. It has the same ammo as a raygun. Zombies who survive the blast are left with a burn effect and take 100 damage every second until they die, or are shot again. It is a one hit kill up to about round 20. Upgraded it becomes the HELLFIRE. It gets double the ammo, and it is now permanently a one hit kill. It has a massive blast now, capable of one hit killing all 48 zombies at once. Pressing an icon on the d-pad makes you rotate the grip to face you. You then slide it up onto the top of the gun, turning it upside down. Flip it to hold it upright again and it is now the WRATH OF POSEIODON. This is identical to the unupgraded version except it shoots water and has no residual effect. DEATH GLOCK this is a pistol that resembles more of a real pistol than a raygun. It fired a shor alot like an upgraded laser shot. It has massive damage and infinite penetration. You can shoot it at a line of zombies coming through a choke point and kill them all with a few well placed shots. Upgraded it becomes the C-9001 CALAMITY. it gets massive damage and ammo. SOUL REAPER this is like a wave gun. Firing it causes the zombies who are hit to be lifted into the air and have their souls sucked out of their eyes and mouths. This is pretty much identical to a wave gun apart from its effects. Upgraded it's name is the X115-A3TH3R. CATACLYSM ROD This is a green tactical grenade like a thick glow stick. You snap it in half and a massive green beam flies straight up and hits the ceiling. Then it "shatters" into fifty different individual lasers. These bounce around, slicing through all of the zombie's in the area. They disappear after each of them bounce five times. This is a good room clearing grenade. PANDORA'S BOX this is a tactical grenade that looks like a small silver metal plain box. You only get one. Throwing it makes purple smoke come out and fill the room. Then, after about 10 seconds all the zombie's alive stop and look at their own arms as if to see if it did anything. Then they all explode into a massive firework display that lasts 15 seconds. No new zombie's spawn until the fireworks stop so it buys you lots of time. It can be replaced, but it is unadviseable. No max ammo refills it. Every round it fills one fifth of the way. You can only use it when it is full, at most every five rounds. Ch3r-N0BY1 Firing this makes zombies mutate and die due to radiation over the course of about 5 seconds. Firing it twice will cause instant death. It has the same ammo as a thundergun and a similar range. Upgraded it becomes the U92 H4LF-L1F3 and it gets more ammo. It takes half as long for zombies to die now. It gets a d pad attachment called the L3V14TH4N IONIZER. It is basically a full auto zap gun probe off of the top of the gun. ZPE-3000 MANIPULATOR this uses zero point energy. Shooting it at a zombie makes that single zombie freeze as though it is stuck on the end of your spear, except that the spear is a beam of energy. Wherever you look, the zombie follows, allowing you to swing them around like a club, knocking over other zombies, wreaking havoc. By using a d pad icon allows you to consume 3 shots of ammo per shot, with the bonus of you being able to control all of the zombies alive at once. You can slam all 48 zombies from walls to ceiling to floor until they die. Tee hee! Upgraded it becomes the ZPE T074L-C0N7R0L and gets more ammo. You can hold zombies for longer now. Holding them for longer than 15 seconds before they due will make you release them unharmed. WHIP OF LOST SOULS this takes up a weapon slot but is a melee weapon. It has twelve charged lashes and once you use them up it remainders its special effect. However, it still does more damage than a Bowie knife. The charged lashes open a rift. Initially it kills the zombies touching it but then long ropelike strands of pure shadow and darkness extend out and hold the remaining zombies to it line a nonlethal gersch device. Upgraded it has more charges and is a one hit kill up to round 15 when empty. It's name becomes the X-23 SH4-D0W NUMBER TWO: MAP IDEAS SUPER-MARKET You start in a parking lot where zombies spawn from dirt patches on the median island things. There are dozens of cars here all wrecked so as to form a massive convoluted maze. Upon entering the store youbwill have to pass the check out kiosks. Then you enter the aisles. As some are blocked off on some ends, the whole place is literally a maze as well. There are 3 rooms that branch off. Two are located in opposite corners and are the customer services and deli. The other is a room in the back where the power switch is located. Upon turning the power on, you are granted access to a mysterious machine in the corner. You must find 3 metallic pieces and combine them to form a cube. These pieces can be in any shelf in the store. When you put the cube in the machine it opens to reveal a teleporter like from five. No zombie's can come through and you enter a PAP room for 30 seconds. FARM The title is pretty self explanatory. You start in a house and can work your way outside. The area is cluttered with burning hedges and abandoned vehicles. You can go into various hits And run-in sheds. There is a massive barn and stables. Within the barn yo must find a ladder. You can't shoot or run while holding it. Bringing it to the stables will grant access to the upper levels. Up there is the PAP machine. You can stay up there forever but zombies can climb up and can jump from the roof. KATASTROFA this is a carnival in Chernobyl before the great catastrophe takes place there. You start at the gates and must work Past the ticket booth. You can go in many directions from here. There are 3 main ways to go. One leads to a roller coaster, the other a group of many small rides, and one to the operation room and the power. The rides allow you to escape from the zombies for a short time and some even grant access to new areas. Humping off of the ferris wheel at its peak, onto a platform, grants access to a stairwell down to a large area behind the wheel. Riding the coaster allows you to walk along the tracks and shoot at the zombie's climbing up. You can ride a carousel and zombies still climb on. You can run past massive dunk tanks and pull a lever to have zombie's fall in the electrified water. It is impossible for you to fall in. NUMBER THREE: TRAPS AND UTILITIES Note: Some of these are map exclusive. FIRING RANGE This is available on KATASTROFA. You hit a red switch and sprint away while a dozen auto turrets shoot continuously straight ahead. Any zombie's who are running after you get mowed down. DUNK TANK a malfunctioning, massive dunk tank. Lead your train towards it then sprint across and pull a lever. The floor opens and they fall in and get zap'd to death. A barrier comes up on the side that the lever was pulled so you can't fall in, and it can't be used if players are on it. PIRATE SHIPS pull a lever and hide in an area enclosed on 3 sides. On the side you can see, 2 swinging pirate ships swing back and forth like a flogger. FIRE CHAMBER entering a small glass box and pulling a lever activates this trap. Fire shoots out of the walks in the room, BBQing all of the zombies in there. It lasts several seconds and when it stops the box opens. SECURITY SYSTEM this is available on SUPER MARKET. In the front entrance, and at the deli and customer services desks, there are red buttons. Using them causes a zap gun turret mounted on the cieling to be activated. CAR-BOMB Pressing a button near the cars in the parking lot causes a chain reaction explosion to go through them. This can be used only twice: once on each half of the parking lot. It is free! TRACTOR ATTACK This is available on FARM. There are only 2 upright tractors on the whole map. Activating them causes them to ride aroun randomly, chipping up zombies in a certain area with the blades on the front. STAMPEDE pressing a button on a speaker box sets off a sonic blast that calls an army of horses to charge through, ramming zombies and players alike. Be careful with this one! PROPANE LAKE This is basically a fire pit in the middle of one of the fields. Hitting a switch sets it ablaze. NUMBER FOUR: MESSAGE TO CODZ! As this is my 115th post, I would like to openly thank all of you here at call of duty zombies. This is truly a productive, brilliant, and welcome community. I would also like to thank the moderators in specific for keeping this place free of spam, junk, and inconvenience. I want to thank the general users as they are what make this place what it is! They are the heart and soul of the community and of the games themselves. Despite the occasional mystery box cultist, the players on this forum are amazing at what they do and have been fun to play with (on zombies! Down boy!) and I simply cannot love you gamer guys and gals enough! That is why I, ELECTRIC JESUS, most commonly called V, wish to take this moment to share a community wide group hug! *Hug*
  12. F the nuketown map is connected to the main story, I think well be seeing the original 4 for sure (samtofen). Nuketown is located in Roswell new Mexico, or somewhere nearby. Either way it's in new Mexico. Do you know what else is In roswell? Area 51! They could have simply walked to the nearest town only to make the same mistake as Indiana jones! Oops! I posted on another thread that it seems likely to me that they will be accompanied by groph Schuster Sophia and maxis, but I don't want to get into that now.
  13. Well you might ask "why did they bring back nuketown for multiplayer"? Because it was the most popular map in treyarch history. A better question is "why not make it a zombie map"? it will get sooooo much love from fans it will be hard to comprehend. As someone said above, the best mode with the best map feedback wise can't go wrong can it? By the way cheese and chocolate is a bad example. Those are 2 completely different foods, but this is simply applying a certain atmosphere to something that is already common. It's more like putting ketchup on spaghetti. It seems weird to put something unusual on an already amazing food, but maybe the new taste will kick all conceivable ass! It's not like 4z4. That's more like cheese and chocolate.
  14. New idea! ZPE-3000 Manipulator This weapon uses zero point energy. It has 2 settings which I will explain later. Essentially you fire it and a thin white-blue beam shoots out. If it hits a zombie, that zombie is now officially manipulatable. The zombie will be surrounded by the beam so that his outline is glowing like the beam. When the targeted zombie is like this, you can turn or look in any direction and the zombie will stay attached to the beam at the same distance it was from you when you shot it. That night be a little hard to understand do let me rephrase that. When a zombie is hit by the small beam it is frozen by energy. While frozen the beam connecting it to your gun "solidifies" so that it is as though you have a frozen zombie on the end of a massive pulsating spear. Then wherever you look, the zombie follows, still "speared" on the laser. You can swing it around, knocking over other zombies, smashing it around, wreaking havoc. The second setting of the weapon is similar. You change it with a d-pad icon. Now it fires a laser comprised of 3 entwined lasers of different colors (light blue, light green, light red). When it hits a zombie, all of the zombies around it get encased in the laser's effect, allowing you to manipulate the entire train at once. Imagine taking a whole train of zombies and being able to smash them against the floor, walks, or simply throw them up into the sky. The gun is actually a pistol, but very futuristic looking. It is white with black lines on it, and it has a black muzzle comprised of 3 barrels. Only one barrel fires when using the first setting. Once you fire it and hit a zombie or zombies you must press the trigger again to release them. Slamming them into walls and floor is fatal. If you swing upwards and let go they rain down and splat and die on impact. This is truly a fun wonderweapon. Another bonus for this is that zombie's are killed by blunt trauma, not the laser. So you can buy time between rounds by keeping zombies frozen. They can only be frozen for about 10 seconds Max, and can die while frozen but simply go limp and are still able to be manipulated. You can't sprint while using the laser, but holding down the left stick and pushing it or pulling it reels in or pushes away the currently frozen zombie or zombies. this way you can have a zombie frozen mere feet in front of you and swing rapidly back and forth to beat back assailants. Or, you can beat away an over powered boss zombie from a great distance. There are 2 settings as I said above. However they each use the same ammo. The first setting uses one, but the second uses 3 shots. It has 24 reserve shots. It doesn't actually have a magazine, but every shot eats from the "single mag reserve". This way there is no need to reload. Upgraded it becomes the ZPE T074L-C0N7R0L This has more energy/ammo (48) and an extended hold time for zombies. The main beam is now yellow or orangeish, and the other two are purple and dark green. The maximum and minimum reel distance is extended a bit. This means that you can have a frozen zombie only about 2 feet from you and well over 30 feet from you now. Do you like it? I would live to see this because it is practical for killing lots of zombies, and it is REALLY FREAKING FUN TO MESS AROUND WITH! Has anybody noticed a recurring theme in my posts? A sort of personal Easter egg if you will? Try and figure out the message!

  16. If your only counter argument is what she is wearing, then maybe the answer is as simple As "she has been on the moon since groph Schuster and the doc were there. She teleported there with maxis when they killed him. She was never killed, or ran away. When groph and Schuster start killing everyone she probably flees to the teleporter, NMl. That's why she's in America. Also even though it isn't confirmed, the most likely desert place for testing weapons is Roswell new Mexico. Soooooo, Maybe sophia, groph, Schuster, sam, and the fearsome foursome simply walked to nuketown from area 51. Back on topic, the guy on the poster could be maxis. When he "dies" he yells NO pretty heartily afterwards. Nobody who is fatally wounded could possibly say no like that! Some people claim to hear his soul going into the pyramid but that's just the machine closing! He yelled no because they shot at Sam after he told her to kill them! They were scared of her power and knew that this would be the last time she was visible. Sooooooo they shot at her, to no avail. Maxis was on the ground so he didn't know the effect of the bullet, making him say no. So maybe richtofen will remain in the device and the 4 new characters for nuketown will be sophia groph Schuster and maxis, with Sam in docs body. They wouldn't want to kill him because richtofen is in control now. They wouldn't want to kill him when Sam was in charge becaûse she would attack them all the more relentlessly.
  17. I'm not sure, but if it IS someone else I would guess groph or Schuster. Also isn't the person in the trailer who gets a face full of brains from the wave gun a woman? Y'kno, the one next to the guy shooting the gun? I think so. If the guy was a hint towards BO2, maybe this was Sophia? We know she was personally involved with maxis so it would tie in with the story. Despite the mask in the trailer, you can tell they are American I think. A quote on moon by the doc suggests that "maxis has had experience with American women" so maybe the implication is that Sophia was American, worked under groph on the moon, and is now posing on the poster in my house!
  18. As anyone who knows me here will say, I love idea discussion threads. I have basically spammed the hell out of the wunderweapon thread, suggestions thread, and many of my own. These include pro perk ideas, perk ideas, power up ideas, boss zombie ideas, 4z4 game mode ideas, you get the point. Anyway, those threads are fun because everyone gets a chance to be creative, not just research and speculate. You can make a thread for any of those with my permission as long as you swear to make loads of quality posts on them! Other thread ideas could just be your own personal ideas or theories. Either way, you need to focus more on contributing good posts to threads than becoming popular on the forum. In fact, doing the former will result directly in you becoming more popular! Brains are like gold around here! Again I don't mean to try to who're up on brains and over spam threads just to bump your post count, but BE HELPFUL! I mean, I just made my 100th post today (woot woot) but I doubt they'll make me a moderator unless I dwell on this forum until black ops 3 comes out! As someone said above, posting on other threads gets you thinking. I posted an idea weeks ago in passing and ended up making a thread about it. This has happened more than once.

  21. If any map had a timwould be nuketown, and I bet you can guess why! KABOOOOOMMM!!! P.s. you know how after you die in zombies you see zombies randomly dropping dead on the game over screen? Tgecenenyvto should be a cataclysmic massive nuclear blast that kills off the rest of the zombies. It would be AWESOME! P.P.S. I want to see some kind of regular, non-round based occurence. Maybe every ten minutes a nuke goes off on nuketown and it has some interesting effect, or a massive screen-rattling shockwave hits you from one of the nukes in the distance. This could last a minute or more. P.P.S.H. (see what I did there?) I want to see a new boss round. RADIOACTIVE ZOMBIE! They walk slightly faster than a normal zombie (no running) and have higher health. If they get within a certain distance of you you gradually take damage. When they die they "contaminate" that area for a while. So that area has the same radiation effect as the zombies for a round. These zombies glow with a yellow orange aura when radioactive. If they have their own round they will come about 20 per wave, increasing as waves go by. If they are mixed in with normal zombies, they have the ability to spread a small amount of radiation to others. These newly infected ones will deal much less radio damage but a significant amount. These zombies emerge from the distance on all sodas of trinity avenue. This gives you. Chance to take then out before they contaminate the map. Basically it is a radiation wunderweapon, and as part of the manhattan project, the Americans captured some undead soldiers and tested on them. Unfortunately the radiation killed the doctors and not the zombies. They now roam the desert of new Mexico after escaping from a research facility there (NMl). PP2000: THIS IS MY THUNDERGUN! THERE ARE MANY LIKE IT BUT THIS ONE IS MINE! MY THUNDERGUN IS MY BEST FRIEND! IT IS MY STRATEGY! I MUST MASTER IT AS I MUST MASTER MY STRATEGY! WITHOUT ME MY THUNDER GUN IS USELESS! WITHOUT MY THUNDERGUN I AM USELESS! I MUST HIPFIRE MY THUNDERGUN TRUE! I MUST BE BOSSLIER THAN THE ZOMBIES WHO ARE TRYING TO KILL ME! I MUST PWN THEM BEFORE THEY PWN ME! I WILL!   22. ^^^^ yeah but with fire sale, if you knew that everything costs twice as much you won't buy anything; you will just wait out the 45 seconds. It might as well make everything unbuyable. Plus, it is more about the morale destroying effects of the perk.
  23. I like your idea. A LOT. The only thing is that they should take more kills to get perks. You could get like 1200 points from killing ten zombies with an mp40 for example. Why should that automatically give you speed cola? The max one (juggernog) should be like 100-150 kills. The minimum should be at least 30, and the perks need to progress based on usefulness. How 'bout... double tap: 30 kills Stamin-up: 50 kills Deadshot daiquiri: 75 kills Phd flopper: 100 Speed cola: 125 Mule kick: 150 Quick revive: 175 kills juggernog: 200 I mean really. Running a crude train, how hard can it really be to get 70 kills against level 10 zombies? Or maybe therecan be... Dare I say it? DIFFICULTY SETTINGS!
  24. Ok guys I thought of some perk-a-cola idea wanted to share them. Some are original, but others are other ideas that I elaborated upon. Knife Aid: of as I like to call it, BLADER-ADE this one isn't mine but I hear about it a lot. I think it should be about 5000 points. This will give you commando reach, eliminate lunge, and double blade power + speed. Haven't you ever gotten the ballistic knife and Bowie knife and been like "damn it! Already takes 2 hits!" not anymore! You will cut them up like a sushi chef beyond round 15 with lightning speed. The symbol should be 2 blades crossed. Remember the symbol that looked like a prestige logo a while ago? It was like zielinski's profile pic or something. Yeah. Jäger-BOMB: this costs 3500. this will be like my quick revive pro idea. If you are unfamiliar with it, here is what it does. When you go down, one of many different things can happen. These include: A massive explosion. These can be either a flopper explosion, a scavenger shot, a astro-zombie explosion, dolls, a single Semtex or frag grenade, a massive hailstorm of Semtex or frags, or rarely a nuke power-up. A blast like the kind that come from dead space monkeys, only bigger. It revives any downed teammate it hits. All players receive vr-11 effects. A random weapon fires in 3 directions from their body. These can include: Wonderful waffles! Thundergun Winter's howl Scavenger The following fire in 3 directions CONTINUOUSLY and make a clockwise rotation before stopping. Zap guns A raygun. May be PAP'd. Flamethrower Any other normal weapon. Insta kill becomes active. Saw blades shoot out of the player, making zombies nearby crawlers. And SO MANY MORE! This will be the underdog's best friend, as well as being helpful to medics. Sonar-vision Vodka: this costs 3000. this grants you a radar type minimap. It is small and unobtrusive. However, it isn't entirely accurate. It shows a red blurred dot where zombies are. The darker the red is, the more zombies are in that area. This is pretty self explanatory. Zomb-B-gone booze: this costs 2000. this masks your scent with the sweet sweet smell of booze. This makes it so that when playing with other people it prioritizes them as zombie targets. In solo it simply causes zombies to run around randomly if they are very far from you. It is therefore next to useless in solo, but a traitor's perk in multiplayer. Only a few people may have this though. Tac-tequila: costs 2000. Grants you extra grenades and special grenades, as well as allowing you to prime and use both twice as fast. It also increases their damage and radius. QEDs will have a higher chance of getting good effects, gersch and monkeys last longer, dolls project more "tiers" of explosives. Gas mask Margarita: costs 3000. Makes you completely immune to nova gas, oxygen-less areas, dog explosions, smoke from grenades, fog, and anything else that impedes view that involves gas. Again, self explanatory. Fluff-E-lixir: costs 3000. Although the title implies hellhounds, this makes you more powerful in every way against bosses. Essentially you take and deal more damage to them and don't suffer from their nasty side effects. Less blinded by shriekers, less damaged by napalm, ALL have less health. Actually, your bullets or ammo does more damage against them. Either way, you'll be able to slay some bosses, LIKE A BAWZ!!! Stopping power pop: costs 4000. pretty self explanatory. Normal bullets deal 20% more damage, but wunder ammo has no bonus. Amm-O-Matic: this was actually a scrapped idea for der riese. It could cost 5000 and fill up what ever gun you are holding. It should only be able to be used once every few rounds, on maps where there are no round based bosses or an otherwise reliable way of getting a max ammo. Power up punch: costs 1500. Increases the effectiveness of power ups. Timed ones last an extra 15 seconds, and single effect ones have an upgraded effect. Carpenters act instantly, max ammos refill your current magazine as well, you get the point. Break-time shake: costs 1500.. Gives you a much longer break in between rounds. Cold-cell cola: costs 3000. This increases the effectiveness of electricity. This includes all traps of every shape and size, any electrical wonderweapons that may exist (including raygun), increased the time you get to stay in a secluded teleporter room like on kino and five, and a few others. This will be the best friend of us hard core zombie players who rock the waffle weapons and use traps all the time. One thing to note is that as I have stated in other Idea threads, I DON'T WANT THESE ALL TO BE IN BLACK OPS 2!!! I'm just putting out ideas that occurred to me. With these there would be like 20 perks! Screw that! By the way, I want to raise the Max perk capacity to either 5 or maybe even 6.
