  1. Honestly, I think you have a lot of strategy here, so my advice is to get it recognized out there in the General Zombies Discussion section! I think that you have so much material, especially in the nitpicking stuff of the game, something required to get to that round 50. So perhaps, you could create your own strategy pack? An essential pack to get to round 50 perhaps, with maybe not the strategies but the little nuances of the game, that can make a large difference in play? That way, you get all your reputation points and such from there, as well as the feedback, and then I can integrate the best parts into this guide, giving you full credit as an author. I'm almost at the character limit for all the posts, except the last one. Therefore, the best way would be to release your strategy pack, perhaps even a Team Wunder Waffes strategy pack? It's interesting to see the things you've picked up on in your games. What I can see is that your strategy is ready to be shown off and I encourage you to do that! We can then collaborate, or you can send me your best stuff and it'll make it into the guide, when the time comes. For now, it's your playground. :D
  2. There is a CTRL+F function with which you can easily find map-by-map strategies. As for the general outline, it's good, but some beginners require step-by-step instructions. I like the idea, and it's definitely something to be written up in an Advanced Zombie Player's guide, just the beginners might need all this info. Like I said, I'm working on a reformat of it; it's just hard to find time to sit down for long periods of time when I can focus on sifting through all those 96 pages and 60,000 words.
  3. A rather large thank you needs to be handed out to Covert right now. I've been on CODZ the past hour and he has gotten through so many requests and replaced usergroups all over the place. A well done and great job to you, especially with you moving in to a new house. It's great to see the Admins resurfacing after a bit of a lull in the site's activity. We can all feel the resurrection coming...
  4. I was a member after your time, and I hope that you stick around for a while! The forum is great; we are mainly strategy oriented at the moment, but we are slowly shifting back to story! Good to have you back.
  5. Good points by both my fellow users above. See, KAZ. It is dedication and threads like this that make you invaluable! Keep doing what you're doing and hit the books, or the "search" button on your Counter Earth ideas. 8-)
  6. When you're that high it doesn't necessarily matter how good you are at the game; it's how strong you are mentally, whether or not you have the focus to strive on, to remember the end goal. That is why getting to "any round I want" is generally a misconception. Silly mistakes are a byproduct of lack of focus, which is developed through experience and conditioning, something not done in one fell swoop. Patience and tenacity are key, as the game does become repetitive, creating a challenge to stay on task. I'm sure you will learn and stay on focus soon enough.
  7. Thank you, Fatal! I did fix that, as well as Aegis' pointed out typos. He would probably think that you are a legendary strategist, as we do at CODZ, single handedly holding down the Dead Ops section. 8-)
  8. Thanks for pointing out the typos, aegis. I'm surprised out of my writings, there are only two! I'll fix them with the major update I guess. Or now. There is more work to be done, of course, but I'll just leave this here for now... You may need to zoom in on the caption, but nonetheless, this can only get better. :D
  9. Just watch Chopper's video, Dougie. Message me if you want to be sent a particular piece of the Master Zombies Guide. Also, I'm sorry it crashes your computer. :(
  10. Go for the crawlers. The key is to horde all the zombies up in the mini swamp, waiting for the crawlers to get to the back with you. Once you're set, run them all the way up to the teleporter pad, and sprint jump back down to the crawlers, getting in as many knives as possible. Rinse and repeat and hopefully your crawlers won't die out!
  11. Always a pleasure to read and watch your work. I'm trying to think of an alternate, faster method, for actually killing the hordes, but it seems all the good areas have been discovered.
  12. Hey! Basically whatever our two previous amazing users said up there. Whatever you're looking for, we got it! Let me know if you ever want help discussing strategy, and there are a few users out there who got the theories down so talk to them if need be! Welcome to the site man. Enjoy your stay. :)
  13. Yeah, things are gonna look even better soon! I got some good format suggestions from Tom, so I'll make a huge update soon so that the guide looks even better. Easier to read and stuff, y'know? Thanks Rissole and Waffles again; this isn't gonna be finished in my eyes until it looks amazing! I'll plan on the update with the "Get Creative!" thread as well. Please post your set-ups there, if you don't mind. Thanks to ZomBHunter115 for submitting his Shangri-La guide! Now Super, I can work on Shi No Numa fully. It's up to you if you want to add more in terms of kiting on Shangri-La.
  14. [center:2d5uunch]Ehjookayshun 101: Brainstorming the Best Unknown Zombie Slaying Tools[/center:2d5uunch] Everyone knows the mainstream zombie set-ups that work well and do make a lot of money and slay zombies well, but there's that hipster crew, those who go against the "mainstream." I ask you to think about the set-ups that people wouldn't necessarily think of! Also, make sure they're good set ups; don't put in "L96, Dragunov, Quick Revive, Double Tap, Flopper, Stamin-Up." They have to be usable in game! I'll add the best ones on to the Master Zombies Guide because we all need a little variety. Okay, so here's my choice of hipster set-up right here. Please format your posts just like this with some explanation (doesn't have to be as much as mine).

  16. Thanks, RoflWaffles! This makes a lot of sense actually. It explains how way2g00 didn't face much lag or get an error. He didn't use claymores and wound up pausing the game often to look at his stream. This is definitely the way you'd want to get to high rounds. Shame he died on 141...
  17. Alright one more challenge. You can use anything you want, but absolutely no training :)
  18. There's probably something distorted with the Activision logo as well. The creator knows full well that you cannot use those copyrighted logos without distorting them, as that would be copyright infringement. The misspell was intentional.
  19. SMGs far outclass any of the standard weapons. They are so readily available, and the AK74u does so much damage and has so much ammo, it outclasses more than 1/3 of the box weapons. The hipspread on the MP5K, little recoil of the Thompson and so on make the SMG class the obvious choice for zombies. Often times, you'll want to run as fast as possible yet still have a viable points option. With an SMG you're guaranteed both.
  20. Thanks, Superhands. I will definitely check that out and analyze it of course! The nearly unbreakable world record must be analyzed in-depth so we can get into the mind of one of the world's greatest.
  21. Sounds good, Super! And we are now officially stickied! Thank you to the mod that did this; I owe you brains. 8-) All the hard work guys, and now we are up at the top! Another massive thanks to the community that I love. :)
  22. I'll take the picture again for you man. And don't worry about the brains. It means you've given me too much :)
  23. It's alright, man. Things come up in our lives that are much more important than a video game. As I finished the guide, I thought of you, even credited you. You were a huge part of this guide and this community. I'm very glad to have you back, man. 8-) See you when you're in full force.
  24. Hey! Welcome to the site, enjoy the best we to have offer. Strategy, story, and teamwork are all covered here! :)
