  1. I'm not sure if you're being serious, but you do realize that if zombies actually did happen... there would, EVENTUALLY, be no more internet, electricity, quick modes of transportation(cars, trains, airplanes), major energy sources, cable television, movies, etc.(the list could go for all the things we, I include myself, take for granted everyday). You need many people to perform all these tasks and if a majority of the world becomes zombies, then there would be no one able to sustain all these things. You also would constantly be worried about finding food, shelter, security, etc. and also the fear of being killed and even turning into one, so there's also a dilemma of contemplating suicide. I'm not exactly sure what "doing whatever you want whenever you want" entails, but I'm sure it would get pretty old fast. Especially living without experiencing what we currently have and even worse: having it taken away from us. There would be no reset button or start over like a video game. Sure it would be kind of cool to shoot up some zombies. But I'd be far from the happiest person if this were to actually happen. Maybe you should reevaluate all the the extenuating circumstances that you failed to discern. Without getting super technical and involved here, those things are NOT essential to survive. Sadly enough, the world is almost strictly dependent on technology and having everything being taken care of or provided for them. It it came down to it, those who prepared the RIGHT way, would have today's conveniences last on their mind. As long as you have a roof over your head, food and water, you're good to go.
  2. I don't have any footage unfortunately, but back in the good 'ol WaW days, I carried a team of 4 through a round in Der Riese. They all died at the beginning of round 32 and pulled us through solo. I was pretty proud of myself. :D
  3. That's the scary part, drugs or not, people going all people-hungry suddenly from whatever may be the cause kinda puts you in to prospective of how "likely" some of these Zombie-like cases really are; due to infection or malfunctions.
  4. That would be more ideal, Mac. Which is why I personally think their should be "Staff- Awarded Only" awards, otherwise this one specifically, should just be scrapped.
  5. I don't think anyone really knows just what qualifies someone to be a "Grammar Enthusiast" really. Which is probably why the medal will (hopefully) be scrapped. Plus, medals are supposed to be "earned" more or less. And this specific medal is more of one that I could see possibly working out if it were only rewarded when recommended to you by someone else. The problem here is, everyone seems to think THEY qualify, therefore everyone will have the medal. That's not true, or the point honestly.
  6. Haha no kidding, basically would loop around until they all spawned, then zap 'em with the waffle and it was on to the next round. XD
  7. I've been to the mid 40's several times, basically give up due to being bored, lol.
  8. From one great thread to another, Jay keeps on leaving bread crumbs of greatness! Xbox Live: Undead xP Playing Time: Typically weekends, on randomly. Mic: Yes Most of my records we're not recorded online, most, if not all of my records we're completed on either Solo or Split Screen, however I will give you honest rough estimates for averages and best high scores last remembered: Nacht Der Untoten - Round 20-25 Verruckt - 20 - 25 Shi No Numa - 65 Der Riese - 30 - 45 (128 iOS version) Kino Der Toten - 20 - 30 Five - 10 - 20 Ascension - 25 - 40 Call of the Dead - 20 - 30 Shangri La - 10 - 20 Moon - 20 - 30 As a player: Setting up is the most important, save my points wisely, stock up quickly and plans out a strategy beforehand. No one fights alone, if everyone is down, I've pulled everyone to the next round multiple times before. Know your surroundings.
  9. Sadly enough, this really is the typical response from a sore loser 99.9% of the time.
  10. I see what you did there. I could have done this back in the good 'ol WaW days version. I honestly just got bored and stopped after round 68.
  11. lol flogger pwnage. Killer strategy, quick and effective. Is it just me? Or does anyone else wish that the flogger would literally rip them in half? XD
  12. Add some ambient, creepy music on top of that for the ultimate experience. ;)
  13. Good topic Jay, as usual. Guess it depends who I play with. Most of the time I play with friends online, we kinda just coordinate between each others movements accordingly. However, if there's specific things I wanna try, I'll kinda place everyone around a bit to see how well a specific strategy works, and vice versa. I'm pretty flexible, just as long as it's a method that isn't basically suicide.
  14. The thing I'm really curious about is characters. Given how much customization Blops had, I'm willing to bet they are probably going to be average joes you get to create. Which would be cool, but I can't help but be curious if they will be actual characters as well.
  15. There definitely has to be more maps like Verruckt in the future. No other maps carried a more eerie ambiance than that map did between the atmosphere, and the sounds. Playing with Turtle Beaches, those murderous screams you'd hear randomly would seriously be enough to make me jump. Usually something has to pop out to do that, Verruckt never fails to chill the bones. ;)
  16. They basically already did the whole presidents/actors idea for zombie maps. However, having an Expendables crew would basically be the zombies "Dream Team" of zombie slayers haha. I think they should have some famous band as the next "special" zombies map crew. I can totally see the Four Horsemen of Metallica or some well known band getting the next spot light to zombies in their own special map. ;)
  17. Do fill me in, otherwise, you're just another pretty face! Welcome to CoDz, good sir. ;)
  18. I'm glad someone other than me agrees. I personally love the WWII era, I learn more about each and every time I watch, read or look up anything and find it all very intriguing, personally. Modern stuff as really worn thin lately, it's all the same to me. Someone blows up New York or Los Angeles, peril in the streets and metro stations, buildings topple, air combat, etc. etc. It's all the same. Anyhow, I've expressed several times in similar threads that I'd love to see WWII games from more of the German's point of view, and have them cover the Valkurie operations.
  19. If it is zombies related, pants will need to be changed. That is all.
  20. I think you misinterpret the idea of the medals system a bit good sir. While yeah, the idea of introducing the medals system was for a new and fun way to display your site achievements and honorable notations as well as narrow down the user groups from making the site look clustered, but also properly display more than one general accomplishment, because that's what a lot of these user groups are/were, personal accomplishments that directly related to the forums or zombies. Even the "Grammar Nazi" medal, more of a "Misc" type of award, that generally says "spell rite, dammit!" and passively encourages proper grammar. Nothing more. That's technically not all that irrelevant, you type every time you post. Plus "Nazi", zombies, Nazi Zombies, eh? eh? ;)
  21. Why? Staff are keeping their usergroups Aye, but just like how UOTM current or past, are rewarded a medal for being one. If you are currently staff or was previously on the staff, their should be a nice shiny award for that as well. Besides, they are a user group. Might as well make awards for all groups. The staff will keep their colors though, however. Also, seriously guys, the MLP idea isn't going to happen... The "Zomb-shes" usergroup may have not directly relate to CoDz, but the purpose of having that is to salute and appreciate the females of CoDz for spreading not only Zombies "fanboyism", but fanGIRLism. May sound a bit skew, but it's simply because there just isn't very many gals out there, spreading the zombie love, so CoDz encourages those who do. That's more relevant than some medal for a fan club that is completely, irrelevant.
  22. There should also be a medal for those who are/were apart of the staff added as well. ;)
  23. I'm a little surprised Phillips didn't reward it to me yet.
  24. Clever way to bring everyone here for a good crowd for the big release. And what better way than to do it in the way CoD does best? Decoding cryptic shit. Well played.
  25. I don't know how it would be unless she's time-traveling too. Besides, if that's even true, Maxis sure knows how to pick 'em. lol
