Why hello there and welcome to the forum!
-
I mis-read the OP, I thought we were quizzing him. I know where all the parts are because this is the only game I play and I play it far too much lol.
-
I pretty much only camp. To me training is a chore and while it might be easy, to me it's just not fun. I might not make 100 round games, but at least I enjoy myself.

Where are the spawns for the nav card table radio/reader in Tranzit?

Annnddd a very warm welcome to you sir!

There is a youtube video of some guy calling up one of these companies it's hilarious.

Please don’t, I think your unique brand of humor coupled with the occasional serious post makes you many users favorite as it is simply just fun to read. Not only does it keep things lively in the off season, but it also saves me from reading the mindless “What’s your favorite…” thread type over and over and over. People remember you for the threads that get members involved, but they are not your only contributions. You are frequently mimicked because your formula for interactive threads are a success. Of course sometimes you cross the line (to forum standards not mine), but I would hate to see that go. It is an issue with the members dealing the brains, not the posters.

Content quality seems to be the topic of conversation lately. Give this a read http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/index.php/topic/147090-the-typist-how-to-write-a-good-thread/

It sounds like you are making this more of a personal issue rather than a systemic problem. This is a community forum, not a cold steel shelf of zombies information. As I stated above this ‘like’ would not be tracked it would be on the post and that is all. Do you have a rank on Facebook? The answer is no. Do I think this should take any sort of priority in the current needs of the site? No, simply looking for a compromise. There will always be folks posting information simply for a laugh, but they are not the same people who are dealing brains for that content. Welcome to the internet.

I say we implement a spleen button. It doesn't actually account to any rank or have any real purpose, but it will deter people from hitting the brain where they are not warranted.

I very rarely give out Brains as I still hold the requirements to the highest standards. It's extremely unfortunate that some are treating the system like a facebook like button. I am all for humor on the site, but it is not what I want my reputation to be based on. I received two this week for ridiculous reasons; I tried deleting the post but it did nothing. Whatever happened to specific sections not being eligible for brains?

Very true, think about when you were/are in school. You are assigned a huge project but it’s not due for three months. Do you: A) Get to work on the project right away, work out the small details, and relax. Or Wait until the week before and cram as much as you can as fast as you can. The answer is always B.

Thank you for the compliment. However, I don’t believe Chopper is trying to discourage people from replying. (Oh he posted just now) He is simply asking for them to respond in a complete sentence at the very least. Even if it is just reiterating a point made in the OP. I think all our members have the capability to do so. Also the expectation at least from my perspective is directed more towards seasoned members. The newbies need time to develop and hone their craft. As I stated above it is on us to pave the way.

Happy Pi Day!

It's not my fault you guys dont give me enough! And Grill, that's awesome.I love it But what's this about removing him? Oh well,Im at cerberus anyways. So, have we completely scrapped the medals or?? Read the discussion man, all the answers are right in front of you. “Him” was overlooked in the list and Slade corrected it. The current ranks are subject to change. The medals are not going anywhere. If you click on the award it directs you to the member list, which also has a full desription of the award. Also Craig could add a link to this thread in the introduction message so they can better understand the ranking system.

I agree (ironic post of the day). Although it is not a CoC issue I think thread topics are not getting the love they deserve either. It is easy to become relaxed in the down time and the long and detailed threads tend to fall to the wayside. However, I think as members of the CoDZ community we owe our forum more than a second thought. For most of us our threads and posts are our primary contribution to the forum. Our words are the written personification of ourselves. When I am developing a new thread I take great pride in my work, and I give all aspects the attention they deserve. I do this because this is how I am perceived by others, and I wish to be the very best Boom that I can be. Now I’m sure most pale in comparison to the eloquent words of Perfect and Ehjookayted, or the incredible eye for the most minuscule details that MMX has displayed time and again. It is more likely that you have skills more on par with mine. Average vocabulary, average writing skills, ect. ect. The only differences between me and the folks who post one line threads are time and effort. I have seen an uprising of threads where the entire OP is: “What do you guys think Maxis is doing?” You spent no more than a few seconds crafting this post. So why should we the readers take the time out to give our theories and opinions? This is my biggest gripe at the moment. So my plea to the community is to try and set the very best example of a CoDZ member we can. In our community a title doesn’t make you a leader; it’s the ability to motivate and inspire others through your hard work and dedication. So get out there and make Ol’ Boomy proud!

Exactly, just like high rounds they don't come easy.
-
Level 19. Richtofen (8000 - 9000 posts + 400 brains +UotM) Level 20. Announcer (10,000 posts + 800 brains + UotM)
-
Here's an idea. If we take out the Announcer and put in another boss like the shrieker. Then we can have 15 levels of 'normal' Zombification that you can reach simply by posting. And the final 5, our original heros (Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, Richtofen) + Announcer all need a certain amount of brains in order to obtain them. I LOVE THIS IDEA.
-
If you were to earn 25 a month every month, it would take a little over three years to make rank. I think 800 for max would be a little more reasonable. The title shouldn't be easily obtained.
-
Agreed long live the medals! Looking over this Brains requirements again, I believe it should be increased. I already qualify for that mak rank Brains-wise and we are only in month two of the system. It will give some of our older members something to work for.
-
The highest amount of revives in one game is 90 for me. They were legitmate, the kids I was playing with were just really bad.
-
Still don't how you did that on the uneven ground of Origins. I have topped that on other maps, but Origins is just murder on my accuracy.
-
lmao, I've noticed. Haha 29 that game, I was having a blast.
-
Disagree, that will only promote post pumping. Quality over quantity, unless you are at a buffet. Also what does this mean for the prestige medals? Will they be retired or will both be available?
