  1. Every time I'm host, I get Richtofen....I was convinced it played a part in a EE for the first week. Not sure how but every damn time I get him, good thing I like him haha
  2. So THAT'S where the second bus driver has been all this time ;) Killer work as always , can't wait until you compile everything and do a big post on it, I always learn really cool stuff in your topics.
  3. Yea I have had to mix up my strategy on the Giant. If you don't like holding the catwalk, or the alley, then I suggest doing one of two things. 1. Run half of the map- Start moving before you see zombies spawn, move up the furnace stairs, walk to the drop off near the bridge that is active when power is turned on, you can usually stand here a few seconds and get a few kills. When you feel in danger, drop down and head towards teleporter C, go up the stairs to the catwalk and stand near the drop off, again, kill until you feel in danger and drop off, stay to the right side (where the power switch is) and head towards the furnace room, repeat the steps. It's sort of like the Kino strategy where you use half the map. 2. Leave the door that links the garage to the furnace room closed, and run loops in the furnace room, with that door closed it's 100% easier. I don't know whats up because that's the only way I can train the furnace now, and it used to be my favorite place in Der Riese. The first strategy is SLOOOOOW, but effective, might be good practice until you can find a smaller room to train in.
  4. I always assumed we were seeing Richtofen from BO1/2 zombiefied from the ending of Buried. Just catching a random glimpse of him in the dimension we played the greater part of BO2 in. He lost, and was doomed to roam as a zombie, albeit other peoples bodies in Buried, but I think it's fair to say he could have a Richtofen body. *shrug
  5. Would be nice to see, but I'm skeptical on upgrading it. I know using the gobble gum that turns your weapon into a PaP version for a short time doesn't work on the annihilator, so that at least tells me PaP has nothing to do with it.
  6. Plus it conserves ammo.... I've gotten lucky a few times with gobble gum and unlocked the weapon. Want a real challenge, unlock the other perk machine with no power.
  7. The link is dead, so far I've just seen footage cut from The Giant, with quotes from the Giant....how is this a new map trailer? If I'm watching the wrong one let me know, I couldn't find anything other than that, and people talking over the video didn't help....boo
  8. I hope they start adding EE's to updates so there is more mystery to the game. Everytime I hear or read "because it's not in the game files" I just grit my teeth and breathe....where's the fun in that????

  9. Lol jumped 7 levels in one 38 round solo game..... It's a shame I work weekends, I'd be 10th prestige by now haha
  10. For sure....I was pumped until I saw that price, even at the discount I'll pass. Super cool item though!
  11. Looks like it's just getting stuck in the wall but good find nonetheless. Something to play around with when I get home tonight :)
  12. Hope is always good, but I have to agree with Tac on this. Looks like a layer glitched and isn't showing up. I don't believe you tampered with it, I've seen similar things in the past. It's like when Giant first came out, I was tripping so hard on the fact that the big metal door that separates the power switch area and the alley would not take bullet detection, and wouldn't react to grenade blasts, shoot it all day and it doesn't even spark or leave a hole lol. After a while though, I just figured it was just a bigger version of actual buyable doors (the one leading from spawn to the alley to be specific) and was just an overlooked detail.
  13. I think they didn't add any trophies/achievements to the easter eggs so you would continue to dig for nothing....which love it or hate it, is part of the game. I haven't even got PaP on in SoE....so I'll just say from playing Giant, it's been a nice visit to the map, and I enjoyed the first couple of weeks digging for more of a main easter egg, before coders ruined it.
  14. It's all theory at this point, which is part of the fun ;) They've definitely mentioned traveling for a long time, I'm sure from Origins, they have gradually learned who they are and what they need to do, it's all a cycle and they are aware. Richtofen wishes to change the events and break the loop (similar to Weasle in MoTD) while the other three think things should play out as they did.
  15. They should just add a buildable turret again, I used to down people in Tranzit doing glitches and it was glorious. (and people say there was no fun in the map lol)
  16. That Nikolia was just a murderer. None of the original 4 knew of other dimensions, except for Richtofen but never really seemed to care. All of NIkolia's quotes are in first person, he takes credit for each death. With the new Nikolia, I don't think he is as ruthless, I believe there is a quote where they reminisce about a chance to have normal lives with their families again.
  17. Didn't know about this glitch (I rarely look things like that up anyway) I have been sitting at the catwalk WAY too long, I'm doing it legit with 3 pap snipers but good lord....talk about a snooze fest. It has started to make me not enjoy the map, so I'm taking a vacation from the catwalk strategy for awhile. Anyone know some good spots other than the alley? I'm speaking from a multiplayer (3 player) perspective. I hate all zombie glitchers, unfortunately some are too good of friends to delete but they at least respect me enough not to do it when I'm in their game.
  18. Doubtful there is more map to play, but I'll try the 115/935 thing just because I haven't. What zombie blood gum are you talking about? I need the name so I can set up a class with it. And are you sure it's a guarantee on round 1? If there was anyway to go to another map, it would be by shooting the DG2/3 during teleportation, which I've tried with Richtofen and other characters.
  19. All easter eggs except MoTD, I thought that one was pretty on point. There was many, many times we wouldn't even be trying to do the easter egg, then realize we were on the last, or next to last step haha. I really liked MoTD in terms of environment, story, character, and innovation (reviving myself? yes please!)
  20. I'd say 95% of my progress in the game (prestige 1, lvl 28) has been from the Giant. I agree Hells, it's the simple classic point of the game that I like. There are a couple of easter egg missions and they can all be done in one round. I have and always will love this map!
  21. A pretty good argument. I don't hide the fact I get 100% of my information here, I dont even have a reddit profile.... As I waver to believing it's fake, I still have some ideas to try tonight so I'm holding to that until I've exhausted all my theories. Sorry for the heat. It is sad that people take the time to do phony easter egg steps to gain views, which makes them money right? Seems slightly illegal to me *shrug
  22. @flando Welcome to the forums bud, if you need any further help, be sure to post in the actual Teammate finder section. That being said, I'm at work so add me if you like, PunchOut85 on ps4. I am a veteran as well, forwarning though, I'm really deep into the giant right now, I've only played SoE a few times so I'll be a crutch on that map for a while.
  23. So because someone else used photo shop to show an example, it's proven fake? I am looking for solid proof, not the word of some new butt hurt user. I don't even believe it to be real, but it's not a fact until it's proven. I am simply looking for solid proof so I can move on to other things, how about you just go to reddit? I come here to get my information from the community I've talked with for years, people I know are reliable when they state something.
  24. Last night I did the fly trap EE, as well as getting the other perk machine open. Used the KN-44 the whole time, Pap'd and stayed in the teleporter C room and tried harvesting souls...nothing. I even got the Wunderwaffe and threw monkeys in the teleporters, then spammed the WW because that was part of the story before (pretty sure that's how they got to Kino, minus using the monkey bombs) and nothing. I was in a 2 player game though so hopefully we don't have to have 4 players. I also tried throwing monkeys in the box....it doesn't register the box as a hitbox so even perfectly throwing it in there doesn't do anything. Shot the clocks with the DG2 (but I didn't PaP it) Shot the clocks in every order I could think of...nothing. Teleported dogs, during dog only rounds. Nothing. I had another theory that being the clocks only count about 3-5 seconds before resetting, that we have to do them in a specific order (my guess is to go from rooms closest to teleporter A, then B, C, then mainframe clocks) and do it within a few seconds, but it's a stretch of a theory. I'm not saying that this is fake, but even though I'm going to keep trying, every launch I've witnessed has had these little leads that go nowhere. If it is indeed a texture bug in theater, then 3arc should speak up, they won't, but they should. I also have another theory that involves the gobble gum that stops time, maybe stopping it when it first goes back to it's first second might help?
