  1. Thanks, it really means a lot when someone credits you for your work
  2. Would it be possible for this thread to be stickied? There is no stickied guide for the Redeemer, and I think there needs to be one :)
  3. I honestly don't see how people could hate Shangri-La with such a burning passion. It and Mob of the Dead are my favourite maps (I've played them all). Shang is just so easy... In a CASUAL game Lithium and I almost made 20. Could've gone further but when you try M&S for the first time with PhD you go phsyco with ammo wasting I love all maps to death, but if I had to choose 5 to not love as much, 5. Shi No Numa. Very boring compared to other maps, and the atmosphere makes me want to go have a shower (Don't even know ) 4.TranZit They screwed up big time on this map. The map was great, just a little too big. No scenery at all to keep me interested. 3. Der Riese You are all going to HATE me for this one. I just found the atmosphere of this map similar to SNN. It was hard to find people who DON'T want to run trains in the centre area while teammates sit on the catwalk and assist. 2. Kino Der Toten This map became boring after I made round 40. The map became too easy, and it just got boring. 1. Ascension. No explanation needed
  4. Many times. The first time I did this I actually got Brutus to spawn. It seems to be a rare occurrence. But it can and has happened before
  5. Bienvenido a codz! Siempre es bueno tener nuevos miembros de diferentes lugares en nuestro medio. Inglés es el idioma principal que se habla aquí, pero ninguno de bienvenida al menos!
  6. People saw this before release and started theorising on who this "Brutus" character was. This is a way for us to see who to credit for the voice acting for this map
  7. Valid theory. Just one loophole. The lines: "I feel I'm falling, from here" & "Don't let me go..." refer to the whole thing in first-person. From the perspective of the group, it would be in third-person, with we, we're, us replacing the I, I'm, me.
  8. Okay. Lets compile what we know about this "Easter egg" and try to expand on that: 1. He has the Hell's Redeemer. 2. He is on the bridge. 3. Brutus is standing still, clapping his baton in his hand. 4. Brutus' eyes are not glowing.
  9. I don't believe you can, just because of this: I'm positive that there's a workaround for it, and I'll look into it more. I have a feeling that it is only by home country (meaning U.S. purchases can only be gifted to those in the U.S.). It's fine if I can't. I'll still enter, and if I win, I'll gift it to one of my US friends/another forum member who wants it. I just want to be a part of a competition, haha
  10. Can I enter, even if I am from Australia? I can dig up one ultimate fail easily (I've had that many haha)
  11. Ohh Naitrax your to kind and your are a nominee as well and you deserved it for you work my friend. Perhaps it were fate that we both did song analysis lol but your awesome man keep it up!! Song analysis' are just such fun. Keep up the good work, thanks for including my thread in your post, and great connections!
  12. Great job Requix! A ton of theories coming from you lately, no surprise you got nominated for UOTM!
  13. Definitely. If he survives, then the "cycle", or order of balance, would be broken/upset. Brutally murdering Weasel is what history says happened. If this were to change, it would heavily impact the future. Somewhere on the forums (can't remember where haha) there was a picture, showing the every little change creates a new timeline. Even the slightest change in the past would change the future. Weasel's death was a major part of our story, so imagine if it had changed, and Weasel escaped. This would drastically change our future, as Weasel would most likely do something significant, being the first person (at the time) to escape The Rock alive.
  14. Thanks! I know, this song is the shortest to date, and it was kind of a disappointment. I was going to cover "Rusty Cage", but this song just felt like, even though it was short, it had some DEEP (I'm talking Mariana Trench deep) meaning. I'll leave "Rusty Cage"'s secrets for Requix to uncover :D
  15. Thanks Lithium! Its nice to know that my efforts are being appreciated by people. I try really hard to do my best for the community!
  16. Where are We Going?: Song Analysis by Nai Hello guys! It's Nai here with my own analysis of the Mob of the Dead 2nd Hidden Easter Egg song: Where Are We Going by Kevin Sherwood feat. Malukah (Judith de los Santos) In case you haven't heard the song yet, here it is: Link: Lets get into it: "Where are we going, from here?" We are trapped in a maximum security prison with thew undead. We don't know where to go. Where do we go? "Where do we go, how do we know?" I will come back to this line. I believe it to be in conjunction with another line. "Are we all blinded, by fear?" We cannot see the path ahead. Fear is clouding our vision. Our escape is right there, with the Icarus, but we are too stunned by the fact we have an unstoppable wave of the undead, shambling corpses chasing us. "How do we let go, of all that we know?" This is referring to the fact revealed in "The One" about how we lose all personallity and feeling (other than base animal instinct) once we have re-animated: Staring blankly at the sun, "Where do we go, when we let go?" A mention to the Afterlife maybe, but also linking in with the previous line. "Where do WE go?" is referencing the fact that once we die, our personality and soul, the things that make us unique, are gone. Moved on. "I feel I'm falling, from here" The feeling once we have died, falling slowly away from this plane of existence, heading towards wherever our chosen faith takes us (heaven, hell, the underworld, wherever YOU believe you go) It could also be a reference to falling from the Icarus toward the Golden Gate Bridge... "Don't let me go..." I think this may be centered around the actual death of Weasel, him speaking back at the crew who killed him, telling them not to let him go "Is it the calling, we hear?" This is the line that links in with this one: "Where do we go, how do we know?" To me, this song is out of order. I would put these lines together. "The Calling" is the voices in Weasel's head, telling him to go places, asking the voices back: "Where do we go? How do we know?" as in "Where do we go? How do we know this is the right place?" I also think this could be the 3 other prisoners hearing the calling for their execution by electric chairs, since the song seems to revolve around the original cycle. I think this whole song is from the perspective of Albert "The Weasel" Arlington. It makes sense, doesn't it? The lyrics describe his feelings on that eventful New Year's Eve, 1933, as he slowly moved off into the void... Hope you guys enjoyed my first song analysis. I want to mention vDeltaGamingv for motivating me to post this! Thanks! Also, check out RequixEclipse's analysis on Rusty Cage, the 1st hidden Easter Egg song here ~Nai
  17. Thats what I was getting at. Richtofen wants the cycle broken, so Weasel serves a purpose (unknown to us at the current time), and Maxis wants the cycle continued, so Weasel never escapes and serves the purpose Richtofen wants for his side. Think of it like this: Maxis wants the cycle to continue, so Weasel never escapes the hellish prison. Maxis wants the Rift to stay broken, slowly destroying the world as we know it. Richtofen needs Weasel to escape to serve a purpose, maybe doing something to impact the future, therefore mending the Rift. IDEA!!!: What if Maxis' plan all along was to destroy the world completely? Keeping the Rift broken will slowly destroy the world, completing Maxis' back-up plan incase the Moon rockets failed? When they impacted, maybe they released a charge to the Spires, telling Maxis' AI that rockets didn't obliterate the Earth? This would work since if the charges reached the Spires, then that would automatically mean the plan had failed, right? Just something to ponder...
  18. :o Great job Requix! This really seems to make sense, as Richtofen tells us to "Mend the Rift", this theory helps to determine the importance of Mob of the Dead to our overall storyline.
  19. Good luck on your mission, Covert. I have been a lurker a long time and really respected all the stuff you have done for this site!
  20. We already have a thread for this, posted by GRILL: http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=149&t=31471
  21. I think this one is an atom URL: http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRVD3lReEZlAw_4Nj92QStXE03OR5TG38_iSNBqBGnA_-muGrD8 Look similar, right? Looks like the Target Dot reticle from MW3 without a second dot. Top left. Hope this helps! ~Nai
  22. The whole song may have a secret meaning regarding the O4. Imagine the O4 singing this song, not knowing what to do now that Richtofen has departed. "Where are we going... From here?" a reference to how they have no clue as to where they have to go next, as they were always under Richtofen's guidance. Good job putting this all together!
  23. You must have this mixed up with the Deadshot-similar Persistent Upgrade. But it seems that way to me too...
  24. The tables are for convenience. To let you construct whatever you need, wherever is most convenient for you. You don't want to have to run across the WHOLE map to the Docks to grab a Shield if you are mainly staying in the Cafeteria and Infirmary. To prove there is no 3rd Buildable, if Brutus locks up the third table after you have built all the other things, it doesn't give you the option to unlock it
