  1. Nice thread mate, I'll check them all out later when I get the chance. These make more sense if you know who the 4 of us are, and watched some old Bulldog streams. This is what I play zombies for, and why I played with the guys I did. There was never a dull moment, and we laughed pretty much non-stop. First time playing this map, and it takes me a week to learn a map the size of Kino for some reason. When people say things at the most appropriate moment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7ZsKLGB8J8 The end of this video sums up Steve and Boysta's personality perfectly. This is more WTF than funny. I have to add this one too!
  2. @the_clay_bird - that video is private mate, can't view it @YdaJdiMstr® - I appreciate that very much.
  3. I can't even tell you how many ways I have died on Die Rise. This was the funniest moment for me on the map though.
  4. I have to both agree and disagree with this video. For high round players running the same loop, the shrink gun is clearly the best for the reasons stated in the video. But I call high rounds over 50, and for less than that I think the wave gun is better. For a start it's much better at getting you out of trouble, by using the dual wield single shots. With the shrink gun, unless you are using semtex as in the high round strategy, or sallies, you aren't going to be able to pick your drops as you are running over them. Secondly, it takes a fair amount of skill to always shoot all the zombies, and the ones that you miss are the ones that are likely to kill you. The wave gun is like a guarantee, and using Gersch plus hacker is almost a guaranteed ammo when you need it. Why it's not in other maps, I don't know. Maybe they wanted to mix it up. All I know is that going from the Shrink to the Wave was so much better than going from the Thunder to the Scavenger, it's kinda splitting hairs if you ask me.
  5. Uptown Funk is literally the happiest song to have come out for a while, I can't see how anyone could not smile listening to it.

@The Meh considering whenever I wanna hear that song all I wanna do is drive my car through a school full of children, yes. Much happier.

  6. Happy birthday to @Covert Gunman Long term mod, then admin, he kept the site in his mind even during his mission. Techincally his birthday was yesterday (where I am) but for those guys on the Mid to West Coast US, it still is today. Have a good one mate.
  7. I feel like I became 20 years older in the last few weeks, asleep by 10, awake by 5. It feels great!

I know that feeling bud, but I've found that by not letting things stress me out, I've become a lot calmer in life.

Yeah certain things will annoy me, and I won't just brush things away but just saying and doing things without getting worked up about them helps tremendously.

  8. Whenever I see @Tasha and @Slade in the chat together I wonder are they sitting next to each other, or like in different parts of the house.

@Hells Warrrior LOL haha made me laugh. GG RE.

  9. BO1 for many reasons. The engine is much better than the WAW one. It was the first zombies I played. The wonder weapons are brilliant. The map sizes and layouts lead to many different strategies, and to some really good threads and discussions on here. BO2 was so disappointing to me but there was Black Ops, still shiny and fun. The player created challenges on Black Ops are vastly better than the other 2. However, the only reason that counts and tops them all for me - No Man's Land. I reckon I have personally played more time on NML than I have on the entirety of BO2 and WAW together. The value I have gotten from Black Ops is immeasurable to me. Only other game that comes close in pure value is Skyrim.
  10. Steve and Mato both believe that about 405 will be the final top out. They both believe that 410 is technically possible but it would be a 1 in a million game.
  11. @Rissole25 At a very small level it is. Everyone had kinda topped out, and there was just a group of around 8 players still going for 380 and above. They all kinda stopped when Steve released his WR video but didn't show the PAP. Bit of inside knowledge - Steve had that PAP down a good 2 months before even showing that video, and then he didn't actually release the PAP until he got 398. Once everyone knew about the PAP, those players all started playing again trying to get it down. It's estimated that you PAP about a 1/3 as often as the traditional method. It's damn hard really, it's like trying a WR PAP time everytime, or not too far away from that. Any then collecting 2 hoards in good time with no Jugg is really hard. It's just all round bad arse. When you know the average scores that Steve and Mato get, and then the ones that Scottie and Pumpkin get it really blows the mind. I've lost count of how many 380 plus Steve has gotten. I'm pretty certain he has shot every number from 360 to 398. Steve and Mato are far and away the best 2 players I have ever played with or watched. Relaxing is really good too, and much better than a lot of people think he is but these guys are on an entirely different planet. Steve in particular has had WRs in every single conceivable 'mode' of zombies, and generally the first to get them.
  12. This will be a big month for CODZ, lots of stuff going to be happening

  13. It's freaking unbelievable. I know technically how it's done, having spent hours and hours with Steve and Scottie talking about it. But this is more impressive than I can possibly say. It takes an almost perfect game to get to this point. For reference there are maybe 20 players who have gotten over 360 kills legit, at least as shown on YT. Like 6 or 7 people above 370. 4 people above 380. 3 people above 390. 1 person at 400.
  14. I completely agree Grill. I don't know why but it seems an awful lot of threads get derailed recently. You can certainly delete my responses no problem. Edit - I hid everything from Lenne down. If you really have an issue with what Grill suggested, or what I have done please report this post with your feelings. I'd prefer to give users a chance to respond, rather than mass deleting.
  15. Hey guys we will be streaming some custom zombies - http://www.twitch.tv/codzlive Playing Collingwood Psychiatric Hospital - http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=3083.0
  16. Hey Hitman, welcome to the site mate. Hit me up on Skype - choppernator
  17. This is a really tough one in relation to skype. There isn't an official skype moderated group. If I knew that a user on here was really bullying another one via skype, I'd like to discuss it within the staff. Personally, my first instinct would be to at a minimum have a little chat with the users. What goes on after that, is anyone's guess. The issue would be that I can't imagine anyone would agree on the right thing to do. Whilst I believe you could argue that we can discipline another user for stuff that goes on outside the site, people could argue that we couldn't. It's a little draconian moderating like that, even if the best intentions are involved. If a user felt forced to leave the site because of it, that might change my mind on the issue. I'm not a fan of bullying nor are most people. It would certainly upset myself and the staff if we knew about it, but whether we can do something about it or not if it happens is very difficult to answer.
  18. Not done Shang or Moon EE? Have you done any of the BO2 eggs. The rewards are far from trivial. All perks even on death?
  19. Welcome to the site Gunoftruth @DeathBringerZen keeps bringing you guys in!
  20. Get ready for some mad CODZ and custom zombies collabs.

  21. I hate the name Xbox One too, I have so many problems with that so its the same principle. I have faith in 3arch to actually name it something good though. Seriously dude that's one of the most ridiculous and arrogant things I've ever heard on here. Why? Because I gave my response and opinion on the idea of a WaW II in the future? I don't think I'm the arrogant one here. If anything, you'd be the arrogant one, for not understanding my opinion on the matter. Yet, I know you'll see differently... we all see things with a different perspective, and if you see this as so... then fine. That's acceptable, that's respectable. These are both kinda the same. @Nightmare Voyager - do you have an Xbone? Do you have an opinion on the hardware itself? Names aren't as important as content, at least not in the sense of video games. You talk about it almost like it's a huge issue to you...a name, really? @The Meh - I'll explain why I called your opinion arrogant. Treyarch have released say 10 zombie maps. They created those maps, they created the game, they created the storylines, they ultimately created this website. It's genius. Let's say that Treyarch released the name of the game tomorrow, and it was WAW2. Before even playing the game, before knowing anything about the game mechanics, the storyline, the weapons, the settings you have already judged an entire company's creativity based entirely around what you believe it should be. You, against say 50 people working at Treyarch know more about creativity than them, enough to say with confidence that you have lost all faith in them due to a name. I respect you can hold that opinion, but dude it's arrogant as hell. It doesn't even actually matter what your opinion is on it, what you think it should be called etc. To actually say that you lose all faith in them to me came across as you saying that if they don't follow what you think they should, they are basically wrong. That's almost the definition of arrogant, and it's a ridiculous position to take. Sorry for having to say it, but it's really what I felt as soon as I read it. I was totally prepared to defend why I said it, I hope you see I've tried to do that. I don't believe you are arrogant, but that's for sure an arrogant opinion to take.
  22. I want to add one thing. It's ok to report staff. We are subject to the same pressures that everyone else faces in life. Whilst we should strive to act above it all, it can be hard. I sincerely promise that as a group we admit to our own faults, and are prepared to take criticism. I like to think we are all mature enough to not gang together and we will actually look at everything 'as is'. if you have any worries that a report will lead to bias against you please believe that it won't. Failing that, contact Covert Gunman directly. He's an amazing admin and is not afraid to ever tell us what we need to hear. My actions have changed based on advice I have gotten from him.
  23. See my signature about the above. As someone who has literally no interest in the story, this whole thread makes me feel a little strange, both jealous and thankful. Jealous that I can't be involved in the whole speculation, thankful for the same reasons. It does seem a little crazy to me that there can be some many arguments about something that no-one can be 100% sure they are ever correct on. @Ben115Zombies - Hey Ben, I'm sorry you have been made to feel that way. It's so ingrained in this sites DNA and therefore our users to be careful about how we word our theories, that people can get a little antsy about it. Post an introduction though and you'd see who we welcome people. What I will say - with the demise of PTG, this site is the only real place where theories and ideas come from. I wouldn't bother watching youtubers, none of them can come close to the level of brilliance or original ideas that come from here. More than one YT has been proven to have stolen their theories from this site, and when called out on it had to either retract or amend. You'd be surprised at who some of those are too. Treyarch hang around here for a good reason, and on more than one occasion have directly praised the analysis that our users have done. Take your pick mate - hear it 2nd or 3rd hand from others, or come and discuss it first hand here. I'm a little surprised no-one called you out on your signature - my friends beg to differ on that opinion Edit - I like what the Stud has to say below. It's difficult for me to moderate threads around theories, as I don't really have an interest in it. I do know that they have the potential to be the most controversial threads. I didn't even think that Ben had said anything to extreme, Kyle seemed much more confident and secretive in his opinions. Reports are always anonymous - please report stuff that you think is crossing the line. Some of our users and possible even staff are a little too close to the issue, it often takes someone else to point out the error of our ways.
