Just started on ps3. psn: way2g00 Highest round : 50 Transit solo Kills, downs: game 2: 437,6 two bones game 3: 911, 8 two bones game 4: 1826,10 two bones (All solo) game 5: 6072, 13 Skull with 2 tallies. Final k/d = 467.07

what you said about Tallies is perfect. About emblems its a complicated formula with kills to down ratio as a major factor.

Downs most likely. But it could be deaths.

It also explains why zombies are easier to kill when they are burning or inside the lava. May be its the explosions that damage other zombies or I am seeing things.

26. Zombies are not my thing.

We have seen some cases where players with 200kd still don't rank up to Shotguns. There is something more to it. However K/D definitely still is one of the most important factors to rank up.

I threw a lot of stuff while walking, riding the bus and nothing happened. This could be nothing. But then again it doesn't hurt to mess around. May be we can try before the bus collapses the bridge.

Very likely. I was on Skull with Blue Eyes. Didn't play a day , logged in and they were gone. Same day I did Round 40 on nuketown with a friend. I got Knife but blue eyes were still off. Sometimes I wonder breaking for a day or two and starting over helps ranking up. May be something gets reset?

Here is mine. Town: Round 1 Knife, and steal kills. Round 2 and above : Get enough for Mp5, save your starting pistol. Round 6 Get knuckles Roun 7 Get Jugg. Round 9 Pack a punch pistol if you make enough points which you would because you have nuckles. Round 10 or above - pap Mp5 Get Quick revive only if your team members suck. Farm : Get Jugg as soon as possible, Mp5 is must for first 5 rounds. Box is possible. Stick with Barn and wait until people are down. If you are playing with friends try and block other team by stairs near MP5. Not a big fan of that blocking myself.

I hope this is true K/D sounds too messed up specially the downs part. So the question still remains, what are you missing to get shotguns?
