Dub Zee Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 Played origins then hopped onto buried for a giggle (as i hate Buried with a passion) and noticed the wagons as the same design as the ones found in Origins. Is this just Treyarch finally being lazy or is there a reason why they would be in both Origins AND buried?
ZombieOfTheDead Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 I wouldn't say lazy. What is actually something that is lazy is back in WaW they reused campaign character models for the O4. Be honest, how different can wagons really be?
MixMasterNut Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 If you keep your eyes open for it, you'll see all kinds of re-used environment assets in the game. For instance, there's a sign with a skull & crossbones on it in Origins, that's also been used in Shangri-la, Tranzit, and Buried. - Mix
TheNathanNS Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 If you go on "Pod" you'll notice some items are reused from MOTD. Most notably the bloody matress and the cement from the Golden Gate Bridge.
Flammenwerfer Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 The broken bookshelf model that is seen everywhere in Town has been in zombies since WaW.
TheBSZombie Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Mw3 reuses the same thing over and over in their multiplayer maps. Its crazy.
yourmapper Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Remember how Nacht der Untoten was a reused building from the WaW multiplayer map? Good times!
Dub Zee Posted September 11, 2013 Author Posted September 11, 2013 Remember how Nacht der Untoten was a reused building from the WaW multiplayer map? Good times! Airfield wasnt it? Great game, shame its been taken over by noob hackers with god mode all the time. I've noticed bits and pieces over the various maps through the years, but i Always (at least in my own head) found a link as to why they are reused, Origins however with buried had me stumped
