ACTUALLY I change my mind. I don't think it's cooling the air. Remember what I said about dragon all Z a few posts back? It's probably a variation of that. The gun is so powerful small particles lift off the ground while it spins up. Then -- BOOM.

The sound at the end, which you guys are claiming sounds like a freezing sound, to me sounds more like a release of gas. I really think this is a gas-related weapon. It makes sense what with all the Avogadro stuff Zielinski was giving us earlier, and it's definitely something different from what we've seen before. But what would it do?

Look at her hand holding a handbrake from a motorcycle we build this weapon that explains the rpm dial its from a automoblie. Remember that one clip with the buildable riot shields on the stairs if you look down the stairs it looks like a work bench with blueprints on the wall.
