  1. Yes, the HAMR has more damage, but it's recoil and low mobility are too annoying for me, I love being able to move. Scar-H isn't available, but I'd agree that it is probably stronger than the AN unless you burst fire it (first two bullets of AN fire at a faster rate than later bullets). The Galil/Lamentation is actually less damage, especially considering the fire rate trick the AN has. Executioner, Python, and Remington NMA all have higher damage, but I prefer the AN to them as it is a wall weapon and ammo can easily be bought, as well as fire rate. Boomhilda- hahaha, of course, but I can't put that in my magical refrigerator And I'm okay with not being able to store wonder weapons, that'd make the game sooo easy and even more noob friendly than Buried already is.
  2. I've heard him say some things in BO1 that suggest this, but is there one specific quote that confirms it? I always thought he was joking.
  3. Huh. Well I know about the SVU/sniper points combo but I never really figured out how to get the upgrade. Honestly the only time I run snipers in zombies is when I'm bored of hitting the box and just PaP a DSR 50 till it gets iron sights. Not sure if bonus points perk even applies to iron sights or not. Sometime though, I would like to try a challenge with all three snipers at once, but never on Die Rise. Preferably just Buried
  4. I was playing Borough last night and smashed my competition without the paralyzer! It was the first time I was able to explore most of the map, however couldn't find one very important thing: is the Double Tap perk machine in the map? It'd be a real shame if it wasn't, reg gunners need something to counter enemy paralyzers, and sometimes Pack-a-Punch isn't enough.
  5. I'm really unsure about the ranking system. I have a fairly low K/D ratio (approximately 50 I'd say), however I go to rounds as high as the 40s when I play solo. Also, when I play Co-Op I make it my mission to revive whenever possible (Quick Revive Pro for the win!) and hit headshots about 50-60% of my kills. However, I am still just a skull. I wish Treyarch wouldn't put so much emphasis on K/D, it sort of ruined the experience and doesn't reward team or support players.
  6. Hi CoDz! I just wanted to pose a question and see what you all think. In the weapon fridges or locker on Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried respectively, what is your favorite weapon to store? Personally, I buy an AN 94, Pack a punch it multiple times until I get a foregrip for it (not sure if placebo effect or actually improves accuracy ) and I put it in the fridge/ locker right away. I normally avoid playing Tranzit unless someone asks for easter egg help or just wants to play, find a new strategy, etc. So, I never need to use any other weapons when I start a game for bank points in Die Rise or Buried, or just in case I bleed out and respawn. I generally stick to this as I feel the Actuated Neutralizer has a higher damage then every non-wonder weapon save for snipers, and it has fairly high mobility, especially in comparison to LMGs. Do you have a weapon preference for your locker?
  7. Hi CoDz! My xbox live runs out the 10th. I can't deal with this :(

  8. Okay, I finally have something for this! Today I was playing Origins with randoms. I realized they were the typical box hungry players, and decided to get set up on my own rather than wait for their help. I bought the door into and out of the workshop, and powered up gen 4 without going down. Next, I acquired enough points to buy jug before round 8. when round 8 started, I ran out of ammo and all my teammates died out, so I lost most of my reserve points. I was forced to use the zombie blood in spawn and knife until I got enough points to hit box (at spawn) once. I got a PDW 57 and clutched the round for the first time! I was so proud of myself I did a celebratory air-knifing dance anyone else ever experience something so minuscule yet magnificent?
  9. I really love playing with new players or "crossbone" ranked people so I can show them the ropes of the map and maybe rub off some of my skills ( ) or have them watch me clutch a round if I wasn't able to revive them. Haha On the contrast, I extremely hate it when players look at my plain skull rank and mock me and call me a noob when they either glitched to get their rank or relied on another teammate (nothing wrong with that). Just today, I played a game of Die Rise without a mic and was ridiculed in the pre-game lobby. I sent them a message to check my leaderboards before the game started. Next, I trolled a glitcher to rage out of the game by blowing up his trample steam, clutched round 25 because my last two teammates sequestered themselves in a place I couldn't possibly revive them. In the next round, I went down for the second time legitimately, at the beginning of the round. I heard one teammate say, "Don't revive him, I want that sliquifier!" The game ended promptly because of his lack of skill, and I'd like to hope a little bit of Treyarch style karma. And I hate glitchers, more specifically "invincibility" or invisible ledge glitches. I will do whatever possible to wreck someone's glitch, as I know how much glitches can mess with leaderboards and ranks. I am fine with funny visual glitches or glitches that don't involve people being untouchable by zombies. I hate when people ask me to plug a mic in or leave if I don't. I have the right to choose when I play with a mic. And if I buy two doors in a row, I usually will not buy the next. In special cases in which everyone ends up going down because they are too selfish to spend their precious points, I will give in. I don't take kindly to box whores who waste all their money to hit box. Selfish, selfish, selfish.
  10. Wish there were more "big" youtubers in the community who made it their mission to ruin a glitcher's game until the point got across. Also, really want Treyarch to start punishing glitchers more by resetting their stats and all easter egg progress across the game.
  11. Okay, I always run into glitchers on CotD, but once I buy the door at the bottom of lighthouse, they go to another glitch by knife lunging I think. How do I combat this? Whenever I call them out they always leave, and end up being host and ending the game.
  12. Hey CoDz! So upon learning that Sledgehammer would be producing CoD next year as opposed to our favorite, Treyarch, I have been pondering ways to keep our sanity and still satisfy our zombie-slaying desires! So I propose we dedicate this post to coming up with new, fresh challenges, able to play across all three installments (please be the right word) of the best game mode to date. So, I will start by stating one I've had burning through my mind since Buried's easiness drove me back to BO1: Child's play: One player (This could be you! ) is not allowed to shoot, knife, or directly damage the zombies in any way. The player is however, allowed to rebuild barriers, train/ kite zombies for other players, babysit crawlers, revive teammates, buy perks and build traps and other buildables. Anything that directly damages the zombies is off limits. This would be funniest in a public match with randoms, and the "child" (dubbed so because of the lack of desire to inflict pain on any life) ended up clutching with amazing revives. However, if the child is last alive and everyone else has bled out, the challenge is over, and you must decide whether to leave/ end the game or grow up and eliminate the remaining zombies. Serious players may even go as far as putting their pistol in the pack a punch machine and never retrieving it. Your turn! :D
  13. Wait, when you shot them in their legs, their heads popped off? Haha, wow. :D
  14. I feel it isn't really a glitch, just a work around. I mean, why would treyarch not do more to prevent people from getting the 2 at once? I think they enjoy watching people figure out these things.
  15. Well I am getting very bored of zombies at the moment. I may just be burnt out bc I have no internet for live and have been doing solo all day. If sledgehammer makes this CoD, they are going to have to do something to counter zombies and the up and coming Extinction mode (face it, it's fun) if they want the game to be successful. I really hope they include a survival type mode with a horror twist like zombies or aliens. But this is probably just wishful thinking
  16. That's odd, I really have a feeling that I've gotten the mark II while another player had it before and we both PaP'd it. Weird. I had no idea two players couldn't have the ray gun or Mk II at once, thought that was only for big map exclusive weapons.
  17. no haha I know it isn't true. I had a friend who would yell at me for getting early round max ammos :p
  18. My question is if you have the alternate version of ray gun PaP'd and the other ray gun not PaP'd then when you go to PaP your other Ray gun that is say Mk II, would the gun be deleted? I know it deletes if you have two of the same and try to PaP.
  19. I have seen this video, though I would prefer to run with PaP'd MkII, PaP'd Ray gun, and sliquifier as mule kick weapon. Do you know if it is possible to PaP the second Ray gun you acquire, or would the game consider it a glitch and just delete the weapon?
  20. I don't own Ghosts, I played it on the Wii U with a friend. In my opinion, I like ghosts much more than previous IW games (excluding MW2 MP) and I find extinction to be the perfect break from constant zombie slaying. Extinction provides a change of pace and strategy that you just can't find in zombies. I like the weapons as well. The chainsaw lmg is so fun and specialist is no where near as overpowered in this game. I'm glad IW has something that finally works for the most part, I hate MW3 with a passion. :P
  21. So I was playing a game of Die Rise yesterday on local (so I would assume there is no lag). I was running trains in the food court and got slapped 3 times, so I went for a getaway and a zombie was blocking my path. Naturally I hip fired my sliquifier and the "bullet" seemed to pass straight through the zombie and hit the floor. I was then slapped and the game ended one round away from 35 has anyone else experienced this problem?
  22. Hi CoDz! So I was in a game of local Die Rise yesterday and had an amazing epiphany. I watched a video by Relaxing End recently entitled "Luckiest Nuketown Zombies Player Ever!" or something along those lines in which he Pack a punched a Ray gun and then pulled the alternate version from the box before retrieving his first from PaP. I thought to myself: would this be possible in Die Rise? After analyzing several scenarios, I have developed my theory: I think this is possible in Die Rise, made possible by two factors: the Pack a Punch elevator needs to be on the corner of the roof top that requires a door to be bought to return to the rest of the roof (sometimes multiple doors). Also, the box needs to have moved to the Dragon rooftop location near the elevator that PaP must be in. In my opinion, it is better to have the Ray Gun Mark II instead of Ray gun Mark I, because of II's seemingly lower stats of receiving from the box. First, PaP your Mk II as soon as the PaP elevator comes to the roof and then hit the box. I find it safer to hit the box once, but maybe it is possible to hit it twice if you take the first weapon you pull. Thoughts and comments would be appreciated! :)
  23. Thanks to everyone who replied to this post, the codZ community is so nice haha I don't have internet at the moment so I can not add anyone to play with lately. Sorry friends :(
  24. Just noticed me and boom are in the same post at the same time. Here is a good one: you only get twenty max ammos per game, so don't pick one up after a dog round bc we need it later.
  25. D: Yes, it's true, no round 50 quite yet. I haven't played lately so I've been watching MatoMaster21 and RelaxingEnd recently, and I am keeping a keen eye on the ways they train their zombies. So I feel I will be able to hit that 50+ very soon
