Why not? You can play Black Ops multiplayer with up to four people on one console. I see no technical reason why the same can't be for zombies, especially if Black Ops 2 zombies is gonna be on the multiplayer engine. Sure, the screen size would be small, and I personally wouldn't play it, but obviously some people want it. Because it would be too laggy. Sometimes the lag on 2 player split screen is quite annoying. And mp isn't zombies. If the consoles could handle it. They would have had it implemented in BO1 already and I was mainly refering to bo1. Maybe and hopefully it will be possible for BO2.

NO NO please don't give up! i'm serious. I want to know why you think Richtofen would have the thundergun and NOT the waffe... Because The Wunderwaffe doesn't exist on Ascension. Which maybe could be a hint at Richtofen having a plan and the other 3 don't have a real clue about that,just yet? That is my Theory,I guess. :P

I thought the fifth portait was meant to be for the mexican,who died? I just think it is common scence that this guy with the Thundergun is Richtofen. And I am sticking to that. I just can't be bothered to argue against 2+ people,on my own. :/ I said everything I could think of to show you that it is Richtofen. But we are still walking in a circle. So there you go. I give up,but give me some other ideas to who that guy could be apart from the soldier in the video.

Why would it be anyone but Richtofen? Explain that. Give me one good reason. And don't tell me that a character on an artwork looks like an actor in a video and that is why it can't be Richtofen.

So only because you are "the bigger number" means that you are right? I am sorry but THAT is ignorant. How can you possibly think that the guy is anyone other than Richtofen? Why would there be a completely different person. There are 4 people and you say that 3 of those are 3 of the heroes,they are all holding a Wunderwaffe,so does the 4th one,how could he not be Richtofen?

I hope you've seen all the pictures now. All I am trying to say is you shouldn't think too much about an artwork. Since it really just is a (most of the time,early) concept of a character etc. I just hope that no one hates me now. :? Here is the link:

I am sorry. I totally forgot about the first artwork. Here you go Hopefully this works. As you can see,the hair is different. And they could have made that right,regardless of the generation. What?! now the Niko picture is gone... sigh. ^^

Characters change throughout developement. Maybe they wanted Richtofen to have no hair ( for Ascension) but have scratched that idea? And of course there is something like "over thinking",if you see an artwork for a map,where you know,that you play as Richtofen,Nikolai,Takeo and Tank and suddenly you think that one person isn't who he should be on an artwork. Or if you think that a soldier in a fun video plays an important role,for that matter I should make a new thread about all those scientists and ask who those could be. Theories can be proven wrong and I just think that this one is a long shot and I am surely not the only one who thinks that.

Hey look in the first picture you don't see the scar on his right eyebrow. Must be a totally different person,then,huh???

I am sure you know GTA,right? And these games always have great artwork with them. Sometimes though,there is an artwork of someone which doesn't look like the character it represents. And GTA isn't the only game,where that happens. It happenes with movies aswell. That is totally NORMAL many artworks are made before the actual release of a movie/videogame. Which means that a lot of things can change until then. And that happened with the poster. How can you think that isn't Richtofen? It is obvious. Now you can hold on to your little theory as long as you want. But on the poster we have the heroes. And the soldier in the video is,most likely just a soldier,but I like I said,in my first post.

As if that is a bad thing. Round 1098765 (in 2 minutes) sounds good to me. And I don't think that even Chuck norris could wipe the zombies (wich are controlled by Richtofen) out. I mean...he isn't getting younger...oh...wait... Okay instead of Chuck norris we could pick a Big Daddy from Bioshock. Now that would be fun.

Thanx for posting. The only things I am kinda sceptical about are the league matches (I dunno how many people will actually play those) and the live streaming/shoutcasting (both features will probably not be used by 95% of the people who play CoD). Other than that...I look forward to the MP.

Maybe they wanted this discussion to happen. And/or maybe they just wanted to joke around. Or he actually will play an important role in BO2. To me he looks like your typical action movie badass who gets to test cool new guns. So I assume that we will (if we play as him) play as him in Nuketown together with Silvester stallone,Will Smith and Chuck Norris

Any kind of resemblance between that drawing of Richtofen and the soldier was surely not done on purpose. And no,it isn't up to debate if that guy is Richtofen or not. Anything else wouldn't make any scence. You see Nikolai,Dempsey and Takeo in there,who aren't looking exactly the same as in the game neither. Should I go on the internet now and look for pics of people,who look like Takeo on the poster,so I can open a new thread? That guy in the video is a random soldier and the 4 people on the poster are the heroes.

That is why I said "in some way". Everybody should know that that is Richtofen on the poster. And he is asking where Richtofen is. And brings up that soldier. And other people are talking about how that soldier could be Richtofen. :?
