  1. Notice that on the bottom right of whatever the computer monitor is sitting on, is a "Chemical Spill Treatment Kit." Seems kinda odd.

Many of the things handwritten aren't legible (I've heard of many trying), which is a much wasted opportunity (as always).

Could the Prime world, the world with the house with children, be Agartha, the central world?

I have to side with @Nightmare Voyager and likely say no, unless (as he touched on) the being in Origins that we think is Samantha isn't actually. I know this theory has its strong proponents, so it's something to keep in mind.

Samantha was trapped in Agartha in Origins and we end up returning her to the house, there is a Giant radio that talks about that, so I don't think so. Unless in that radio, Maxis was lying about saving Samantha and in fact took her from the house. I don't think it can be unless their is a big deception going on, which is a possibility.

I do argue against that premise, however, that the radio is documenting the move from Agartha to the house. Obviously, the Giant radios are something we don't have a good grasp on (seeing as there are a lot of theories regarding them) and you acknowledge it could be different, but I wanted to at least express that I have doubts on the theory (not that I have some fully formed thought on it myself).

  3. What drives me mad is less of why she has a room in the castle, but why she's researching so many weird things. The various books in her room, the drawings, the objects... like it's just weird. She knew a lot.

  4. @NaBrZHunter and I went back and forth on this topic for a while, and I know he's going to disagree with me here (hence why I plugged him in), but this is my take:

Sam teleported to Shangri La and Maxis to the MPD (there is a theory about that).

From there, who knows haha. I also know that originally, we all said that TG and DR were same universe, but then we all agreed that they were actually different (for various reasons). Now, it seems the original idea is starting to come back to a lot of people, so that's something to consider too.

Yes. The Golden Rod is an Vril device. What all it is capable of, we are uncertain. But a conduit for living energy seems to be a common them of its uses.

No, I don't believe the focusing stone is necessary in this Uni. But I am open-minded in that regard.

I'm going to say that the Vril Device has powers beyond the Focusing Stone; it does not need it to perform an activity. It merely needs it to perform this activity. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if the Focusing Stone returned in some fashion.

Current state I don't believe we would need to go far outside source, but during the three year cycle we may need to expand. However, that may be simple as just covering the other CoD titles. We can leave that open-ended for now

By "One Stop Shop" I'm not speaking specifically of the articles, but the site in general. We are providing everything zombie enthusiast would be interested in (leaderboards, forums, social media sharing, LFG, ect), and rounding it out with news.

Awesome, I was hoping that's what you meant haha. Good deal, this sounds cool.

Pretty much sums it up @Boom - I think we need to start getting news content visible to drive traffic, increase our SEO (site ranking), on top of this we need to get the zombie library up and running (sorry @PINNAZ we've been working on it but not had time recently) and then our pages setup and running.

We are on the right track but we need to be more proactive, our reddit presence has been improved, our twitter use is OK but needs more and we need to more streaming to be done and more CoDz YouTube videos.

The challenge with YouTube is I want an intro that will be used on all videos we upload and can easily be edited to to say what the video is about and but I want to start getting our presence out there again and to a position of being the place to go, I want our YouTube video to be added to the video library here as well (which I need to fix the style). We really need to focus this year on what we want to do an achieve.

I'm curious what is meant by a "one stop shop" and "gaming news." Are we trying to cover more than just zombies content? I was the editor for a couple gaming sites previously so I know how to do that if we want to go down that route, but I'm curious as to why.

As for the SEO, I think that is going to be very important. Here's where we sit with popular search terms related to zombies:

    • "black ops 3 zombies" - I stopped looking after page 20
    • "call of duty zombies" - bottom second page
      • Craig explained to me that this is because they index the front page, which we all know has nothing, but surely there's something we can do? Perhaps change our tagline to include more keywords?
        • tagline: "Call of Duty Zombies (CoDz) is the number 1 fan site for the zombie game mode from Call of Duty made by Treyarch."
    • "cod zombies" - first page!
    • "black ops 3 the giant" - stopped looking after page 10
    • "shadows of evil" - stopped looking after page 10
    • "der eisendrache" - top second page

As for other platforms, things are going well. Reddit account is doing well, quite well actually. The Twitter account needs to be spawning more discussion, and a few of us have been creating a new logo for various platforms. Same crew has been working on the CoDz YouTube and Twitch, and things are moving along in those areas.

Were you guys planning on reviving this? I just read everything on here and I'm really excited what could be found for Der Reise.

We certainly want to, but it's one hell of an undertaking haha. Like @NaBrZHunter said, it's essentially like loading a file cabinet. We already have all of the documents in our possession but the splitting of fact from theory is where it gets difficult because they're so often intertwined. I think right now we're trying to establish a good framework on how to attack each map, as opposed to going for it. Do you have any suggestions on this framework?
