I've not found all of them myself yet either, others (like OP) have come close, if i find all the others il no clip and get HD shots of of them all for you to put on your map. Thanks, they are all pretty old now but i always believe in getting images of things i find so we can eliminate trolling If theres any Images you need for your map let me know and il do my best to get a perfect image for you I have been trying to extract the files from the DLC files to get the original items, but dont really have the time to do that yet

I think you are trolling! In fact, I wonder if this entire thing is a troll. Has anyone, anywhere, ever found one of these scraps anywhere on the map, and have a screenshot of it? I haven't ever found one. So is this real? Anyone have proof? My only outlandish theory is Tank Takeo and Nikolai from Origins are from a different dimension / reality from the ones in W@W Proof of this could be in the radios from Richtofens radios saying they no longer have any memories. Second explanation for why they are "Remembering in Moon" is that the rift happens, and the different realities are seeping into one another. EDIT: another thing to mention is the Moon Black Ops W@W maps featuring the original 4 and new quotes, i always found this weird as in NDU, and Verruckt the original 4 were not there, however in the BO1 version they are. (This isn't what i truely believe, but it doesn't stop me from thinking of new theories either, you need to be open to all possibilities to see through all the impossibilities)

Airfield wasnt it? Great game, shame its been taken over by noob hackers with god mode all the time. I've noticed bits and pieces over the various maps through the years, but i Always (at least in my own head) found a link as to why they are reused, Origins however with buried had me stumped

Thats alot of well thought out information this whole paradox thing still isnt sitting right with me, the whole point of origins is full of uncertainty. The crazy place i believe is the Aether, which wasn't discovered by Maxis and Richtofen till WW2. Which is why there is no mention of the Aether in Origins and is why its called the "Crazy Place". (We as the players are the first to go there, Maxis never did) That said the paradox is mentioned alot. However if Origins is the Paradox, then the end sequence is basically saying nothing has changed, nothing is resolved, Maxis still HAS A PLAN. or Is (post) Origins the Paradox (W@W + BO1 + 2), in which case the Easter egg in Origins Fixes it, but as above, Things still continue on the set path with the truth right in front of us. or Are We the Players the REAL paradox, we have been travelling through time itself (and possibly dimensions) as the Original 4, We are the "HEROES". We have always been there when a zombie outbreak occurs, are WE the paradox that needs fixing? Tank Takeo Nikolai Richtofen. We are immortalized are revered icons in the Room under PaP, Without US the original 4, most of this wouldn't of happened. Should we be dead? and the fact that we aren't has in turn created the Cycle? I have my own personal belief on another thread, Alpha and I (among many others) share the same thoughts on Origins. The 3 examples are all possible, but at the same time, not quite. If there was no Easter Egg end cinematic, i believe most of this wouldn't even be thought of. classic misdirection to keep us thinking for another year

I dont believe this loop, cycle paradox theory as people know. But i want to give a outside the box perspective on this quote (which is one of a few) It could well be Maxis is only talking abou the paradox of him being a brain in the jar, this alone is a paradox due to not being part of the rest of the arc, in fact nothing in origins has really been mentioned in any of the other maps, let alone what happens here. That is the paradox that must be fixed. Secondly, if the paradox cycle theory is to be believed, it was set in motion by Samantha herself in Origins, which then Led her to go on and create yet another paradox on top of a paradox, which then snowballs into a cycle which blah blah blah you see how bad that scenario would be? I agree the rift in time and space, ive believed the aether is a tunnel to parallel dimensions, a gateway if you will. But i dont believe for one second i. A cycle that needs to be stopped, w@w and BO1 mention nothing on this, it was only in BO2 this became talked about, strange seeing as the earth is blown up and Richtofen is now in Samantha's body. Meaning this was foretold aswell (again nothing mentioned in w@w or BO1)

I really dont get why its such a huge thing, i mean, its ORIGINS, a precursor. If it was the end they would have put the origins end cinematic on the end of Buried. Regardless of alternate realities, mental instabilities, god complex psychopathic little children, it still comes down to it being just the start. As the map name suggests

The quote about maxis turning and Richtofen taking out his brain is an puzzle, other than the Green jars in Der Riese theres nothing in the other maps to even suggest this possibity As for Richtofen and kino, Richtofen seems quite surprised about what is going on there, Maxis was working at kino in secret, he built the thundergun there and experimented with the Aether with the teleporters and the difference engine

EDIT out a Der Riese pic up i took now Everything else has supported Maxis having his own body. Radios proving His body is real as he tells Samantha to get behind him, Maxis being shot or shooting himself infront of Sam also. working in Kino on his own. Again this this just off the top of my head but it all supports evidence contrary to Origins. There is only one other distant possibility but all the above information kind of renders it a fail is if Maxis had his brain implanted into other bodies

Played origins then hopped onto buried for a giggle (as i hate Buried with a passion) and noticed the wagons as the same design as the ones found in Origins. Is this just Treyarch finally being lazy or is there a reason why they would be in both Origins AND buried?

Operation shield is part of it, however Richtofen was referring to the Shield itself in Der Riese, its not just an operation name, alot of people miss some vital information from W@W and BO1 regarding it, its purpose in the facility itself, Richtofen and Maxis mentions different aspects of what the shield is, and is all up for speculation. However i believe the clues lie within the description of Element 115 and the AETHER Maxis talks a out in later maps. 2 main things i remember back from W@W i come up with through research, the eclipse helped semi prove that the shield (could) distort time / create a time bubble shield thanks to using the aether. Secondly i found articles related to the lunar eclipse that helps amplify magnetic / electron / particles which could explain why Richtofen chose to do what he did on a lunar eclipse Well if you want to talk about that, you might want to do what Mega said and make a thread on it when you gather your materials. Btw, guys, just heard an interesting quote from Samantha that definitively disproves the "it's just a game" crap. (Again, not a theory.) Samantha says "I just want to go home." I DO however believe Samantha is playing a game while TELLING the story of her Father and (IMO Richtofen Senoir). She does specifically tell us this. However as players we cant play a zombie map with no zombies, and people would be in outraged if we had a map like NDU with next to none story elements. This is the GAME that WE play. The ciphers found in Origins is real, however the zombie outbreak, Maxis being chopped open and everything else i believe did not happen (although everyone will think differently on this) I will point out in my defence that Maxis in origins couldn't find the original staff of the ancients, but built 4 replicas which we find... However Richtofen PRE moon finds all the pieces of the original Staff, the Vril generator (golden rod), the focusing stone all point to the original Staff.

I wrote my posts completely wrong, a noob mistake, doesn't happen ofter but i apologise none the less Im looking through my own theories and the Shield is activated in Der Riese, not disabled. My theory was that the shield is some sort of element 115 Nuke or a time distortion device using the Tteleporter technology as Der Riese is essentially trapped in time A repeating message on the P.A. system: "Warning, the shield is now active, find and destroy the designated materials and report to the barracks, this is not a drill." Not to be confused with operation shield. Im stuck in traffic atm, as soon as im home il post everything i compiled during w@w days

As there are only 17 maps, i dont believe it will be map based (unless its how many maps Treyarch intend to do lol) I though it might have something to do with how many "Game pieces" each player loses ala Chess I then thought it might be round based on the game they are playing It then Accured to me Treyarch are sneaky and it usually means something extremely relevant but probably dont yet understand (keeping us guessing till the next Treyarch game)

We Didn't play as Tank in Verruckt, the marines who were sent to retrieve Agent Peter (and for all the "New players" who joined in from Black ops only, the original characters of Verruckt were not Tank, Takeo, Nikolai and Richtofen) I have always believed that Tank was captured from Verruckt, Takeo from Shi No Numa and Nikolai from the nearest pub (even did some pretty convincing theories on it) But my question is, was Peter the American agent or was he the "Mexican" or is Harvey Eyna "HYENA" the prime suspect still? s Richtofen mentions them quite a few times Im trying to close some personal holes in my own theories and would like your opinion. Also we have a date that connects Maxis, Samantha and Fluffy at the same time, would Origins end cinematic be before that date or after? Very good points alpha, especially bringing older information back to light for people. 2 things of note though, we know the USA sent an American spy to infiltrate vurruckt who was Peter, so the American link is definitely there. However doesnt the terminal files state the marines were lead BY tank Dempsey? We successfully inserted Peter into Group 935 as a research assistant based out of Munich. Current location is unknown, but his last transmission suggested he had been transferred from the Der Riese facility to a top secret location known only as Verruckt. Most recent communique indicated that the 935 experiments are barely under control. Attempts to secure all visible Group 935 research of Element 115 technology have been unsuccessful. We fear that Peter identity has been compromised. Sending in a Marine Recon unit to extract Peter from the asylum before it is too late. Operation leader will be one Tank Dempsey. The asylum must be contained at all costs.

I actually use the giants feet as a weapon at extreme high rounds, or at the very least to give me a few moments breathing room, i dont see why people hate the 3 giants so much

Thats not a problem, il go through all my old files and theories i made copies n post the ones relevant As it happens i also came up with a theory during W@W and kino Der Toten where the original 4 are already dead (not in the sense that people now believe its a figment of Samantha's imagination or what have you) In W@W and BO1 terminal files it states people who come into contact with element 115 suffer from delusions, paranoia and hear voices and suffer other side effects, and that those who die who have already come into contact with element 115 then reanimate into the zombies. My theory was Tank, Takeo and Nikolai were dead before coming into contact with element 115, thusly they were reanimated, however not as zombies, they suffer from amnesia instead All the above was of course backed up by alot of INGAME audio files and such, but after the radios in later maps of Richtofen experimenting on Tank, Takeo and Nikolai who "couldn't remember anything" i kinda stopped working on that theory. Maybe i should dig through that again given the circumstances

Would you even go as far as saying the voices Edward Richtofen hears from touching the MPD is actually Eddie being instilled in him? Far-fetched, yes. Just food for thought. Not far fetched at all, (although i believe the MPD incident occurred after they started hearing voices didn't it?), given several quotes throughout the years, however i still believe its the Origins Richtofen thats trapped in the TEDDY, mainly due to the age 1918 Richtofen then becomes the young Richtofen working for group 935 in WW2, seems abit off But i still believe theres 1 piece of information we are missing, something is niggling in the back of my mind and i cant quite get it EDIT no your right i looked through my files. I really don't know. Even if it did turn out to be the same, I don't think it would be significant, as one could easily write that off as a re-used sound effect. (Not that I am a fan of that argument, but it could be made.) I thought it might be, and could well be the case, as the timeline wouldn't fit, but i dont know if you was around at the W@W time but alot of people believe the "Shield" Used Element 115 and the Aether to protect time itself, when the "Shield" went down, all the clocks stopped in Der Riese, and all zombie hell broke loose. Been some huge fierce debates back on the official forums years and years ago about it. Considering we know of time travel and the Aether being able to pull and push things back and forth through time, thought I'd mention it, especially as Maxis references Richtofen joining him in Group 935 (which is based directly on Der Riese and what happened there)

I am egotistic and arrogant, im also a zombie veteran who has been on the official cod zombie forums since before CoDZ (before carbon started it up) But enough of us arguing. Wasn't that the siren used in the Der Reise radio of the "Shield" coming Down? Sounds awfully famiar to the one in Origins cinematic. Maybe not, but i know i have heard it INGAME in a previous map. Again instead of dismissing people, myself and OP have provided a plausible scenario to who Eddie is. He is not a friend, he is Taken in by Maxis when Eddies parents are killed, (Sophia could be linked to Eddie aswell but that is for another time) these facts are provided INGAME from hidden ciphers written by Maxis himself I have no doubt that the ending isn't what we believe, I still believe Treyarch have made their one and only slip up with the web description of Origins calls it an ALTERNATE-REALITY. However even though it probably is as such, the information found inside is very much real. For instance, Edward Richtofens favourite gun happens to be a MP40, he says so countless times through different maps, and an MP40 happens to be on Samantha's wall. This goes back to Eddie being Origins Richtofens son. Like father like son....in more ways than one

I remember that episode in Red dwarf lol, brilliant show The thought of Richtofen messing with his own timeline can be supported, quite easily, we know items, people and souls / spirits can move through the Aether so it is all very possible Maxis mentions ALLIES and contacts in America so the American accents might have a clues placed there all along 1 thing that still sticks in my mind and may mean nothing but its something that sticks in my head alot... In nuketown 2025, Richtofen says "Stupid Maxis and that Stupid Accent" or words to that effect, As Richtofen And Maxis are supposed to be German, this didnt really make any sense to me (until the Eddie in the origins end sequence happens, then a whole heap of what the heck opens up and gives way to new theories and questions)
