You can activate that box whenever you want, but only once. (Unless you go back and complete all the eggs again) -

It also activates when you pull the SMR or the Five Seven. Seems like it's the "Bad Weapons" that trigger it, probably makes sense for it to increase the probability of getting a good weapon then. -

It appears to activate when you get the DSR-50 from the box, I've had it happen twice now. Once the box does a full cycle, the next box will have a teddy stood on top of it. I've managed to lose it, it happened right as I pressed Y and switched to my other weapon, the perk lost sound played and when the round was over the teddy vanished. -

The Mob of the Dead poster is extremely limited edition right now, the only way you will get one is by working at Treyarch or Activision. There also isn't a high resolution for it either so it'll be hard to print off your own. No official poster was released for Die Rise
