1 pointFirst of all, thank you. Thank you deeply for your selfless contributions in the last 3 years. Thank you for your financial sacrifices, your time and effort in moderating, and your deeds as a quality member. We could have easily evaporated 3 years ago, if it wasn't for you. I would extend the thanks to all staff members in the last three years, I could only imagine how difficult it was for you guys. Secondly, I'm sorry. I always thought you were unfairly entrenchred into this savior situation. For years I complained about the business structure and the sustainability. I'm sorry that the end is foreseeable, despite your efforts. Thirdly, no one wants to see the curtains drop, unless it means freeing you from the shackles. We wish not another minute of your sacrifice only to delay the inevitable. Your time and resources could be better reserved for you and your family. It's like round 50 on Five when you are only running circles just to not die. I would like to extend thanks to Boom and Infesto for their efforts, as wells as other staff members who worked tirelessly in the last 3 years. We couldn't thank all of you enough for keeping it alive for another 3 years. The site will die, maybe not tommorrow, maybe not next year, but one day. Is it worth fighting for still? When the plug is finally pulled, the spirits and memories will forever live, in our hearts. Separate Note: I apologize if it sounds like an eulogy, it not my intent. Happy thoughts.
1 pointWhy post useful guides when you can rake in all the donations? Money and Greed is what killed this community. It's such a shame.
1 point@TheHiddenSpectre Nice write up and I understand it.I used these methods to find out if transposition only or subsitution only on TheGiant cipher and worked out neither was possible The undercroft cipher I can rule out Transposition only Vigenere using standard b64 order alphabet and still being in s B64 format ready to decode 3.Mixed case Ascii mono subsubtution " I cant totally rule out or manually plot ascii mixed case and numbers but doesnt seem likely " That's why I was looking into finding a pattern or keylength with xor and trying to automate it. Do you think this method wont work to test if a key (4-10) characters has been xored to encrypt B64
1 pointInteresting thought. We have had zombies that are dumb i.e all the other maps besides ascension. I find it a bit odd that the ascension zombies are the only ones capable of dodging bullets and the other russian zombies have russian accents. George could also be some advanced zombie.
