  1. The rumour mills are rife of a new Xbox potentially releasing in 2016, the slim version of the current model with a 2TB hard drive, more news is expected on this at E3 according to Polygon on top of that a new Xbox is potentially happening in 2017 with a higher GPU and running at a massive 6 teraflops - which wipes the floor with the current Xbox One at 1.3 teraflops and PS4 at 1.8 teraflops or the PS4 Neo at 4.1ish teraflops. The sources are also saying that Microsoft at looking at a deal with Oculus for the new consoles as well, in line with Microsofts plans to bring combine XBox/Windows ecosystem under "Project Helix" - when we know more we'll let you know

  2. Treyarch held multiple live streams in the build up to Black Ops 3, from the D.I.C.E. Conference last February (wow, it’s been that long?) to their Black Ops Fridays just before launch. Luckily for fans, they’re back at it again and in the last two months, they’ve had four! But don’t worry, because if you don’t feel like watching the many hours of streams, the summaries have arrived! (Note that I cut out details from livestream two because it was primarily about new Black Market items in the Awakening DLC). Before I start, though, something you should understand about me is that I didn’t have very fast internet when I was younger, and as such, I was never able to develop any skills. I am, as some would say, a late bloomer when it comes to Call of Duty (especially multiplayer). Due to this, as I’ve recently played Black Ops 3, I gained a new appreciation for multiplayer and the complexity behind it. Watching these live streams has been kind of fun, as they dive into a few things more intricately. Anyhow, if you have any questions regarding the live streams (or really anything), feel free to drop it in the comments and I’ll get back to you! 3. News going around the all the gaming news websites suggest that this years Call of Duty is set in the "far distant future" one very good source that broke this news was @shinobi602 and has been very accurate in the past with other Call of Duty titles, however Infinity Ward and Activision have yet to confirm this rumor. Infinity Ward have already had a taste of space combat in their previous title Call of Duty: Ghosts, @shinobi602 has went on to say that the title will be “full on sci-fi” What does this mean for Call of Duty fans around the world? I for one will be very disappointed as I was hoping for a trip back in time to World War 1 or 2, Let us hear your thoughts below in the comments.

  4. The Rumour mill has it that Sony is working on a 4K- version of the PS4 with increased GPU to give in game visuals a boost and will also help the PS VR Known as the "PS4.5" or "PS4K", developers told Kotaku that the device would feature an improved graphical processing unit (GPU), which would give in-game visuals a boost. The increased processing power would also let it display games at 4K resolution. It's worth taking this with a pinch of salt at the moment and it's unlikely to be released this year "if at all" with sources saying it's "exploratory" according to Kotaku. Sony certainly isn't talking about it publicly, although there's murmurs of hush hush meetings.
