True Perma Perks for... Solo? WHAT?

I have no idea how this happened. I know it's not time bombs—I didn't even have those this game. I think it's either going down a lot (I have gotten at least 50 downs in the past two days trying to get pre-jug back) or getting an 8th perk bottle from the ghosts. Not sure. Any thoughts? I've seen a couple other people have this, but... yeah. I'm really at a loss for this. Have no idea how this works.

I just got this also. Don't have footage cus im still playing. But I have no clue how it happened. Maybe something with vulture aid?

I saw this video (Credit to Kerrguson) in which he has the same effect, he only looses 1 Perk when he goes down.

However, he has called it "Candy Perk". He is carrying candy when he gets downed, but by the look of it, you don't have candy in your inventory?

Has to be in game glitch. They already did something similar to keeping perks win candy on and I'm sure they funked up the code somehow.
