  1. INCORRECT! Not to be that guy but maxis is not in control post buried end game. At least not to the extent we are used to. Let's say richtofen is the controller of the mpd, maxis is more of a hacker who broke in and somewhat influences it. While he is the closest thing we have to an announcer i just cannot say he is. I really should make a thread about this but whatever. My reason for saying this is A: His voice does not change, it is still electronic as before. B: The earth vibrating and collapsing, announcer cannot do that to my knowledge. C: He still cannot reach argatha, when it has been quite clear the annoucer can. D: He does not call out power-ups or influence the game. They changed so much at the end of moon to reflect the change. If this was again the case maxis would talk as announcer, change the mystery box sound and laughter, fire sale song, ect.
  2. Thats not far off actually.. Project G.O.D. was very ambitious to say the least. Also i imagine the space station as a good choice as the very rich basiclly bought a ticket for survival, while the poor suffer on the destroyed earth. And yes the fountain of youth is a bit like that.. But the idea is the fountain of youth "techniclly" made them immortal.. You know undead
  3. Just a silly story overview I wanted to do, I in no way think this is what will actually happen... just an idea of what could be interesting. I will give a basic description of the map and name for each. Basic Maps: #1: Pyramid Scheme Our green run crew left off in the horn of africa, hiking north under richtofen's instruction they discover mysterious pyramids. From the zombie rising pharaohs, to the sneaky tomb raiders many types of unique zombies and puzzles await you under these sands. #2: D-Day Arriving from a bitter winter in the trenches to a not so peaceful beach, the original crew searches for answers amid one of the most infamous battles of world war 2. Featuring a new soldier and survivor NPC mechanic, and a plethora of easter eggs to be found. DLC 1: #3: Tokyo Rush The once lively city of tokyo has been transformed into a nest of zombies and leaking plasma. Tight long streets and deadly alley ways make this glowing map into a maze. Not to mention the dark secret the government had hidden right under the city... #4: Dark Times Warped centuries into the past, enter the legendary fountain of youth. The source of the crusader zombies featured in "Origins" before. More answers await in this retelling of history. DLC 2: #5: Call of the Dead-Take Two Romero's new movie was a smash hit, but he wants to step it up. A new zombie movie set in Oahu goes terribly wrong. Join George and his new cast of -insert movie stars here- in the lava covered island of the dead. #6: Treyarch Studios Join Vanderharr, Lamia, Kevin, and Elena Siegman trapped in treyarch studios by their own creations. This lighthearted map features references galore, and a behind the scenes look at the making of zombies. DLC 3: #7: Space Vegas! A large space station taken over by rich survivors, aptly named space vegas! Run through an abandoned station of buildings and zombies... While watching rich onlookers spectate and make bets on how long you will survive... The GR crew must end this twisted carnival for good. #8: Der Riese Revisit the giant, digging for answers in the ruins of ww2... The origins crew discover that they already exist in this world, and demand answers from samantha. DLC 4: #9: Big Apple New York has become humanities last stronghold, can this new crew help keep it together or will the human race be doomed forever? #10: Paris Featuring the return...of the TRUE original crew. In this insane 8 player experience work together as the original four and the GR crew to get to the bottom of this story. Samantha won't give up that easily, the 1000 foot giants rip through the dimensions and trample over the great city of france. This power struggle will surely end in disaster.
  4. Can any of you name a liquid that converts organic matter into more of said liquid? No? Sliquifier is a wonder weapon. Jet gun however is not, it is just a weaponized jet turbine... So wonder weapons are: -Ray gun -Mark 2 -All map guns from bo1 -Sliquifier -Acid Gat -Paralyzer -Upgraded staves -Gersh Device -QED -Monkey bomb is arguable, as its just a toy plus dynamite... And we are unaware if the zombies chase it because of some technology or pheremone or if samantha just liked it and richtofen continues the tradition. -Matrosyka is again kinda iffy... Its just a bunch of bombs inside bigger bombs. -Scavanger is likely just sniper bullets with some sort of c4 attached. -Hells retriever is of very unknown origin.. It dosent look of this earth so im not sure what to classify it as.
  5. -Tower Teams- A peculiar spin off of grief places you in a tower split down the middle. One team spawns on the right, one on the left. There are ten floors, followed by the roof. Each floor contains two of the following at random: Perk machine, wall-buy, mystery box spawn, buildable table. As you climb the tower, Many floors will have air vents open, exposing the opponents side of the tower. Rain grenades to steal points, or get a train together and throw a monkey through the vent to swarm the enemy. At the top of the tower is the roof, a large open area good for training that contains the pack a punch... However both sides are allowed to freely go up to the roof and interact while up there. (Attempting to use the opposite sides elevator just ends in rejection) The hacker makes a return and can be used on glowing panels that randomly spawn to cause trouble for the team on the other side. Fill a random floor with fire, lock a random door, break the elevator, spawn a ton of zombies, ect. Whoever survives longer wins. -Zombie Hunt- Among the hordes of the undead lies a player character posing as a zombie. Its essentially 3v1+zombies. The zombie player can choose to hide, blend in with the crowd, or attack straight on. Either way if the zombie survives a round he gains 1 point. Each human kill is worth an additional point. At the end of the round another player becomes "it" and the previous zombie returns to being human. Games over when someone reaches 5 points. -Survival: Endless- The round never ends, and your score is how long you last. Intended to be played on areas like Groom Lake, Golden Gate Bridge, The crazy place, ect. Multiplayer: -Zombie Deathmatch- Not exactly an original idea but very good regardless! Team deathmatch rules but with zombies spawning in and attacking regardless of teams. Zombie kills are worth 10 points, player kills worth 100 points. First team to 10,000 points wins. -Guard Dog- One player on each team is selected as the target and the rest of the team must do everything they can to prevent them from dying. Killing the target nets you 1 point, 10 points to win. -Mecha Derby- A 4 v 12 game, the mech side are in powerful mechs obviously, and the 12 player team is standard people. Other than that works alot like team deathmatch. Humans are 1 point, mechs are 5 points. First to 50 win.
  6. Combat axe/tomohawk: i could totally dig this as a lethal that kills on any round, but one zombie. Cost 1000 points off the wall. Shock Charge: portable electric cherry sticks.. Who wouldnt want this? 1000 again.. C4: basically what you expect, costs 1500. And honestly while on the topic, i find it weird that matroyskas were not lethals.... I get the idea of balance but its not that big of a deal honestly.

  10. Two things... One i think it will return but for a price. I never considered it for hardened editions but that is a very likely option, or as DLC. Secondly I always thought that marlton built the mark 2 during one of the "cycles" and it got preserved by richtofen and spread across the dimensions, similar to the original ray gun and future weapons in origins and motd.
  11. I was sad no china lake-esc weapons was in zombies, or even black ops 2 at all. Sure its crappy.. But thats the fun of it! XD
  12. I agree about the explosives! Such a powerful blast should at least cause them to falter, even if they are crazy super powered... Which they are for the record. Every weapon needs a reason to exist... And even if that is in pack a punched form its good enough for me. Like the kap-40, really stupid weapon simply due to low ammo reserves. I love that thing when i have speed cola and double tap.. Its a brief frenzy, but a frenzy still. I paped it for the first time expecting loads of ammo and got next to nothing. Some of the guns in zombies are an absolute joke, and its not fair.
  13. Electric Cherry is returning.. I'm like 99% sure of it, other than that one vulture aid was neat but i think it would feel odd anywere but buried. Having those icons blaring on a single plane would look awful. Buried makes it work because of its wacky layout. So Im at a bit of a loss. So lets talk two sections: things I think will return, and things i want to return. Think will return: -AN-94 -DSR -Ballistic Knife -MTAR -Remington -Skorpian -HAMR or LSAT -Electric Cherry -Shield -Turbine -The green run crew (deal with it, they are here to stay) Things I want to return: -PDW -Ray Gun Mark 2, i know it will return but i want it from the start not as dlc later as i fear it will be -War Machine cause its funny. We need something to hate, plus its fun paped. -Remington new model army -executioner -the muthafukin' B23R!!! I dunno what it is but i adore that little guy -chicom -trample steam, shut up i love it! i was so sure it was going to be die rise and then lost forever but then treyarch was all yolo and stuck it in. -Buildable weapons. I like them alot, i feel like they should be a very powerful weapon but not the main "wonder weapon" this time around -Who's Who. This perk is such a unique and the idea is just so zombies. People dont like it but I do soooo -The green run crew!! I love them to bits and i know they are returning. But on a side note I do want the NORMAL version of our original characters to appear as well (but keep origins takeo's hunky arms ;3)
  14. Of course, it all could fit in if you tried hard enough i just dont see it. In my personal version of the story as mentioned before it does play a big role just not in the way you expect. Its a big relationship between buried and origins, fitting in the easter eggs. Maxis desires to find his daughter even if it means destroying the world... And samantha just wants her dad, shes still a little girl. So its this big which came first the chicken or the egg situation with the two stories.

Shooting it will cause it to spin up like a death machine before firing, it fires a strange sticky yellow gel that will slow down the undead significantly, and cause any players that step in the residue to slow down to a snails pace. You cannot kill anything with this weapon on its own, but you can slow them down enough it wont matter too much. Perhaps the gel is flammable....? 5-DR TEST#1 Upon finding a new canister filled with a white gel, and a large warning lable, our heroes decide to switch out the gel. This white gel makes anything it touches light as a feather, sending zombies and players alike floating around like spacemen. Again not lethal... Use your imagination to make is useful in battle. 5-HL TEST#2 A canister filled with aqua colored gel is retrieved, and thus must be tested. The aqua gel is strange, it temporarily converts organic matter into itself. Spray a team mate to temporarily allow them access to unreachable areas through cracks, as well as an easy escape from a horde of the undead. 5-MX TEST#3 The red gel appears to make anything it coats multiply in weight. Becoming more dense might be useful... Also its fun to watch zombies crash down and explode from a high ledge. 5-EY TEST#4 The final purple gel acts as a powerful conductor, sending electromagnetic pulses through its span. Anything effected by this will pull towards eachother, including the player, zombies, and.. Perhaps walls

  17. 1. Blatent disrigard for the rest of the story 2. Giant robots in ww1 and nobody remebered? 3. You really think maxis would make zombies if they encountered them before? No. He would kill it and stay as far away as possible. 4. Richtofen does not recognize the others 5. 115 is blue now. Ectectect. As much as i like the idea of it being the same, it just cannot work. (Although my personal thought is origins is the world samantha, maxis, and the o4 + richtofens body got banished too, but thats a topic for another day)

  19. Its multiverse in my opinion. Judging on your profile picture you can understand this, extinction totally seems like something that could be found through a tear. Similar basis but with very different details. But on the negative side of things they called the woman hooked up to a machine commanding the aliens... Samantha. Seriously?.... I dont know the dlc 3 story at all but yhe dlc 2 was is pretty much based on, if not totally ripped off of zombies. Oh well, at least they tried. At the end of the day extinction got me to purchase ghosts which is the main goal for IW right? So mission accomplished.
  20. @JHock115 come on dont get me in a fireworks based weapob mood.. I have so many XD though mine came from the streets of china during a big festival. Ya know the big fireworks and dragon costume full of people? It was actually a special zombie... Anyway i digress, another firework idea for a gun. Freedom Ringer 1/20 Large blue launcher, with white glowing knobs, and a big cartoony red missile in the barrel. Shoots out with a load hissing sound and upon impact it explodes in a random bright color, killing anything in range. 'MERICA! 2/20 Same as before, though more glowy looking. Each rocket now explodes, then shoots out smaller missiles that drop back down and explode again, finally ending as a big rainbow blast.
  21. Revision on the ray gun-t after giving it some thought...(edits are for nerds XD) Ray Gun-T 10/60 Same design as before, purple rings... But now it only shoots the "ray charges" which burst into purple energy when zombies come in range. They remain once placed indefinently, so they are a great line of defense. Watch out though, if you place 20 mines the 21st shot will cause the 1st to go off. And I think a better explanation on the graphs was in order. Metal is the wrong word to use in retrospect... Its like rock but not... Like a meteorite. Very hard and VERY heavy. (For its size) about 10 pounds. And when screwed onto a gun a rocky spread goes over its surface that makes it look like the same material. So the ray gun becomes rocky and has glowing lines in it. The shapes and lines are more like... Ore in appearance. Actually similar to the blue rock in origins. And jhock, the idea of the map is a research facility. The graphs are devices found in ancient ruins. They think they are alien in nature but spoiler alert! They are not XD their true origin is much more mysterious.....
  22. Thought of this when i was talking about pap attachments with some people, didnt know if i should put it here or there but i decided here. Ray Gun-S Ray Gun-X Ray Gun-L Ray Gun-F Get the ray gun from the box as usual, then find the "graph" of the corresponding letter. Graphs are small metal doughnut shaped objects with a glowing symbol on it. With the ray gun in hand picking up a graph will automatically equip it. To remove the graph and get a standard ray gun, find the pliers item. Ray Gun-S 20/120 Looks like the classic ray gun, although green lines grid all over the gun, looking similar to bo1's digital pap camo. It also has the S Graph screwed onto the barrel. This version of the ray gun ditches splash damage and becomes a very powerful impact weapon. The shots look like a vague cone shape, like the head of a spear almost. And to clarify what I mean by impact damage, the shots are going to hit a zombie like a normal bullet and have no splash. But they do not go through. And before one of you says it, this is nothing like the mark 2. Mark 2 is a laser that pierces. This is a contained impact explosive. Ray Gun-X 20/120 Classic ray gun design again, but red glowing cracks appear all over it. Again the graph is screwed onto the barrel. This version is the opposite of the above. It enhances the splash damage and range dramatically, but the initial shot does almost no damage, and each shot takes up 2 bullets. Ray Gun-T 20/120 Ray gun as usual, purple ripples form on the guns surface. This version is a charge shot. The longer you charge, the bullet count on the clip will decrease digit by digit. Use this to plan what shot will fire. 1-3 bullets- Small purple ray orb that sticks to the first surface it touches. It acts as a land mine, remaining there until a zombie comes within range. It works on walls too, exploding purple electricity on them like a shock charge. 4-10 bullets- Mid sized purple orb that sticks to a surface, then goes off in an explosion after 3 seconds. 11-19 bullets- Large purple orb that explodes on impact. Pretty simple. 20 bullets- Very large orb, sticks to a surface then remains there shocking zombies that stray too close. Lasts for about 10 seconds. And if you couldnt tell already, more bullets = more damage Ray gun-F 10/60 You get it know, same as before plus blue circles of varied size on the gun. The final version is interesting.. The bullet splits into 10 small blue balls that hit zombies, going through them. The balls will bounce off walls and floors, even ceilings. Causing chaos and destruction in their wake. (This one is my personal favorite.. Imagine spraying a whole clip at a train in a tight hallway and watching the little balls bounce around and rip them to shreads!) All of these can be pack a punched, which causes the color to glow brighter then before (and its bright to begin with) and double the ammo capacity.
  23. Eh. I still think if attachment A, is the first thing you randomly get, it should pop out attachments B, C, and D at random before picking A again. Its frustrating to get it swapped between reflex and no attachments 10 times in a row in bo2. Skipping over target finder and acog. And again I agree a large variety needs to appear, and like i said to begin with... If old weapons appear in 2015 zombies then make them double packable.
  24. I like the blood sample! But the randomness is frustrating, and i feel at the very least it should randomize to each attachment before returning to one that has been done before. I have had to pap 15+ timed to get iron sights on the dsr, which is just stupid. And again as i was saying more variety should be implimented, like select fire on the epc wn would have been cool. Or a sniper scope on the mnesia.
