    Man there must be some hard parts to it though like shooting the different wisps let alone upgrading each Bow & then swapping them out during the Keeper ghost step.

     

    Whatever amount of players each game has, is the number required to do each step. Every player has to do the same thing. That's why it's called Co-op Mode. A great feature finally added into the game. Thank you Treyarch!

    I'm just happy that this is one Side Quest I know I'll actually be able to obtain, especially given the fact, I think this is probably the greatest map of all time. 

    If what you said about starting the E.E. early, and being able to access the endless round to upgrade the Bows, and open everything. That should make this quest a whole lot easier on Solo. 

     

    The real pain in the ass on Solo is going to be killing that F*****G giant keeper with Panzer2.0 coming in full force.

    I am on X1 & have not yet played this map. But I was watching some friends stream the EE hunt & they realised what could possibly be done by this mechanic.

    They were on round 4 & realised that they could activate this "endless round" mechanic to help kick start the EE.

    So they tried to collect the DG4 piece straight away. I'm not 100% sure but it's got something to do with pulling the switch at the launch pad. About 15-20 mins later, they were on round 6, with ALL Bows upgraded & nearly everything open & active. I don't know how many kills or points they had, but it would have been alot.

    But, you have to wait until Round 12 for the Panzer to spawn in to collect the piece it drops.

     

    This is the game mechanic that is made to be exploited. It makes the EE steps probably a bit easier so it wont be such a high round with the spawns being so crazy during this quest.

    This makes sense to me, as the people I saw it happen to had it happen on round 12 when the Panzer spawned in & they collected the first piece.

    Then would that make the Keeper in D.E. the entity that Samantha talked about during the Moon Side Quest (Something far worse than you resides in here) the entity she was speaking of?!?!

  5. The "Keepers" I feel are the same as @Tac stated. The "Overlords" the Shadow Man spoke of is the "BAD Faction". That's the way I see it.

    I believe they (The Keepers) are good simply because every time we've encountered them starting with Origins (Im assuming these were also Keepers) they've always tried to "Keep" us from completing whatever objective it is pertaining to that specific map.

  6. I don't have the map yet (XBone unfortunately) but from what I've been told, if or when this happens if you want to end the round immediately, use the Death Ray. Some how this cancels out whatever happens to cause this, although I think this could be pretty useful on Solo.

    As far as the trigger for each of the "Upgrade_Ready" Quotes, I'm pretty sure I've worked them out, as well as stated them somewhere within these forums at some point. Basically it depends on the status of the "Apothicon Egg" when you receive the quote.

    The only one I've never been able to get consecutively is the, "Zoroth Orota" quote. This one I feel as if you need to build the "Apothicon Servant" on a parasite/Elemental Round where Maggie also spawns in. Then head to a ritual site and activate it, upon doing so should result in this quote. You shouldn't have to ever fire/feed the "Apothicon Servant" either, Unlike the other 2 quotes.

    I've seen the animation for the "Cocoon" & to me it looks like the same thing as Widows Wine. The only difference being the red/Brown color mixed in. With that being said, to me it seems like you need a bunch of keepers together, use widows wine and somehow that'll spawn a cocoon.

    I'm not exactly sure but it would make sense being it shoots a red orb once upgraded that's similar to the keepers, and we known that "Arbgwaoth" mean power-up. This immediately makes me think of the Spider Drops from Widows Wine.

     Obviously with the release of Der Eisendrache we now know how important the Keepers really are. Which I believe I've said before, their keepers they keep things, everything in Shadows we acquire from them. Why wouldn't we get the "Cocoon" from one either.

    Me either, I actually kind of prefer going in a map, having a half-assed sense of feeling like I know what I'm doing. If I had a group of people I played with in a regular basis, I would rather NOT know (being I have no access to internet this isn't a possibility). 

    The excitement factor is definitely there, so many ways of traveling, & killing, & killing, & traveling. The map seems huge to me, and it's not quite as tight, has some breathing room.

    *Deleted double post, I don't know why I edited that one, it made this a new one, & saved the other one as well. Odd.

    So some of you may or may NOT know, someone already streamed Der Eisendrache on Twitch (Dont worry no spoilers here). Now I didn't see much at all, maybe 15-20 minutes of gameplay, nothing special, other than the map itself. 

    I honestly believe, once this map is released for XBone, it'll become my favorite map of all time. A few days ago I was hesitant, and in a way "Disappointed". However, I can tell you, I no longer feel this way.

    So visually, I would say "Stunning". The map looks soo good, really it's impressive to say the least. 

    As far as the story is concerned, shits about to get deep, Real deep. I think D.E. will be the "Richest" with the amount of information it holds, from tying "loose ends" where we finally understand some of the questions we've had for a long time.

    As well as expand on the "Keepers" & "Apothicons" we were introduced to in, Shadows of Evil, As they are vital to the story and more importantly, "Primis". (Mind you what I saw, no audio was provided, only the individuals voice conversing with one another.)

    There seems to be a diverse group of enemies we'll be facing, from the Panzer 2.0, HellHounds, Zombies, Keepers (maybe), & god only knows what else. We'll definitely be provided plenty of fun, new, and interesting ways to disperse the hoards.

    From the "Wrath of the Ancients" or the Apothicon Bow, which are very similar to the Origins Staves & can be Upgraded. To The Ragnarok DG-4, which could also be the Gravity Spikes. 

    We've also seen a fair few amount of Traps, from a "Tesla Coil" a F*****G "Death Ray", "Trap Doors", & this is only what they've shown.

    50% bigger than the Giant, aye. Too bad that didn't include the Verticality we see here, the map looks huge, with some nice open areas. Doesn't seem to be a cluster f**k of narrow alleyways we never use. Nevertheless we will soon find out.

    In traversing a map of this size & Nature, they didn't leave it up to only using our feet to get around. We've seen a "Gondola", although it's unclear wether or not we can actually use this outside of starting the map. 

    They've also shown us the WunderSphere, similar to the Bounce Pads on Moon. There's also an achievement linked to using all of them twice, "Fling me To the Moon."

    Well guys, this is my honest opinion, where not even a week or so ago, I was less than thrilled about, Der Eisendrache even disappointed. After seeing the Achievement/Trophies list and a tiny bit of gameplay, I'm stoked, haven't been this excited in a long time.

    I wanted to go ahead & add this to the O.P. as I feel its fairly important overall, I mainly wanted to show off the depth of detail.

    During Origins, we are introduced to the "Hall of Ancestors" which contains within it, Giant Stone Statues of our beloved O4. 

    Der Eisendrache, being heavily influenced by Origins, appears to house another one of these "Hall of Ancestors", which will more than likely play a Vital role in the Main Quest, "My Brothers Keeper".

    I want to focus on the amount of effort and detail that went into this area, as well as the rest of the map. Also before I forget, did I mention that things were about to get Deep?

    Let's take a look shall we....

    Yea, I was talking more along the sides of the Box, looks similar to the sides of an Altar from shadows. It also seems to be taller. 

    However, you are more than likely correct. It would've been cool to see them continue with the Box fitting the overall theme of the map.

    Wow, definitely sounds intriguing. Could Richtofen have a brother? Or is this referring to another Richtofen from a different dimension? "The one must be erased" seems to imply the latter. 

    I was thinking along the lines of Dempsey. This would also explain the "Change in Appearance" on the Promotional Poster.

    • Fixed rare issue where Players were unable to start an Easter Egg if they obtained a specific gun.

    Now I find this one interesting, which E.E. is it talking about.

    • Increased visibility of “Lil’Arnie” bottle.

    What does this even mean, does it still have that "Glow" that was added.

    • Fixed issue where Players could exploit Margwas from spawning in for the rest of the game.

    Got to admit, even if the Apothicon Servant Quests are available now,  seeing this kind of dampens that feeling, I wish they would update the rate in which they spawn in the.Higher Rounds.

    • Dead Ops Arcade 2 is now accessible from the Main Menu (BONUS).

    This is awesome, so glad they added it, I've noticed a lack of DoA II compared to the Original, I think this was one of the main reasons

    Haha, wow. If you had all 24 Zombies in a tight group, Blast Furnace would kill them all. It's funny how they "Fix" everything that's "Fun" in a map, yet they wait 2 months for the Wunder Weapon upgrade, while laughing at us for being F*****G idiots, searching for something that wasn't even there to begin with. 

    Other stuff, like I don't know, "Glitches" they could care less about half the time, some of which never get fixed (I'm talking to you single window spawn in Der Reise, Der Reise 2.0, & The Giant).

    Really it blows my mind.

    @Stop Mocking Me0 for "No-one left Standing" change Machine Gun to MiniGun....unless this was done on purpose.

    Now I'm not sure about you guys, but I swear I've seen that name Ragnarok in Shadows of Evil. Possibly in the PaP area, can't remember exactly, that word looks so familiar. 

    Regardless, after seeing this. I can say I'm officially lit. Definitely sounds like it's going to be dope as f***.

  16. Well see on current gen once you hit the Box, big ass "Ol' Fisty" is hard to miss when the weapons are cycling. Whenever, whatever, happens that (we) may or may not be doing. When the Box cycles through the weapons I see air (nothing) instead of "Ol' Fisty", and in the cases where I should technically be getting it back from the Box, It'll just appear as (air) then quickly it changes to the Teddy. This resulting in the Box moving.

    Man this map, will drive you NUCKING FUTS. Seriously though, the other night while playing when I acquired the "Arch-Ovum" I checked the Halos and none of them were glowing (keeper symbols coming up out of them).

    Have you ever thought about why it is, the Keeper appears with the  Arch-Ovum, then once we "Accept" it, they don't disappear. Only once we've actually began the process of breaking it open, they finally leave.

    Like why is that, almost makes it seem as if we actually need to do something once we "Accept" the Arch-Ovum but before we place it for the first time, as this is the closest thing to a "Cocoon". Then if we were to actually find the "Cocoon" & hang it, I guarantee you on the final halo, resulting in the Arch-Ovum breaking completely, would be the point where the Upgrade_Complete takes place.

    I mean look at it, they're almost identical in the way they look (obviously not the size) but the shape, color, & texture....
