DieRise= rise of the dead? Prolouge to Green Run possibility?

Highrise was a MW2 map, i think. Regardless, what the f*uck is die rise. Could a prolouge to Green Run? When Earth got nuked and overrun? Someone needs to look into this. On another note, it's not like Treyarch to be releasing gun(s) with DLC. More of a DICE thing.. looking forward to seeing more of this, because more SMG= Good Sh*t.

Hmm... that wouldn't be fair towards players without DLC.. I had my speculations about this myself, but it wouldn't make sense that one player would be able to access an area others could not. If they pull it off, great, but most likely they wont. I, myself, am looking forward to map reminiscent of the classic maps.

Haha, sorry I was in a hurry and rushed my post. What I meant to ask was: Why so much russian? I understand the whole "government facility" and all, but why would an American government installation have any russian whatsoever? Wasn't "Green Run" project initiated during the cold war? I feel this is important somehow.

I know we all stapled into our heads that Green Run = Hanford. But, why is there Russian EVERYWHERE on the map? The tunnel, the diner, the farm, all have russiian writing somewhere in them. Why have all that writing? It's all small stuff, but still...

I'm lovin the ideas but keep in mind, the more open a map is the less challenging it becomes, i.e. Green Run.

When the bus is EMP'd on the bridge, it doesn't stop moving until after the bridge is crossed.

I personally believe that the navcard should not be picked up until after the navcard table is built, which should be done after a side for ToB is picked and completed (all in the same game). Think about it, why put the navcard there if nothing is supposed to be done with it? Maybe, just maybe, only one person is supposed collect it AFTER ToB instead of eveyone picking it up in solo. I think we may have glitched the EE. My team and I are currently trying this out (made new PS3 accounts). I can update if anything happens. Would suck for XBOX users if this turns out to be true.

Like I said, we don't know what happened to cause this. We turned the power on at round 1, and waited for the Avogardo to spawn in, so we could test out a theory that maybe he can unlock the trains with his attack. We became overwhelmed and ran to farm, leaving the Avogardo alive and presumably gone. At farm we started playing around with the TV, finding nothing of interest, we moved unto Natch, and thats all we did up to that point. Also tried putting the electric trap around the trains, but I feel that that is irrelevant. What I'm interested in though, is the whispers . EDIT: Forgot to mention, we had 4 people playing. I had Richtofen done. The one who posted on Activision had Maxis done, as well asthe guy who knifed the " help door", and one who had neither completed.

Our team was playing around in natch looking for anything really, when my friend discovered something. After knifing the "help" door mulpitiple times, a man fraily said ," Help me, please". We attempted to get the man to speak again for a few hours, but with no luck. Upon reviewing the game in theatre mode, the man was not audible. We attempted to recreate the scenario, but with no results. After a while my friend picked up on something else: whispers. Upon turnin the bass all the way down, my treble all the way up, and my volume very high, I started to hear them too. We attempted to find the source, but could not. The whispers seemed to be strongest when in front of the window besides the stairs, overlooking the back. The whispers seem to be coming from multiple people. The words were not very clear to me, but my friend seemed to be able to decipher them. Me and my team each got a purple sparkle weapon from the box (fal, ray gun, kap 40, type 25). We packapunched the guns and shot at the red sparle traffic light until we had no ammo. We then tried again after we empd the bus under the light. i got a red sparkle rpg and tried again. All the attempts resulted in nothing. I have richtofens side complete, while the other 3 all had maxis complete. NOTE: i was the only one able to see the traffic light sparkles. i was russman.

Back to an old theory... x-ray = mms, while infared = thermal. Maybe 3 guns need to be obtained by multiple people : PaP 5'7's, mtar, and dsr?

Theres no way Moon occured in the 60's, due to the fact that Call of the Dead took place in 2011. Hm, but then again the Origianal 4 were jumping all over the place timewise... and we are following their story. I don't know if I have any right to rant, but bear with me while I throw some ideas out there. When watching movies about time travel, the protaganist(s) can jump between future and past, and consequences are not shown until later. So it is possible the O4 did go to 2011 and then back to the 60's. I say this because the technology in Green Run is very dated as well as the vehicles, so it would be very strange if it took place in modern times. This brings me to my question: when the uncovered tv transmissions are played, Maxis states that he has been looking for survivors for decades. Could it be that the US has been in the conditions shown in Green Run (as if it was hit recently) for so long that it truly is modern or even near future times (hence the 2025 weapons)? But if humanity has been living in such conditions there could not have been any technology advancements. Could it be that all the time travelling the O4 did, there could have been a dimensional tear, and the box could be the link between these multiple dimensions? Hm, maybe I'm overthinking it, but I would love to hear what you guys think.
