  1. Well damn, that would have been a good find. The only trick with quick revive that I know is on Ascension solo. When you use QR for the third time, obviously the machine disappears so the monkeys can't touch it. Haven't had a QR drop after that come to think of it.
  2. http://www.ps3trophies.org/news/news-70 ... -Mode.html Here you go. I hope this is new and not been posted already, not got the time to check.
  3. I wouldn't say everyone... In all honesty I'm perfectly happy with the maps so far, but I'm not against the possibility. Just so long as it doesn't take up too much space, I'd rather they used it on the story they want to tell.
  4. If (when?) they make a new game, I hope they start from scratch. MW2 was the first IW game I played, and I did like it. I even liked the multiplayer. Not a scratch on WAW or Black Ops imo, but still enjoyable. The only thing I didn't like was the campaign because it seemed kind of plain. But still worth the £20 I paid. Stupidly enough, my mates talked me into getting MW3, we even went to the midnight launch. I paid £45 for this one, and it hasn't given me a third of the fun MW2 has, or even a 1/50th of what black ops gave me. Seriously flawed online and completed the campaign on Veteran, collected all intel AND got all of the singleplayer trophies in less than 6 HOURS. I know CoD games aren't going to be the length of a Final Fantasy game or something like Skyrim, but damn, that was ridiculous. The only reason I ever play it is when one of my old mates is on, because we don't get the chance to see each other in person, so we have a few games and a chat. Apart from that I honestly think it's more usefull as a coaster on the table. If they don't start from scratch, I feel like they're just building on unstable groundwork. It's going to collapse eventually. I know a lot of people that hate the game now (when it came out over half of my friends played it, after a month literally no one on my list plays it except one. And even that's only once or twice a month). Bring on Black Ops II, Treyarch have never disappointed me (at least not yet) and they actually put thought and innovation into their games. Black ops gave us a bigger and better, more in depth zombie experience, combat training, playercards and customisation of emblems, more emphasis on skill (multiplayer, no ridiculously OP weapons, no half map knife lunging and no constant noob tube spam), even the computer terminal is brilliant. Black Ops II sounds like a completely new way to play (regarding the interviews on youtube, unsure if spoilers/leaks so I won't mention or link the info), zombies will be even bigger and they've really been digging into real life tech to make their game as realistic as possible (even if unlikely). Long live Treyarch!
  5. What if the female is future sam back in her own body somehow? Or possessing a different body? Whose? And if Sams soul is in her body she must have aged quite a bit. I think it's more likely to be a different character (such as Five/COTD type thing). Someone else mentioned her cap says 1221, which are mirrored numbers, parallel timeline? Random military group? Date the map which involves said woman is released as DLC?
  6. Soooo...................... What happened? Did they screw up the sync? I doubt the seperate timers mean anything. I don't think it was for the photo (of Woods/?/) to clear up, because it said it was for the worldwide premiere. Anybody know what's going on?
  7. Just over 600 in the UK. So, about 10 minutes-ish. Fingers crossed for some zombie mayhem! :D
  8. Glad you made this thread, I always manage to get mixed up with stuff like this. I don't know why but I just can't grasp it Always midnight for the UK... Anyway, thanks! :)
  9. It looks like a watch strap to me, with the clock face on the inside of his wrist. And they look like veteran medals to me too.
  10. Interesting wrist bracer/armor? Can anybody make anything out of the patch on his arm?
  11. I was waiting for the: ''No, it's true! My dad/uncle/friend/pet horse works at treyarch!!11!1''
  12. Brilliant I'm in the wrong side of engineering I'd love to work on stuff like that. So do we know when Black Ops 2 is? Is it a future game with flashbacks? A past game with futuristic tech? I'm getting a bit lost in all of these ideas. I doubt we'll be using a railgun, and I still think it's from a drone, but it would be awesome (especially in zombies! )
  13. My bad, should have left that in I guess haha. I was actually hoping someone would prove me wrong and tell me that they exist and are used today The only problem with a railgun is that it's extremely powerful. If you shot someone there'd be nothing left but a few pieces of hair and maybe a tooth lol. Not exactly stealthy tbh. I reckon it would only be practical if you're up against a seriously armored vehicle, but even then I feel it's stepping waaay too close to Metal Gear territory.
  14. I don't want it to seem like I'm bashing your idea, but 'railgun' keeps cropping up. Do you mean what I think you mean (as if in THE railgun? i.e. Metal Gear Solid/Transformers 2 type railgun)? Bad examples I know  The last I heard of a railgun in real life, the one time they test fired it, it ripped itself to pieces, tore loose from its mounting and that was after just one shot. I could be wrong (either I have the wrong info or it has been improved since then). Please feel free to correct me, as I said, It has been a while since I looked into it/heard anything about it. Although, I suppose with it being Black Ops, they could be using a perfected version. I still believe it's from a drone though, quite possibly from an aircraft as MrRoflWaffles suggested. However, the background does look like camo to me, so I think it's more likely a ground drone. Unless we're viewing the underside of the aircraft?
  15. I doubt it's a handheld weapon, it looks more like one of the drone type weapons. I think that's quite likely. We've already seen the quadrotor weapon, seems like we're going to be controlling quite a few machines this time around

Recently just joined up, but I've been lurking round these parts for quite a while. I know most people don't read these, but I want to thank everybody who puts time and effort into all of the research and theory's on here, as well as finding all of the EE info. It's what brought me here and it's what makes me want to stay. Keep it up Bout me? Engineer, biker, heavy metal/blues lover, musician, gamer, and rather partial to a nice glass (bottle) of whiskey. Can't wait for the new game and to go hunting with you!
  18. The only thing I'm hoping for is a host migration system. I despise the fact that someone can throw a fit at high rounds cause you didn't (or couldn't) revive them, and rage quit ending the game. The one that bothered me the most was when I was doing the Shangri-La EE, two steps away from completing it and one guy (who complained for at least ten minutes because he didn't get the JGb) just said ''I'm bored now see you later''. -Host ended game- I raged so much haha I really hope they fix this instead of messing around with perks. Although I do like the Idea of being able to PaP your weapon more than once (5000 PaP, 50000 PaPx2?)
  19. How do. Any possibility TACITUS has anything to do with static? (couldn't think of anything else when I was rearranging the letters, and I'm far too tired to think) Only thought I'd mention it because the windows on the COD website aren't stationary, they have rolling static. Yes, it is a wild stab in the dark but you never know. Or they could be the initials for a common phrase (-Touch A Car It Tastes Unusually Soapy- or something, but I hope you get the idea, perhaps rearranging the letters again for a different phrase -Since I Thought The Cats Are Undone- These make no sense, but maybe somebody can twist it into something useful). One other thought is changing the letters to numbers, see if they coincide with certain dates, perhaps the dates of an eclipse seeing as it is mentioned so often. Maybe the numbers become a code, similar to the code in Black Ops (and maybe there are more words to come soon to alter/add to it). I remember reading that somebody figured it out, but I can't remember where I read it. Apologies for rambling on, this isn't how I wanted my first post to be (have been 'lurking' on here for over a year now, honestly don't know why I've only just joined up). Absolutely knackered and I know my post might not make much sense, all I can hope for is that it might stir up an idea that clicks for someone else. Night all, good hunting.
