  1. I personally hate the endings idea but like the thought of tunguska, finally zombies would have an uncaged feel to it.
  2. I don't think you get it, the zombie would move FASTER when near a sprinting player making it hard to get away but easier to run backwards and shoot.
  3. Yeah the monks could knock you back and you land prone, how bout the faster the players beat the wave the more time they get at port. Also the monks would arrive as 10% of the wave (1 in 10 zombies is a monk) and they would have half health to avoid being a "chase" character like George or astronaut.
  4. Yeah, I don't have call of the dead but from everyone else in my group I heard Romero ruined it. The astronaut zombie also takes ALOT away from moon.
  5. Meaning port of undeath, our 4 lovable characters would start out on a boat that is medium-large size (more than enough room to fight on. It would have 4 floors to the boat: Cabin: Below the deck, where there are sleeping cabanas where zombies can get tangled somtimes, there is an m1911 ammo plot down here and not much else. Deck: The poopdeck of the ship would be spacious enough to fight a large horde of zombies on, the "building" part of the ship has stairs that lead down to the cabin or up to the supply, one more important thing is this floor has the dock next to it. (more on that later) Supply: Above the deck would be the supply, you can barricade the stairs up or down to halt the zombies but more than 1 zombie can attack the barrier at once. It has a Japanese grenade wall plot. (same effect as stintlehandgranate). There are also stairs that lead to the bridge. Bridge: The command center is a final stand place that has a window you can safely dolphin dive out of and the lever to end the round (see mechanics), that's it besides stairs leading down to the supply. MECHANICS Ok, here's how the map works: Every wave zombies continually spawn and climb up onto the deck of the boat, instead of reserve zombies they would infinitely come like no man's land. After 30 seconds have passed someone can pull the lever on the bridge of the boat to end the wave, the night rapidly turns to day in a matter of seconds and a dock rises beside the boat leading to the port. Here's the catch: the players can spend half as much time afterwards preparing for the next round as they did fighting, the minimum being 15 seconds. The players then enter the port through the dock and the port would take about a minute of continuous sprinting to reach the end. The port would be themed like a pre ww2 rural Asian city with peasants walking and pushing wheelbarrows through the streets. Weapons, perks and the mystery box would be scattered throughout the city forcing the players to find them and adding a sense of urgency to the game. Every perk, melee weapon and gun in the game excluding wonder weapons (not to sound like one of those every perk on nacht de untoten guys) the box would be VERY well hidden on the map, reappearing in a random position every different "day". The farther you go in the city the better the weapons and perks on sale are (speed cola and LMG's near the end). The pack a punch machine is at the end in a monastery filled with monks (a VERY bad place to be at night). Every player starts out with 5000 points and 15 bonus seconds (only after round 1) to shop. TIMING Players must learn to manage their time well because the port is a very bad place to be at night. As soon as the timer hits zero there will be a flash of lightning, blinding the players for a second. When they can see again it has become night and the dock lowers into the water making travel impossible between the two locations. PORT AT NIGHT As you probbably suspected the port is extremely dangerous at night, all the peasants turn into invincible zombies that prowl the streets looking for a tasty soldier to devour, as a person stuck there you must remain out of sight of the zombies walking around as they can down you in 1 hit. Weapons and perks can be bought during the night although the perk jingle might give you away to a few less than kind prowlers. When daybreak comes the dock raises out of the water allowing the players to regroup. If all people are in the port when the timer runs dry one unlucky player will be transported to the bridge during the blinding lightning bolt, if all the players on the boat die then it's an automatic game over for everyone. The special zombie for the map would be monks who lunge at you and force you to press a button prompt or be downed.
  6. Well, bloodbath would keep you going in a knife streak and maybe curveball could make frags explode upon impact. As for duelist yeah, I didn't really think that one through very well... Actually if only you knocked people over in rage then it would be pretty balanced and with juggernog and duelist it would take 3 hits to kill you. I got some new perks for you to taste though: Money farmer Taste: Watermellon and manure You would get +10% points for every action you do, it would cost 5000 and have to be bought early on in the game to payoff later possible crippling them by starving them of points. The theme would be bluegrass Relaxitave Taste: Blueberry Zombies in a 3 foot radius around you would move the same ratio as you would normally. Ok, let's say you're prone, the zombies would only move at a ratio of zombie to player, let's say a walking guy moves at speed 10 while a zombie moves at speed 6. When crouching the player moves at speed 5, that means the zombie would move at speed 3. If the player went prone however and halved his speed the zombies speed would be 1.5. Following me? This also works while sprinting effectivealy making the zombies faster and as fast as they normally would be to you. This odd perk can be used to slow down the horde allowing for teammates to make a getaway or lead zombies away faster. This perk makes it impossible for zombies to catch you until you hit a corner, also if zombies ever become faster than you than you're pretty much screwed since zombies will always move faster than you if you get near. It's jingle would be Regae the price? 8000 points. Double tap and dead shot are'nt the only sodas with themes y'know.

    Hi there

Yeah, I just got on the forum because I recently started playing zombies competitively and found myself salivating at the news there would be BO2. I've been playing cod since CoD2. I sorta took a break and started up at MW2, that's right I missed WaW so I'm pretty inexperienced at zombies. I don't really know the forum or how it works so could someone tell me how to get headers above you're avatar (Dempsey, survivor, ect...) and what brains are or even what zombiefication meter does because... Thanks -Alter
  8. I say leave the goddam Easter egg to the devs
  9. Most of the ideas were great, I'd like to see the Luger and the WA2000 from MW2 in it. Akimbo is a horrible idea, just picture two mg42's and you're halfway there. Giant maps are always welcome if they don't force you to do all this crap like on moon. Host migration will (99.9% sure) be in the sequel because it's standard now. Voting is a very good idea AND era selection too, character selection or customization would be nice.
  10. WTF, that's not a bad idea, it's a random one. WHY WOULD THERE BE ZOMBIES ON THE TITANIC?!?! Although they could be the reason the ship sunk in the first place, the iceberg could've been a coverup. A 395 scientist could've brought traces of 115 onboard. You could also be forced to travel underwater on the lower, submerged decks to get to perks, weapons, or the box. RETURN OF PES?!??! ONLY TIME WILL TELL! The more I think about the idea, the better it looks. So I'm gonna rephrase my quote, it's not random, it's unorthodox. Brains for you, if I only knew how to give them...
  11. YESS!!! The main reason people play der riese is that 1) it's big 2) pack a punch machine 3) relatively easy If they added PaP to Nacht de Untoten it would be the only map I would play. You would have to be able to switch back to classic mode without all the perks and PaP to satisfy everyone. :D
  12. Quad-shot Flavor: Grape Every weapon that fires in 3 round bursts would fire four instead, a very powerful perk indeed when coupled with double tap. It's jingle would be rap. Price: 2000 Duelist Brew Flavor: Caramel You would dish out twice as much damage and run 1.5x as fast, the downside is you would have half as much ammo, get half as much points and not benefit from max ammo. Double points would allow you to get points as normal as long as its active. You would also have half as much health so you would die in one hit without Juggernog. Zombies also run at twice the speed. This would essentially put the game into hardcore for you. The jingle would be Arabian music. Price: 1500 (would always be in starting room)
  13. I like Der Riese because it's complicated, but not too complicated. Moon on the other hand is soo big and so screwed up its hard to keep track of everything.
  14. I can see what you mean, when I first ripped open the packaging for the game I had a friend over and we went straight to village thinking you could go in every building. When the PMC logo first came up we had a good laugh and it was done, I never really looked back. Also I'm pretty sure freemasons wouldn't lower themselves to fighting the local milita in banditos costumes. And also I think PMC stands for Private Military Corporation (or company). In this sense they're not really cannon because I think infinity ward meant for them to be a generic team or concept because they couldn't find anyone else to fight the militia.
  15. Well, I liked the slip and slide idea, how bout in addition to all those things you said you automatically get up after you dive and you can shoot while sliding, I never understood why you can't shoot and dive simeltaniously. I also have a few more ideas: Bloodbath Flavor: Cherry You would regain health if you were splashed with blood, the blood would be absorbed into you're skin. The more blood you absorb the more health you get. Also from time to time while knifing you preform a gruesome finishing move and knock all the zombies around you back save the unfortunate victim. The finisher could be like tearing the zombie's throat out with your teeth or ripping his heart out temple of doom style and eating it. The jingle would be heavy metal. Price: 4000 Frenzy Flavor: Orange Drink As you kill more zombies and take more hits you're knifing would get faster and throw the zombies back after a knife (with gradually increasing distances). Eventually you would go berserk and run at 3x the speed, knife at 5x the rate and the screen could have inverted colors. It would only last for 10 seconds or so. Going into water or having steam blasted at you would reset your rage progress and so would getting downed. The challenge with this perk would be knifing at the round you could afford it would be incredibly hard and you could hurt your teammates while in rage. Your screen would be obscured so you can't tell friend from foe too. The jingle would be like the theme to an anime cartoon paying homage to DBZ upon like this perk is so much like. Price: 6000 Curveball Flavor: Salty like popcorn and peanuts You're thrown weapons would curve like boomerangs (mostly right at the zombies) and do damage upon impact, throwing knives (or tomahawks) would be insta-kills. The impact damage also applies to grenades, the damage would be measured by proximity, this could also make you throw great distances too. The jingle would be like Take Me Out To The Ball Game Price: 2500 If I stole any ideas unintentionally I'm sorry, it's getting late and I don't have time to browse, I'll post MOAR in the MOARning
  16. WAIT WAIT WAIT, we're talking about climbing when there's so much more wrong with the game, how about: -Cod ELITE -Horrible online community -Messed up perks -Those goddam sniper rifles -The worst maps I've ever seen -The 2nd least caring customer support -The ridiculously unbalanced weapons That was just to name a few, but it never actually dawned on me about the height factor until now.
