The game features the same gameplay mechanics as its predecessor, with players fighting off waves of zombies as they try to survive for as long as possible. The game also includes a new storyline set in a Cold War-era Pentagon, with the characters from the original Zombies mode returning to fight off the undead.
The game allows for up to four players to play together via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and also includes a single-player mode with a new leaderboard system to track high scores.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – Zombies received mixed reviews upon release, with critics praising the game's addictive gameplay and multiplayer functionality, but criticizing the graphics and lack of content compared to the console versions of the game. Despite this, the game was a commercial success, with over a million downloads in its first week of release.
The games in this series are primarily first-person shooters that simulate real-world combat scenarios, with a heavy emphasis on multiplayer gameplay. Call of Duty has become one of the most successful and popular video game franchises in history, with millions of copies sold and numerous accolades and awards.
Each Call of Duty game typically has a different setting and storyline, ranging from World War II to present day and beyond. The CG animation and motion capture company Nintendo Pictures, formerly known as Dynamo Pictures, has been revealed to have worked on Sony's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. VGC spotted the company's name in the Death Stranding 2 credits. While it might seem surprising to see a Nintendo-owned company work on a PlayStation game, it's not totally unexpected. Prior to Nintendo's acquisition of Dynamo in 2022 and re-branding to Nintendo Pictures, the company worked on the original Death Stranding. Since 2022, Nintendo Pictures' work on game projects has focused on Nintendo games, including Super Mario Bros. Wonder and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. But it's possible the work Nintendo Pictures did on Death Stranding 2 was done prior to Nintendo's buyout, or that a previous contract was in place to allow the company to work on Death Stranding 2 even as a company owned by Nintendo. Another theory is that Nintendo Pictures' work beyond games is allowed to go forward for animation projects. After all, Nintendo Pictures did work for the Pretty Cure anime from Toei Animation following Nintendo's buyout of the company. In any event, this isn't the first time Sony and Nintendo will work together, as the two companies are partnered up for the live-action The Legend of Zelda movie. Sony Pictures and Nintendo are co-financing the movie, which was recently delayed a bit. As for Death Stranding 2, it's available now for people who pay more, while the standard edition unlocks on June 26. GameSpot's Death Stranding 2 review scored the game a 7/10. Summary Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced comes to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Game Pass, Steam, and, for the first time, PlayStation 5 on August 12. This updated version includes graphical and gameplay additions, as well as an enhanced Photo Mode and developer commentary. August 12 will also see the game become Steam Deck Verified.
We’re happy to announce that Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced will arrive on August 12 as a free update for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Steam. A PlayStation 5 version will be released on the same day – players can purchase the Standard Edition for $49.99, which includes the award-winning Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II complete with new features to enhance your gameplay experience. We are also offering a Deluxe Edition at $69.99 which, as well as the base game, includes Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice optimized for PlayStation 5.
This edition also includes the Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Original Soundtrack, so we think it’s a great value package for those of you who are new to the franchise on PlayStation. For those of you who already own the PlayStation 4 release of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, you can upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version for free.
But what does this new version of the game include?
Performance Mode
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is a cinematic experience of immersion where we push real-time visuals to deliver rich, believable environments and characters to sink you deep into Senua’s story. Now, with Performance Mode, we’re excited to give you the option to experience gameplay at 60 FPS. The result is smoother gameplay, especially noticeable during combat and fast-moving moments of the game. On PC, where you’ve had more flexibility with performance based on your personal hardware, we’re now offering a ‘Very High’ preset to push that fidelity even further. The team has also been hard at work optimizing the game for Steam Deck, so when this update lands, the game will be Steam Deck Verified for the first time. The Dark Rot Returns
The Dark Rot from Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has returned and offers an additional challenge for Senua on her quest to Iceland in this optional game mode. The Dark Rot will grow each time you fail, and if it reaches Senua’s head, her quest is over and all progress will be lost. Do you think you’re up to the challenge?
Enhanced Photo Mode
