 Plaintext:

Spoiler

"After failed attempts of creating a working model for the Thrustodyne Aeronautic Program, Broken Arrow has directed my attention to weaponizing my newest model Twenty Two engine. Yes, you heard me. They want to weaponize a jet engine. Not many things here have made me question both the sanity of my superiors as well as my own, but I digress. The engine was designed from lightweight materials, so with the right parts we might just be able to make this work."

Solution:

Spoiler

Vigenere cipher with key= "itsback"

@clueless
That first cipher was fine if it was for the community, it's just was more medium-hard than medium-easy. And perhaps it's better if you'll do medium-hard, for the sake of challenge and practice.
