I wanted to have a discussion about whether or not the motd crew will make an appearance in the new cod zombies comic book, it really makes me wonder

Tranzit crew was mentioned as the main cast for the comic book so the chances are slim, but you never know. :)

"On his quest to secure an ancient artifact known as The Kronorium, Doctor Edward Richtofen enlists the help of The Tranzit Crew, a rag tag group of survivors last seen in the Black Ops II Zombies installment Buried. On a deeply unstable and fractured future Earth, Stuhlinger, Misty, Russman, and Marlton battle for survival against the undead horde, as they slowly uncover the truth behind Richtofen’s mysterious reappearance. The Call of Duty: Zombies miniseries follows these characters’ perilous journey of discovery, filling in crucial pieces of the larger Zombies story."

This is the description of the comic from Dark Horse Comics (where the comic is being published). It does specifically state that the characters will be Richtofen, Stulinger, Misty, Russman and Marlton. However, it is about his quest for the Kronorium, which does involve the retrieving of the Mob of the Dead characters' blood.

Who knows. It does mention it will fill in the blanks. Remember, it isn't just one comic. There will be 6 of them. That's a lot of room to explain the train wreck that is Black Ops 2's zombie story.
