2 day long red instakill

Hey codz . Two days ago I was playing tranzit and I on round 4 the first instakill of the game was a red one. I was skeptical and expected this to be a one off anomaly, but this carried on for two days. As far as I knew red instakills only lasted for one instakill period. Am I mistaken or was this a super red instakill??

I had this happened to me on Die Rise.

Once you unlock red one, the only way you lose it is if you take a hit during an insta-kill. So lets say you have red one on and it disappears after 5 seconds and you get hit during white insta-kill you lose it. If you don't take any hits then you will never lose it and will see it every time you get an insta-kill.

every persistent perk is taken away by not doing the general action that is done to receive it.

steel barriers: not repairing in a round

insta kill: not taking damage

cash back: not going prone after buying perks

carpenter pro: not killing zombies behind barriers before the 200 points

those are just some examples.
