I think (this is just a theory) that or somehow we can build wounder waffle or thundergun (that I know is in the game :3) or if we follow richtofen side we can get for reward the wounder waffle and maxis the thundergun (because they are the respective constructors of these weapons)... this is just my theory

Project Thunder is nearing completion. My staff has assured me that the remaining limitations of the effective range and power cells will be solved within the next few months.

Hate to break it to all of you, but the game files contain cached data from the game engine. This means that all the WAW and BOI weapons ARE stored in the BO2 files, but are 100% unusable in there current form.

There's no ACTUAL PhD Flopper integrated along those lines, so there's no way you can get it as an actual reward.
