I don't think there should be a limit. I get mod complaints everytime I play WaW, but I don't have a mod. You can make yourself shoot faster by using your middle finger to shoot. It does take some practice but after a while it helps a lot.

i got banned from my favorite and only cod4 server becuase they thought i was modding, it wasnt even taht fast, they cudnt accept the fact theat they werent the best at something.

MAKE SO THERE IS A LIMIT TO HOW FAST A GUN SHOOTS IN BLACK OPS!!! if there isnt a limit black ops will no doubt be a fail because modded controllers are getting more and more popular!
