I ran the sound file through what is called a "spectrograph". What this does is creates a visual picture from the sound waves. Usually, you're just going to get a bunch of wavy lines. This file creates an actual image (as I suspected); What does it mean? Okay, Found the Billboard. Yes its been brought up a lot Here. So Dog, you said Find it. So I did. To find it yourself, just run through the mist from the Diner heading to the Farm but stay on the Far Right. You come to the Sign. I do find it odd how you can go all away around the Billboard and the Ladder behind the post is at ground level, but you CAN'T Climb It. So unless I'm supposed to be looking at something, I don't see how this has anything to do with Anything in Green Run.
