I'm not sure, but I HEARD this happens in MP when you spawn in the exact same spot as another player. Hope that helps!

Not sure if I have to do this but: THIS POST HAS SPOILER(s) The campaign was great. It's kind of like a movie, no one really likes watching the cool guys and heroes die. Reznov should have escaped, Woods should've chucked the guy out the window and Dimitri should have been in the same room with Reznov. Oh wait, just found out Woods is alive... nvm. But he still should have chucked him out the window or something, just sayin'.

This. I think it's okay to have those types of playercards, but it's just nasty IMO. You should expect mature content if you're playing a mature game. And if you are old enough, your parents shouldn't go ape over it. Lol, I saw the nasty playercards coming right when they announced it.
