  • Is Sony Working On The PS4K?

    Hells Warrrior

The Rumour mill has it that Sony is working on a 4K- version of the PS4 with increased GPU to give in game visuals a boost and will also help the PS VR

Known as the "PS4.5" or "PS4K", developers told Kotaku that the device would feature an improved graphical processing unit (GPU), which would give in-game visuals a boost.

The increased processing power would also let it display games at 4K resolution.

It's worth taking this with a pinch of salt at the moment and it's unlikely to be released this year "if at all" with sources saying it's "exploratory" according to Kotaku.  Sony certainly isn't talking about it publicly, although there's murmurs of hush hush meetings.

Amidst the dark and eerie night
A choice to make – to run or fight?
      The undead horde approaches fast
Armed with weapons, till the very last
In Call of Duty: World at War - Zombies
The battle for survival never ceases
A test of skill, courage and wits
As waves of zombies just never quits
Blood-soaked grounds and a burning sky
The stakes are high, the danger nigh
But in this game, we rise above
To conquer the undead with brute, tough love
With finger on the trigger and heart in hand
We face the terror, and take a stand
For in this game, we live or die
With Call of Duty: World at War - Zombies, we must survive.

and later released worldwide on December 14, 2011.
The game features the same gameplay mechanics as its predecessor, with players fighting off waves of zombies as they try to survive for as long as possible. The game also includes a new storyline set in a Cold War-era Pentagon, with the characters from the original Zombies mode returning to fight off the undead.
The game allows for up to four players to play together via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and also includes a single-player mode with a new leaderboard system to track high scores.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – Zombies received mixed reviews upon release, with critics praising the game's addictive gameplay and multiplayer functionality, but criticizing the graphics and lack of content compared to the console versions of the game. Despite this, the game was a commercial success, with over a million downloads in its first week of release.

    • Exciting news, a new Elder Scrolls game is now available. No, not that one. Or that one. We're talking about the board game, The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era. The game is designed for 1-4 players who create their own custom hero and embark on an open-ended adventure filled with quests, monsters, and loot--just like in The Elder Scrolls video games. The game launched earlier this year, but it's already racked up strong critic and audience reviews. If you're interested in checking out this new, analog Elder Scrolls adventure, you can pick up The Elder Scrolls: The Betrayal of the Second Era for $225 at Amazon. The box comes with everything you need to play, including dice, play tokens, cards, character sheets, overland map boards, a set of modular hexagon exploration tiles, a rulebook, province quest books, and more. However, it's worth noting that The Elder Scrolls: The Betrayal of the Second Era Board Game already has an expansion set, Valenwood, which adds the titular province as an explorable region, new encounters, new character classes, and more. It was originally offered as a perk for those who pledged a higher amount to The Betrayal of the Second Era's crowdfunding campaign, but a commercial release seem to be coming soon as it's listed at Amazon, but currently unavailable. It's worth keeping an eye on the listing in case it launches soon. The Elder Scrolls: The Betrayal of the Second Era Board GameThis isn't the first time The Elder Scrolls has been adapted into a sprawling roleplaying board game. There's also The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - The Adventure Game--yes, that's right, there's yet another port of Skyrim out there. There's even a free-roam mode if you just want to explore Skyrim on your own terms. And that's just the base game--there are numerous expansions, including a giant add-on that increases the maximum number of players for the free-roam mode to eight, a set of upgraded miniatures, and two story expansions--Dawnguard and From the Ashes--that add new guided adventures to play. Check the list below for all The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - The Adventure Game releases.
