hey guys.

 i am wondering what the best gun for bo3 kino is. i pack a punch the dingo and make sure it has blast furnace or dead wire

Im not sure for BO3, but for BO1 that'd be the Awfull Lawton a.k.a. PaP'ed crossbow. It shoots sort of monkey bombs, only make sure to not shoot too close due to self-damage. Is there anything comparable in BO3

This is my own personal opinion but whatever automatic wall weapon, I think ICR is on the stage where it's easy to buy more ammo. When you double PAP and get dead wire it doesn't really matter what the weapon is, but wall weapons do have the option to buy more ammo if you'd run out, and assault rifle or smg has better mobility/reload than lmg's. Of course thunder gun is the best thing to get but I think you're looking for non wonder weapon.
