Wind Farm by Nacht

Has anyone else noticed the Wind Farm by Nacht? I have no idea if this Wind Farm can be activated or not, but it seems weird that they would just put that there. What are your thoughts?

The Farm itself most likely drew power via wind machines. I haven't seen it, but that's my best guess.

I think it was probably just put there to take up space, nothing more than special effects.

I've seen someone post a picture of it, I forgot where, but it was on this forum. I've never actually seen it myself, but are the actual Turbines spinning? It may be the way the power room is powered, because I don't think there are any power lines (only in Town).

Hm, okay. Depending on how far away they are, could you try throwing an EMP at them?
